I recently purchased 2 items on separate occasions from Deal Rack. One came on time, the other one never arrived. I contacted Deal Rack's customer service about the situation, and they immediately responded the next business day with the tracking number. I contacted the USPS online tracking service, which said that the item had been delivered. I contacted Deal Rack customer service to in form them again the I never received the item. They immediately credited my account with a full refund including shipping cost with no other questions asked.
I had given the mail carrier the tracking number and told her of the situation. She came back the next day with the item, and informed me that it had been delivered to the wrong address.
The item was as advertised, good quality, and an excellent value.
I applaud Deal Rack and their customer service, and they now have a new satisfied customer.
Way to go Deal Rack!

We ordered a shirt for a Halloween costume, a bit last minute. We called to check on the order since it was not shipped yet, fearing we would miss Halloween and end up not needing the shirt. We called Customer Service and she actually went and found our order, made sure it was on the truck that day and it got here in 2 days!

I have owned about 5 Harriton Men's Long Sleeve Twill Button Down Dress Shirts for about a year, and they wear well, don't require ironing, and cost a fraction of what other shirt vendor charge. They continue to look good after many washings. I just added two more of these shirts to my collection recently. I am a very satisfied customer.

I ordered two of these shirts to be assured that they fit size-wise and they fit perfectly. They are excellent quality and I ended up ordering one for my nephew. I intend to buy one in each color and I recommend these shirts to anyone that buys these types of shirts.

I was looking to buy some pullovers with our company logo on them for Christmas gifts, and Deal Rack did a great job. Prior to ordering online I called their customer service department, and they explained how the approval of the embroidery would work. It all went seamlessly, and arrived in time for our Christmas party. Great looking pullovers too!!

I needed good quality sweatshirts for the ER staff for Christmas presents. I could order the number I needed without having to have left overs. They arrived shortly after placing the order and I was able to have them monogrammed with our hospital logo and their names! They loved them!!!!!

I ordered two ladies' no-iron shirts which as it turns out are incredibly good quality - fit to perfection; thick, generous material; even has collar stiffeners - who has seen those in forever? And yet they are a lovely touch. Also, I had to return one item simply because it was not what I expected and customer service was great. The only reason it's not 5 star is that you do need to pay for your own returns, but that's not a surprise - The Deal Rack provides good information about how it all works.

I ordered 40 denim shirts for our non profit organization and love the quality and ease of care. The delivery and ordering process was easy and quick. I am already planning my next reorder as they are selling quickly.

Pretty basic, ordered 2 items, 2 weeks which was 8 business days due to holiday passed and still not shipped. The claim was 2-5 days of processing and 2-6 of shipping. So basically reality didn't meet expectations and I had to cancel. Messed up my plans and it's sad because in today's world this sort of thing shouldn't happen. The one-off I guess...

The ordering process was smooth and fast. Same on the delivery, fast and as expected. Overall it was a great experience dealing with these guys.

Ordered some stadium seats and they were way below par and they wanted to send it back to Pa. instead of santa fe springs where it was shipped from. Shipping to PA. is 28.41 and shipping to Santa Fe springs is 9.95. The part only coast 36.99 that is there way to keep you from returning it......This terrible business customer service and why Amazon is doing so good, no hassle returns ,no cost

I purchased 2 oxford, button down collar shirts from Deal.....They were so uncomfortable I couldn't wear them, stiff, scratchy. So I washed them, hoping they'd soften up to wear. The collar was so small I couldn't even button it, and so stiff and scratchy it felt like a plastic cone collar dogs wear! So I tried to return it.....but...:) NO RETURN info! I called the number on the order form, and couldn't even talk to anyone, just by email.

They will not even take them back! And of course NO refund or return! Don't EVER buy from this company, they won't stand behind their merchandise nor can you talk to anyone about it! No pride in their items, and not the American way to do business! If you can't stand behind your products, then you shouldn't be in business!I would give them a big fat 0!!!

Return policy is absurd; 14 days includes several days for shipping. They extended to 30days over holidays but this still doesn't work for gifts. My request for return (because of wrong color) was denied. Their customer service was a joke; it's like dealing with the DMV; they told me to write this review if it would make me happy...it does.

The website is extremely user friendly, the prices are great, shipping was very quick, and the quality of the product is wonderful! 10/10 will come back again and will recommend to others!
