I have been ordering from this store for two years with no problems, but now on this order my credit card was charged, with no merchandise. I have emailed with a return email saying cant be delivered, I have called with no return calls for the past two weeks. I am not sure whats going on, but I have cancer and this money is very important to me. I just wanted the product. but now I am out product and money for my treatment.
I want to believe this is an oversight....

I placed my order on Sept. 7, and when I still hadn't rec'd it by Oct. 22, I emailed to inquire about it. I then rec'd in return an email entitled, "A refund on your Nutri-West purcahse," but the body of the letter contained only an advertisement for more products. I won't give this guy (Dr. Dan) my credit card number again!

We have found that this business does not have SSL (secure sockets layer), which means that you should think twice before trusting this business with your data, such as personal information or credit card details, because your information will not be digitally connected to a cryptographic key and secure connection cannot be established. We found that the domain for this business is older than two years which could be an indication that this is a trustworthy business with an established customer base and experience in their field.
