I ordered 3 items and 2 of them came correctly; one dressing gown came in the wrong colour. I emailed a few times and left voicemails trying to rectify the issue but never received any word back. I understand that customer service has probably taken a knock but it's been several weeks now. I've now accepted that I own a white dressing gown rather than the black one I ordered.

The quality of the items is good.

Would give zero stars if I could - ordered 4 baby blankets, washed them before use as instructed and one completely fell apart. Contacted customer service with pictures (less than 24 hours after buy them) and never received a response - really awful, don’t buy from here!!!

the service was good but either the wrong thing was sent or I ordered the wrong thing but instead of 2 packs of single duvet covers with a housewife pillow case I have two continental sized covers with square pillow cases. These were opened before the mistake was noticed so clearer labelling please.
