The website is laid out nicely and it's easy to navigate and browse. I quickly found what appeared to be just what I needed - a very unique fastener. Customer Service was in touch via email and quickly provided valuable assistance. I was able to place my order with confidence that same day. It doesn't get much better than that. Did I mention that the cost was surprisingly low?

Your website is very easy to navigate. I wish I had found it sooner when I started my bathroom renovation. I'm just hoping my order arrives intact! Now, months after these items were received and installed, I can say I am very happy with them. Both products arrived on time, intact due to good packaging, and look great.

I was able to do a google search with what few numbers were on my broken set! Hardware hut came up with what I needed! It was a great help and an easy find for a someone who doesn't know much about hardware.

Was able to match drawer pulls from a previous project and super excited that we got free shipping because my father is avoiding town so as not to get ill! Thank you for supporting him in staying healthy and offering free shipping was very happy about it!!!

Website easy to navigate. Called customer service with a question and representative was very helpful. Debated about expediting my order so called again and representative was incredible helpful and I decided there standard shipping is incredibly fast so he saved me money. These center mount drawer slides are almost impossible to find. Local big box stores carry very limited options and even ordering from them did not work for us. THANK YOU! We now know where to look and HardwareHut will be our first stop for all future projects.

Product selection is deep and shopping is intuitive. The order page is straightforward and easy to navigate. After placing my order online, I received a call from a concerned customer service representative that wanted to make sure that I had the proper infrastructure in place for the items I ordered, prior to them shipping my order out. I ordered Vauth-Sagel pullout pantry baskets. I've had the pullout pantry for some time and, as we are remodeling, I have the space for wider baskets. She just wanted t make sure that I was going to be able to use them. I really really appreciated that concern. You don't find that with every on-line company. Thanks so much for that! Five stars!

I was so happy to find this part! Thank you for continuing to make parts for a bedroom set built in the 1980's! It is beautiful and I intend to keep it for life - with the parts I am able to do so.

I had the product number which made it easy to search and find the pulls and knows I needed. I was pleased that after 5 years they were still in-stock. I never would have looked for the kit to help install had it not been a pop-up suggestion!

I ordered some Pionite laminate back in November and couldn't be happier. The shipping was very quick and the service excellent. The only drawback is that I couldn't order it straight from the website, but the customer service people were very easy to deal with.
