Have given 1 star. Because of their use of excessive packaging. Was shocked by size off box used. 1 tiny box inside a larger box which would probably have held 20 to 30 of the smaller box. Absolutely ridiculous.

I got a damaged parcel which I suppose to give it to my mum as Mother’s Day gift. I have been contacting customer service team for few days and except keep asking me to send pictures to them, no one can help me out! So I was so disappointed and frustrated. I contacted thehut ins, only Chloe M!!!!she is the best!!!! She provided different solutions in order to find the best way to fix this problem! I don’t know why the customer service team asked me send pictures to them again and again, also asked me whether the item damaged????? That’s ridiculous!!!! Thank you again Chloe M!!!!

On going problem with them. Ordered 2/4/20 from Espa has not arrived. Promised refund still hasnt arrived. Unfortunately I cancelled my issue with PayPal at their request, I did this in good faith thinking they would send a refund. Fobbed off, unable to speak to them, email only, shocking service. I will continue to seek refund and I'm prepared to take the matter further as it has now become a matter of principle.

I could not be having a worse experience with your company. I have not received my order, I cannot speak to you. I cannot use your online chat as it is always unavailable. You do not answer questions sent in your message service. I am very very unhappy and about to ask paypal to step in and get my money back because you seem to want nothing to do with my missing order.

The package was very small for a pair of jeans, so wasn't sure if they had sent the wrong item as it came in a small box but it was in an airtight bag which was the reason it was sent in a small box , so that would be my only negative thing to say about it I think.

International delivery (to Canada) took 4 weeks, which was expected and more than fair given the current circumstances. All merchandise arrived in brand new and perfect condition, with original packaging and tags as one would expect. Very happy with the purchase and quality of the product itself, plus the style I chose seems to be unique to the European market. Thanks to a promotion, I also saved roughly 20% compared local sales pricing of similar items.
I'd recommend placing the order in your local currency as credit card companies tend to charge a little extra regardless of the current exchange rate (in my case it was 6% compared).

A very good service and loads of products under the same roof. The only down side you pay for delivery and you have to pay for returns. Returns cost too much due to high end products.

For your reply is really a particularly angry, I 7 orders for more than 3 months has not been received, I contact with you at least eight times, in all your reply are can't refund, every time ask you the results of the survey, or in the survey, logistics record yourself clearly visible, package failed to come to China, I didn't receive the parcel, is not a refund, but your customer service told me more than 40 days, will not be refund, so I didn't message again and again, until the unbearable to complain about you, I'm going to the end, not an excuse! Order no. :

I purchased a diamond quilted throw from the hut recently and the quality is fantastic. The website is really easy to navigate and delivery was really fast and my throw was packaged well. I recieved confirmation email of my order and dispatch. Excellent service and product. Will buy from here again.

I have been trying to contact The Hut since 7th February, after having issues with a piece of garment I got from them.
No solutions provided, just a vague ‘the relevant department is looking into this’.
Followed up on a numerous occasions, after receiving zero update from the company....each time, I got nothing more than ‘sorry it takes longer than usual, our investigation team is looking into this’. We are now in May and it’s taking them 3 months. I understand things may take slower amid the covid, but this is just beyond appalling!
Waste of money. AVOID at all cost!
