Packed a lot into one day, well structured and useful session materials and topical reading resources provided. If you've not refreshed your marketing knowledge lately I would recommend you lean on the IDM courses, there's something for everyone.

I thought Paul Chuter was an absolutely fantastic teacher, he engaged everyone on a personal level and really got the information across in an interesting way. I got a huge amount out of the day.

The courses are fantastic but the food needs sorting out, it is just not good, I have been on three separate occasions and can't say I was impressed on any of those days

The course was really good, the tutor was excellent - the building is OK, although the facilities (beverages and lunch) were mediocre which is why I have not given 5 stars.

Some of the learning was really useful, but we could have got through more course content if less of the morning was spent going around each student and reviewing what they do and what they wanted to get out of the course. There was quite a lot of focus on google ads - which may have been useful for some but wasn't particularly helpful for me. I think this was the tutor's specialism over and above GA itself. Because of the way GA is interconnected to GTM, I think it would be useful for the tutor to have more knowledge of the way GTM works. I understand that GTM is a whole other subject, but it really is intrinsic to most GA set ups these days. I felt I knew quite a lot of what was covered already, but appreciate that many people who were still quite new to GA would have found this helpful, so would say it was more intermediate than advanced level. There's definitely room for a more advanced course above the level on offer here. Other than that, there was a good atmosphere within the classroom, lunch was lovely.

I found the one-day course I took really informative with helpful content and the teacher was excellent. Well run, from the information supplied before the course to the day itself. I'd definitely take another if I identified a course that would assist my professional development.

I really enjoyed my day, I felt it was a very professional environment but also very fun and I came out of the day feeling like I had learnt a lot.

I thought it was a fantastic training course, well executed and the knowledge of the speaker and the way he made everyone interact and feel welcome was very satisfying.

The online process was clear and smooth, I liked the communications from the manager and I was clear about where I was going and what the day would hold. I'm also please to join a platform for learning where I can log my CPD hours.

I attended the one day SEO course at The Institute of Direct Marketing. The communication I received from IDM both pre and post course was just right.

I highly recommend the IDM. I studied the intensive Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing intensive course and whilst it was fast paced I learned a huge amount about digital marketing very quickly. It allowed me to get up to speed quickly and I was able to implement what I learned immediately. I highly recommend this course for anyone new to digital or for those who need to upskill quickly. The IDM have an excellent array of highly qualified and engaging tutors. I would not hesitate in recommending them.

Had such a brilliant course at the IDM, learnt so much just in one day that I've been able to put into practice back at my workplace. Would highly recommend attending the blogs and social media writing course if you need some guidance or just some new content ideas!

I bought course for £570 but then a few days before got an email with an offer price of £99 which was quite annoying. Everything else ran smoothly
