It's a shame because the product is actually quite decent. However they trap you into a subscription service which isn't clearly stated on their website (I couldn't find any trace of a subscription upon purchase at all) and they make it very long winded for a simple refund and cancellation claiming "security reasons" which is nonsense. Would NOT recommend it's not worth it.

Money taken from my account,phoned them,i was told i had signed up to the subscription (i thought id just bought a coin on Facebook).....asked for refund and to un-subscribe..was told "No sorry,cant refund,as another coin has already been posted"........over a week later,still no coin.....Avoid this company!!

I can't understand the negative reviews. I have used the Koin club a lot. They are efficient, helpful and friendly if you need to talk to them, easy to get through on phone. The collections are really lovely quality. I recommend them and will continue to collect. Amy

AVOID THOS COMPANY ARE HORRENDOUS AFTER SENDING NUMEROUS E MAILS TO CANCEL AN ORDER I PLACED TWO MONTHS AGO THEY STILL CHARGED ME..ITS BEYOND STRESSFUL STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY OVERPRICED AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS APPALLING !!!!

I ordered two months ago and despite numerous emails to them and replays from them saying my order is on its way, I still haven't received it. They also let me pay extra for fast delivery. Why not be honest with customers instead of conning them.

Horrible company should be shut down ordered coins three months ago..got all sort of excuses asked them to cancel coins as no longer wanted plus the financial circumstances, horrendous lying customer service told me I would be refunded then sent the cound out and charged me..please STAY AWAY TOTAL RIP OFF ..DONT LOSE YOUR MONEY ON THESE WORTHLESS COINS !!!

Whole range of issues whilst ordering. Taking double payments then claiming that they can do nothing to refund me until I provide them with details that even my bank couldn't tell me. Complained via Facebook messenger and was told I would be updated. I was left to constantly chase them. Now to find out that I have been blocked from contacting them. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. 1* is being incredibly generous for the awful service I received.

Ordered my first set of coins by instalments. Was told only 4.999 made. Pack says 9.999. Also I thought they were actual coins but they are not. Got 2 so far so don't want to cancel but am disapppointed. Have also read the koinclub is up for sale so worried I may not get the set I've started.

BEWARE! As soon as the have your payment details they will take money as they like. They will then claim you subscribed. If they send you a coin, you can return it but they won' refund the postage even if it's their fault. If they were the last coin supplier on earth I would rather stop collecting than buy from them again.

I ordered one item only. Payments are being taken from my account, for full set, which I never ordered. BEWARE. Don’t order online. Call and advise them one item required only, and ensure you cancel any future items in sets.

I joined the kion club and bought a set of icons,that where sent quickly,and found thay were wrapped in very securely,and for the service was very good and friendly,and I was very pleased with the conspiracy that are brilliant in mint condition,the service is excellent,and I have no problems in buying more coins from them.

So i had a issues with this company and in there defense there customer service is great i had put a order in for a grandad keepsake and i had duplicate payment and had no email confirming my order but once i had contacted them they told me there having problems with the system and max who was a great help told me my order had been packaged and sent and i would receive my refund for my duplicate payment within 5 working days. So i noticed they have a few negative reviews with the same issues but i would recomend them 100% there website has a amazing selection great prices they ship worldwide i live in spain so this was great there customer service is fab too so for anyone in doubt i would give them a go.

I had signed up to the subscription when the first payment left my bank I called the koin club on the 0330 number without hesitation they cancelled my subscription I recieved an email instantly to say it had been cancelled so no hasels. People are quick to leave bad feedback not so quick to leave positive feedback. My experience has been great.
