I don't have a problem with the product, but the customer service is extremely poor, or should I say 'rude".

I ordered envelopes for a mailer that needed to go out immediately, so it made sense to use expedited shipping. The order total was $155.00, shipping $75.00. The envelopes finally arrived well after the time when they could be used, so we used what we had on hand. Although I opted not to return the shipment, I did request that my card be credited for the expedited shipping costs.

This request was refused, rudely. There many other options available for purchasing paper and envelopes. I will not use the Paper Mill Store again

I found your website easy to use. I didn't have any trouble finding 100% recycled paper, whereas other stores don't make this information very clear. Communication was very good and the items arrived securely packaged.

Great information in regard to types of paper. I was able to read and watch videos to ensure what I was ordering would meet my needs. Sample books I purchased from Paper Mill was exactly what I needed! Before making actual paper purchases, I wanted to see samples and looked for one-stop-shop for options. It was great Paper Mill had lots of samples books with very reasonable price. Delivery was fast, and I got what I ordered. After exploring these samples books, I will definitely use this site to make paper purchase.

I love all the options to narrow my search down further. Makes it easy to find just what I'm looking for (I've looked at a lot of websites, and this one is definitely the most customer-friendly and focused). One suggestion for improvement: Please offer more choices on high quality large size white colored paper that is not watermarked. I wanted to order something similar to 28 x 36 inch paper and cut it down to 7 x 9 for paper planners that I produce. But I can't find anything that isn't watermarked. Watermarked pages would look funny in a planner. I finally ended up making the planners 8.5 x 5.5 (by cutting letter size paper in half), since this is one of the few options you have that isn't watermarked.

We have been using The Paper Mill Store for a few years now and love the products. I like that you can purchase sample packs before buying a whole ream of material. The custom services are a must for us. The scoring makes our lives so much better.

I was happy with my shopping experience but when my package arrived I was over the top. My paper was in a very sturdy box and had lots of bubble wrap all around the paper!!!! Each ream was pristine. Congrats to the shipping department!!

Paper Mill Store was very competitively priced! I was a little weary at first because I was buying online and couldn't see the actual product, but the paper was perfect! Don't waste your time at the fancy stores that charge 3x the price.

I love the Paper Mill Store for several reasons: (1) website ease of use, (2) stock is always there when I need it, in the quantity I need, (3) fast shipping (and packaging is nice - thick box to package the boxes of envelopes - less envelope corners get squished), (4) and, of course, the products are great and high quality!

I have been looking for a very specific texture and weight of vellum paper and The Paper Mill Store made this process very easy by offering sample purchases. My samples came packaged with clearly identified product information sheet, but without labels so I could test out printing. Purchasing paper online can be tricky (especially when you're looking for paper that is translucent) and TPMS was super helpful!

The Papermillstore has great prices on a wide selection of papers. When I order from them I know the paper will arrive in perfect condition - thoughtfully packaged and no reams that are broken open. They send first quality product fast and well packaged - what more could you want?

The Paper Mill Store is great. They offer so many papers and ship orders promptly and the best secured bubble wrapped box I have received in a long time. This is important when shipping paper so the corners do not get dinged. You can tell they care about quality!

Referred by my graphic designer, I am ordering stock for my small company. Your papers give me a high end professional image. Product received yesterday afternoon, I opened the case to insure all was delivered. The quality paper products I buy from The Papermill Store give my legal documents the professional look I want. There is no place local to buy such products anymore, but it does not matter because I can get products quickly and at a great price from this site.
