Being charged £4.99 for 2nd class postage for a couple of bike clips was not value for money. Order placed on Saturday morning for the items to finally arrive the following Friday.

I will not use the website again.

I was pleasantly surprised to receive the personalised gift items I bought on the 13th night, a few days later. Deadline for personalised items was December 12 which I missed. So I had resigned myself to receiving the items after Christmas. Both purchase and delivery was smooth and the items were exactly as described. My first experience with the present finder was excellent. Recommended.

Ordered a Christmas gift on the 13th December. It took over a week to arrive and in the end was late for Xmas due to the item going to my closed work address. I asked to change the delivery of the item on the 19th December as I was going away for Christmas and was told I couldn’t change the address and then when the item was out for delivery (23rd December) I was told I could change the address (only for present finder to discover they couldn’t get in contact with the supplier or the suppliers courier). Customer service promised to keep me updated and only one of them actually gave me a telephone call back. Every other time I had to chase or make contact with them, they were extremely delayed on responding to emails, so phone calls were the best way of contact. On this occasion present finder used a secondary supplier and no one at present finder seemed to be able to contact their chosen supplier. Customer service were pleasant but weren’t particularly helpful as they couldn’t get in contact with the supplier who was delivering my gift. If you’re buying for someone I would just purchase somewhere else. Don’t get caught up in the free delivery or free surprise gift.

I loved the large selection of gifts, from which I purchased a very unusual item (one not found on the high street). The gift was shipped immediately and arrived within a couple of days - as promised. Thank you for a really good service.

I ordered this for my daughter who works outside and who struggles in the dark months. It was exactly as described and has been incredibly useful. Delivery was fast.

Products took 3 weeks to arrive. good job I wasn't in a hurry! Plus I received an email 10 days after I placed the item to inform me an item was out of stock. If I'd known this at time of ordering I would have been able to go elsewhere, as it was it was too late.

I would love to have given five stars as the staff I have spoken to have been extremely helpful, polite, and apologetic. The problem I had was, that twice the item I ordered which was a named product was sent wrongly. I have now received the item correctly named but it was a bit of a chase to get it right.

I've placed 2 orders with The Present Finder so far and both transactions have been flawless. Prices are great, delivery is prompt, and I have been delighted with the items I received. Overall, I am very happy with everything about The Present Finder and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

After having problems trying to order online for a few days, as one of the gifts was personalised, Present Finder contacted me by telephone and keyed in order on my behalf. Order then went through and my courier message was also acknowledged, as I had a text message to suggest delivery time. Really pleased and have ordered several times more as service so reliable. Well done!

I ordered an item on November 30th, as I had not received it by December 9th I gave them a call and was told it would be here on December 14th, it is now the 15th and still no parcel. It being a Christmas present to be delivered on the 17th, on my Christmas visit, some 250 miles from me, it looks as it will no longer be a 'Christmas' present. Very disappointed with their performance, will not be using them again

I am really disappointed with Present Finder. Have always found them to be very helpful and efficient but this year I was let down. I ordered Christmas presents on 16th Dec which never arrived. I emailed and rang PF after Christmas to explain I no longer wanted all the goods and why hadn't they arrived on time anyway. I was told they would look into it as it looked like my order had been received but not processed but the next thing all the item should arrived. I again emailed to say I had not wanted all the items and wasn't prepared to send them back as they had ignored my previous comments ad felt I hadn't not received good customer service. To date I have not heard back from them. I now have goods that i have had to pay for that didn't arrive in time for Christmas with no apology from PF.

I bought this birthday present in good faith and was VERY DISAPPOINTED !!!!! gift was purchased on 23 november expected delivery on 27th november for birthday present on 29th november it arrived on 13 december i was fuming contacted seller by phone and told they did not have stock until december but this is not stated on site .i will NEVER shop here again ...............!!!!!!!

I ordered 2 lots of 3 succulents.The contents of the parcel were all over the place. 4 of the pots were upside down with the succulents tipped out of the pots. I had to repot them. Loose compost was all over the bottom of the box. 2 of the Succulents had pieces broken of them.

Saw this glass on tv and thought it would make an excellent funny present for my granddaughters 21st!
Easy to find, very easy to place order and pay! Gift came very quickly and carefully packaged! I was able to put a bottle of fizz along side glass to give to her!
Great company!

I purchased 4 gifts for family members and they were delivered promptly and were packaged well as they were breakable. It was great to see that the packaging was recyclable too. The gifts themselves were good quality and exactly as I expected. I would recommend Present Finder.
