Ray White was very professional, knowledgable, patient, helpful and courteous throughout our various email exchanges and telephone calls.it was a pleasure dealing with him and he made the whole search process and then the booking very easy and straightforward.

I spoke to Jack, who called me very promptly after my online enquiry. He explained my options and listened to my requirements carefully and responded excellently.

We had a few phonecalls over the span of two days to sort out my flights and each time Jack gave me his full attention and was always polite and good humoured.

I had a wonderful first experience with the company and will definitely use again and recommend to friends and colleagues.

Having used numerous travel agents in the past, wasting time and money trying to get myself a better deal, I have now booked my fifth holiday with the Savvy Flyer. They have not only beaten every quote I gave them in the past but you can tell that each and every one of the team is very well travelled with exceptional flights and destination knowledge.
I've never felt pushed into making a decision and the team always offer a variety of options which is great as I can be pretty fussy!
There really isn't another agency that has the same level of personable experience and which saves you a small fortune every time. I have recommended many of my friends and family to them and ill continue doing so.

Was ok, had to call from NZ to book the flights, asked fora the deposit to be refunded to another person this has still not happened so as of today we are out of pocket 200 pounds , once this is paid the rating will go up

My enquiry was dealt with very efficiently by Jack, who was a pleasure to deal with, he could not have been more helpful and secured me a super price. Will certainly return to do more business.

This is the 1st time for me to do business with 'The Savvy Flyer', and the interaction between myself and your reference John when talking on the phone was reassuring. John did everything that I asked of him, in a confident and competent way, and my reservation was completed in a short period of time.
I only hope that he will be able to furnish me with the situation of the Executive Lounge's in all airports, together with any other issues I need to know about.

I travel frequently and this was a first time with this service. I could not fault it. The communication was clear and prompt and I got a good fare Very pleased and will definitely use again.

I was served today by Shak who provided an excellent service ,, holding seats for me while I got confirmation from other passengers and was very accommodating . I rate his customer service skills 11 out of 10 . Many thanks Paul Christon

First time I called The Savvy Flyer so was t expecting anything different to other agencies with their heavy handed sales tactics. How pleasantly surprised I was to find an agency that didn't push anything at all but simply gave me numerous options to consider. They were extremely helpful and very patient as we kept changing our minds on destinations. We will definitely be using The Savvy Flyer again for all our trips. Thanks once again.

Jack, our consultant was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Quick easy and competitively priced, it was a great way to book flights, Would definitely recommend their services.

I was able to get business class flights to Malaysia at almost 75% of the cost on all the major web sites...unbelievable prices. The individual I spoke to was very pleasant and seemed happy that I was able to get such a deal.
