I've ordered products from The Soap Kitchen a number of times over the past year and a half and I must say they are consistent in getting my orders delivered in good time, well packaged and whenever I have had any questions or queries, they've been dealt with very attentively. Their products are of great quality too. I will be back for more!

So my order still hasn’t arrived over two weeks later, and to top it off just yesterday I received an email that not my whole order could be fulfilled so I’ve been given a partial refund. Would have rather the company had been honest about their ability to fulfil my order from the start so I could have cancelled and refunded the whole thing and ordered from somewhere else. Really poor. Won’t use again.

I am very disappointed because 1 of the 3 boxes is missing now. I really needed it. The new labels on essential oils are terrible. They stick off. The product name is illegible. The name should be much larger. Even with large orders, free gifts are never present.

They don’t appreciate their customers at all
Im a visitor in London I bought extra baggage from my airline to buy 10 kgs of macadamia oil and butter, I bought it online and did express shipment to get it same day.
Unfortunately their butter was out of stock and it didn’t show up in their website so i paid and i paid for extra baggage to the airline.. and when I emailed them that I’ll exchange it with other stuff they said (( sorry we already shipped the order))..!!!where is my fault that ur websites inventory is not updated and why i have to loose money??
This is my last. experience is with them and ill make sure to aware my colleagues about this website

I’m ****** right off as I’ve got my soap making kit and now I have to go to the shops and buy a metal-probed thermometer, protective eye gear and rubber gloves.

After initial issues with unreasonal delivery charges to Fort William, the service advisor spoke to the courier and arranged for the delivery charge to be refunded. Very grateful for this service, hopefully the courier will take note for future.

I ordered a selection of fragrance oils which I was happy with but only gave 4 stars because the pineapple fragrance was not nice at all but this is the only one out of all the fragrances that I purchased I did not like.
