If i could i would give 0 ⭐️, I received a totally different item what I expected, then I’ve been trying to contact SportsHq tru phone since 2 weeks to return the package and been ignored by saying they will call me back which never happened then I received an email saying i have to pay £20 to return my package! JOKES

Excellent service, after a phone call to Joseph, I was told my golf shoes would be delivered on time (next day delivery) but the courier had failed to send me confirmation. My shoes arrived as Joseph stated. Well done SportsHQ

I realize we are living in exceptional circumstances but this should no srop companies behaving honestly: I have now waited six days for a cyclette that according to the Sports hq website would have been. Deliveted next day. I have called the company to enquire about the wereabout of the bike and each time (from day 3 of purchase) I am given a different explanation but assured that the bike has now been dispatched (but no tracking number is provided). At this point I would rather just cancel the order...I will never purchase anything from them!

The service is so impressive, ordered late Wednesday afternoon for next day delivery expecting it to be delivered Friday (states to be ordered before 1pm for this ) and turned up Thursday afternoon, so quick. Treadmill easy to put together (had asked previously and told within an hour) ready to use within the hour, great product, ideal for my requirements. Thank you to Sports HQ as it’s rare that when a service is promised it actually materialises.

Bought a bike 4 years ago & they were able to supply spares for it that was not the only good point but also able to provide at a cheaper price than a well known on-line site.

The complaint of a defective stepper was swiftly and proffesionaly dealt with by Nick, once I had provided the order number and pictures of the defect a replacement was with me in less than 48 hours, well done and thank you.

Product went faulty after 1 year, then the company would not assist as it was out of warranty. Asked me to self diagnose the issue, by installing a fuse that blew up on me. Phone staff are arogent and unhelpful.

i purchased a garden swing from this website, the padded cushion did not fit on the seat of the swing, after a couple of weeks the canopy came off and broke - i contacted sportshq and they were useles saying it was my fault, please DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE - YOU WILL BE WASTING YOUR MONEY

Very poor customer service, as per other reviewers on here I ordered an item and paid extra for Next Day Delivery on the weekend (expecting delivery on Tuesday) - Received an order confirmation email, money removed from my account, Tuesday came, no item, Wednesday.. nothing - This went on until Thursday when I contacted them and they realised they didn't even have the item in stock. They'd happily taken my money and "not realised" the item wasn't in stock or that my order was outstanding. Very poor customer service follow up afterwards, eventually got my money back but took a while. I would avoid if possible!

Paid for Next day delievery - Did not arrive for two days. The delivery driver basically could not be bothered. Complained to the company they refunded the difference between next day and standard delivery. Pathetic. Will not use again and advise not to.

I bought a elliptical 2in1 cross trainer and bike, the order came, but when we were trying assembling the part together, I was missing the pedal hinge bolt ,arc washer, m12 nut, for my rear stabiliser the 2 set of carriage bolts and washers and m10 doomed nut was missing. I thought did they check that every part was there before sending it totje customer obviously not. As soon as I saw that all those things were missing I email them and was told that my email will be reply in the next two working days. Still waiting, I am very disappointed by the after care service. Would recommend buying there. If you don't want same thing happened to you.

My winter boots that I purchased from fore247 we’re letting in water,I Emailed customer services and within minutes I had a reply back with the promise of new boots. The whole process took only eight days.The best customer services I’ve ever dealt with.

Terrible company to deal with ,we ordered 2 items within 2 hours of deadline and paid for next day delivery but 5 days later and no reply to 3 emails and only 1 phone call answered out of 5 with no answers or appologie for delay still no items , stay well clear ! After sales are as useful as a condom with a hole in it the only reason it gets a star is because I have to to place this review

Terrible after service Been waiting 3 months for brake pads for the cyclematic cx1 so I can’t use it as I can’t find any alternative that fit and every time I call same story there be in stock in s few weeks STILL WAITING

I purchased a treadmill from Amazon after reading great reviews. I paid for it and waited for delivery never came that day. Had to take another day of to wait in and it came at 4pm. Put it together no problems there. Started walking on it and it lasted 2 minutes 34 seconds as the belt went to one side. Tried fixing but coundn't do it. Called store and they told me as it is a manual treadmill you have to tighten or reduce tension, tried this a few times and it still would not work. Called again and explained this they said they would send a courier to pick it up. Another day waiting and they never showed up till the next day to collect. Told them it was a treadmill and two of them lifted it said they would fill in paperwork not to worry. Never heard any word about refund so I E-mailed the company to be told that I sent it back trashed and they were not refunding or replacing it. After explaining that it was a fault with the belt it was perfectly looking fine. Customer sales very rude and not helpful at all. I asked what they would do and was told nothing as I had trashed it. Asked about their good will returns to be told I never had original packing so there was nothing they could do. I was told to contact Amazon who sold it to me as they were not dealing with me any more. Furiously I called Amazon who was very helpful and told me that I would be getting a refund in the next 24-48 hours as they would speak to the company. STILL WAITING TO HEAR. They have just e-mailed me the same e-mail four times over. Do not buy from this company I am totally disgusted with they way they talk and treat you. £110 JUST TO BE WRITTEN OFF I don't think so I'm taking this to Trading Standards. Please do not purchase anything from this company.

I ordered new tyres for my GXT golf trolley , I had a reply from Chantelle to say they were out of stock but she would contact me when they came back I n stock . Had an e-mail from her today with an invoice for the items . Brilliant customer service as usual from Sports HQ and Chantelle in particular . Thank you .
