Received the deluxe standard pillow yesterday (fast shipment to Canada) - used it last night - WOW - fabulous pillow - great sleep in a long time. The other best thing for me is that it is natural, organic material used - don't have to worry about exposing myself to chemicals etc. (this was a huge issue for me in trying to research and buy a new pillow). I recommend THE WOOL SHOP - you won't be disappointed.

I live in the US and got my pillow and extra wool in less then seven days. I live in central California where it is over 100° and will be for weeks and weeks. My pillow regulates heat better than any pillow I have EVER purchased! Thank you Woolroom!

King size Wool mattress cover arrived a few days ago. Has been very comfortable and helpful for me to feel cooler on my memory foam mattress. The assurance that it will not matt and pill after washing was a big part of my choosing this product.

The stance of only allowing returns of a whole bed set once it has been opened and not if the pieces were ordered individually makes this company one I probably won’t use again. If I am spending a couple of hundred dollars on an item that I cannot view in person the return policy needs to be better. Stuck with a duvet that should have been about 5-8 inches wider now and after paying about $150 for it and being unable to return it once removed from the original packaging I will be stuck with it for a while.

I ordered slippers size 10 for a 4-5yr child and received size 9-10 adult slippers. I called the helpline who said she'd call me back after checking to see if they had any of the size I ordered in stock. 4 days later still no phone call!!! Website now shows no stock so returned the adult slippers. Not happy.

Great Duvets, now the second one in our house, we have the Luxury Alpaca and Wool one and thoroughly recommend. Warm, not bulky and drapes well. Roost well.

I recently took delivery of a lightweight duvet from Woolroom and can highly recommend. The website was very easy to navigate with helpful information on all products. I was delighted to find a 2 tog wool duvet and the quality is lovely. Ordering was straightforward and delivery quick, with good packaging. I'll definitely be buying from Woolroom again, thank you!

Received our new Exmoor mattress three days ago and have had the best sleeps in the last two decades!! SO comfortable with excellent support and no sweating at all just a pleasant warmth. Most efficient firm to deal with and first class delivery men. Would recommend to everyone!

I ordered the Wool Cot Mattress Enhancer as we had just moved our baby into her cot & she was struggling to sleep with the harder mattress. The enhancer gives her a far more cosy surface to sleep on & seems to have stopped the regular awakenings she was having without it. Also quick to dispatch & receive

I am happy with this product This is the second baby cot duvet I have bought (one for nana and grandads house and the other for home) It’s very good quality and my daughter sleeps well. I like the fact it helps regulate her body temperature and I recommend this duvet. Also it’s value for money as it can last her until she grows older and being made with natural materials makes it ideal.

Usually it takes a few nights to get used to a new pillow, but these wool filled ones were unbelievable they were so comfy we had a really good nights sleep, I don’t know why I never thought of buying them before, definitely recommend them.

I received my wool mattress pad on Monday but I had been told that it would arrive on previous Friday. That was not a problem for me. The packaging, plastic, was ripped open and the cloth bag which contained the pad was dirty. However, the pad itself was not damaged and was clean. I have used it one night & it is great. Worth the money. I would only suggest the you use a box to ship or stronger plastic. I order a lot of things from different vendors and this is the first outside package damage.

Delivery was extra quick and it's been on the bed for 2 nights and so far we both are having the most comfortable not sleeps. He was sceptical about the expense saying 'it's just a quilt' but he's been pleasantly surprised. Seriously considering pillows next.
