I just set up my online coaching course in the fall. I"m not super tech savvy at all. I must have emailed the support team over 50 times asking for help with the process. They were amazing, answered all my questions and sent super helpful videos explaining the answers to my questions. The support team is the reason I got my program up and running. It's an amazing platform.

I have been exploring the thinkific platform over the last few months, and I love what it has to offer!
Customer support has been very helpful and has always answered very promptly whenever I have had questions.

I looked at many others and found thinkific to be the one that cared most about my requirements and equally about theirs. It's better to have a win win when you pick a partner.

I have been a Thinkific customer for about 8 months now and all I can say is that my experience in working with them has been amazing!
During this time, I have seen the system evolved by incorporating some new tools and features suggested by us (the users). Their tech support people are super nice to work with. The only one time I had a major issue (not their fault but my web programmers) they took the time to pinpoint the problem and give me directions to have it solved.
I cannot be happier with my choice and HIGHLY recommend this system for anyone looking to open an online source of income via training on demand.

I have been building a course for the past 3 months. I started on Teachable and quickly switched to Thinkific due to them paying out immediately.

I signed up for the free product, but upgraded for 1 month for free to try the features. I forgot to cancel the premium and I was charged. I asked for a refund and thought I canceled the premium. The next month I was charged a second time. I was very frustrated. I emailed Thinkific and they refunded me both months and confirmed I had unsubscribed successfully.

My course is nearly done and about to launch and I will be going to the premium features. Thanks Thinkific for your amazing product and customer service! I love it and my beta test students love it as well.

I must say that as a developer, this is the best resource on the market. My first course was reviewed yesterday and my BETA tester was blown way.

I would say that the interface, could be improved for older users who are not as familiar with technology (larger buttons, button that are brightly coloured as everything is very subtle and gray).

I love thinkific. It really is a game changer.

So far, all of the staff have been very responsive and helpful. Oliver Chen and other have been really outstanding. I do want to thank the owner for creating this program.

I taught in conventional, blended and online post-secondary institutions for years, chafing at the politics and rigidity. In 2007 I started thinking about escaping but the non-institutional LMS market of the day was short on simplicity for a non-techie. Fast forward to 2016 when I decided to take another look, discovered Thinkific and knew quickly that it would be the way to go to realize my goal of joining the world of independent online educators.

As a web developer, I already have the skills to implement and manage one of the many stand-alone learning management platforms available. However, this same background also means I know how much of a hassle it can be to maintain your own website. This time is better spent producing courses and engaging with students.

As someone who has been training online since 2008, I spent a lot of time researching various learning management platforms to find the best solution, which is undoubtedly Thinkific. The drawback of a managed solution is you don't necessarily get all the features you would like and, at time of writing, I can't give the platform 5 stars as there are some things lacking. This will not affect most instructors, however, as with any software, do your homework before committing.

I have been learning about online courses in the past year, and Thinkific has given me the help and the support I've needed to keep at it and publish my course (hopefully really soon). Their customer service is very helpful and prompt, and the FB group a heap of gold nuggets.

I was attracted at first by the 'FREE' tarrif and presumed it was going to be a bit limiting and probably difficult to set up. NOT the case! I love the software. It's extremely easy to use and the couple of questions I had were quickly dealt with by the support team. There is also excellent advice and guidance on the Thinkific Facebook Page.
I highly recommend Thinkific to anyone thinking of publishing an online course.

I am starting my first online course "Art in Childhood" (Arte na Infância), and as a Brazilian, I use limited English. Even so Thinkific offers me support with great quality and great friendliness. I am excited and I have talked about this to my friends here in Brazil. I am in the production stage of content and I hope to publish my course soon! Many thanks to the Thinkific team!

I have been developing courses over the past months and the free help from Thinkific is outstanding. I have watched their tutorials and attended live webinars, and all have been incredibly useful. I can't wait to get my courses finished and on the site for launch!

For several years, I was successfully using Udemy to host my online courses. Then, in 2016, Udemy made a change to their online course pricing structure where the MAXIMUM price an instructor could charge for their course was $50! Since all of my courses sell for higher than $50, I either had to comply or jump ship. Enter Thinkific!
With Thinkific, not only do I get to keep my customer data, but I can set my courses to whatever price I want. In other words, I am now in complete control of my online courses. Another benefit of Thinkific is that I can limit how long customers have access to my courses. This is important to me because I sell test prep products for exams that happen seasonally and on an annual basis.
Finally, Thinkific works in conjunction with hundreds of other apps that help making selling my online courses an automatic breeze!

We started using Thinkific about six months ago and love it! We used to sell our courses on DVD, which meant burning the discs, having to take them to UPS, and paying for shipping. Our users would have to wait for days after they paid to take their courses. Thinkific is great because we can give our users instant access to their courses so they can get training immediately. Our users love the convenience! The courses are easy to set up, and according to our users, easy to use while training.

Pros - Easy to setup platform for selling courses, they have a great support team for helping beginners get their first course up and running, they recently updated the page creator which gives you a LOT more options for the designs of your school. Their FB support group is very active with varying experience levels of online business owners and they have a few support team members in there daily answering questions - which is useful when you need quick help. They also have quick customer support - most of our support issues have been resolved within 24 hours - and anything that lasted longer than that was a highly technical or customized issue we were asking about.

Cons - No dashboard for daily sales, or sales across courses - just total all time revenue. No ability to search and sort users by date or course purchase. You can do this by exporting all users in a CSV and then managing that spreadsheet outside of Thinkific. Also refunds are manual - current API does't speak to stripe and paypal to know when something has been refunded. You have to refund in paypal or stripe and then refund in thinkific to ensure access is cancelled.

I started using this system back in October. Great how to tutorials, and super simple intuitive system. My courses went together quickly, without issue. Seriously, these courses make you look smart to your clientele.

I launched my first course late 2016. I upgraded so I could receive the drip options for the course. Yet after only a few subscribers and limited cash flow I inquired about returning to the free account. Customer service was very helpful and agreed to my request. I have lost my benefits yet my course remains online for my subscribers to complete and they have not noticed a difference.

We've been selling online courses for a few years now and have used a variety of platforms along the way. Currently Thinkific is our favorite, allowing us to create our very own online academy where we have total control of the content and the customer data. We love using Thinkific, it's easy to use and the customer service has always been helpful and responsive. Highly recommended!

I started using Thinkific to build my yoga anatomy courses. Although I have a software background, I didn't have to use much of it because their interface is so easy! Anyone can do it and quickly! The time it will take to add your content to their site will be quick and you can get onto the business of selling your courses. Their customer service is excellent and their private Facebook group is filled with their customers so you always have a way to ask questions and get ideas from their community. I would never have been able to build my course content without them!
