I have limited experience of 3rd party insurers but NCI have always been very helpful to us and I haven’t felt the need to move insurers

We have been a client for quite a number of years and have always found the service second to none. Nothing is a problem and staff are always polite and helpful.
Our services change from time to time which means we may need to amend our cover. However, the project always gives us sound advice and guides us willingly.

This is the first policy we have taken out with Third Sector Protect. It was easy to set up and has given us the cover we need from a company that seems to have a can-do attitude.

My initial letter for renrwal of policy did not arrive by post, so my first reminder came by mobile phone while travelling . It was to tell me that policy was to run out the next day. I did pay by card but was a bit concerned by only the one reminder, and that a little late. Probably the fault of the Post Office who then delivered my policy documents in a torn envelope with their apology!
Usually I am thoroughly satisfied with your service, and have no intention of changing to any other broker.

Needs to send out the reminder at least 1 month ahead to allow groups to agree on price etc.

We have used Third Sector Protect for our insurance needs for several years. Jamie is always highly professional and the process is hassle free. Quotes we receive are always highly competitive.

Would have no issue in recommending Third Sector Protect to any charity seeking comprehensive protection, competitive rates and excellent customer service.

I have had insurance through third sector over many years.They are reasonable price and have excellent knowledgeable staff.
