i was hoping to spend less than 90 on tickets but this was cheapest cost,.

I got three tickets to Keith Urban at Fiddlers Green and ended up paying more or just as much for a service charge. Why is scalping illegal but these sites are not? I paid over twice as much for the tickets than they the price of the ticket was. What a rip off! Never do that again, not only did I pay twice as much but they charged me more than twice the amount for a service charge. Shame on you.

I mistakenly purchased tickets for a show in Ohio when I live in New York. I called them within 5 minutes and no one was interested in helping me. It was suggested I try to sell them on my own. I asked if I could trade them for a New York pair of tickets. No luck... Stay away!!!!

I bought my tickets super last minute, and i was scared it was going to be a scam, but everything worked out fine. I got the downloadable tickets, you may have to check your spam if it isn't in your direct mail. Besides that it worked perfectly fine, I got into the concert no problem. :)

I purchased 1 ticket for an Ed Sheeran concert for my son as a birthday present. Because of his popularity, I knew that these tickets wouldn't be cheap. Ticketzoom's misleading and incredibly confusing website led me to believe I was getting a great deal until my credit card was charged $440 with almost $150 in service fees. Ticketzoom, more like Ticketscam, never gave me a final price before confirming a purchase. I immediately called them to try and resolve this issue but the customer service was absolutely horrendous, bribing me with a $25 credit off service charges as if that would fix things. The only response that they continously gave was that their "terms and conditions" explains everything. Even after reporting the charge to my credit card company, there was nothing that they could do. Avoid this company at all costs, you will get scammed!!!

I ordered two tickets for a hockey game.it cost me over $700 and I didn't get my tickets!!
Spent hours trying to contact them by phone email and live chat and got NOTHING!!!!
Now I'm out the money and no hockey.

I had an issue with my order at first and expressed my concerns by leaving a review. The management team sent me an email and left me a voicemail on my phone to follow up. When I returned their call, I spoke to a manager by the name of Lucy. She was very professional and understanding and was able to offer me a solution. Thanks Lucy!

I got downloadable ticket then it said I had to print them I was on my way to the f@#$ing game. So I had to buy second set of ticket to pick up at the box office then the box said they where not there to pick up had to **** to get tickets .I don't like being ugly but I will never use this site again I feel it was fraud. I was in a pinch .what would have happened if I didn't have the money to buy more tickets. Driving 2 hours to a game u can't get into wth.

I purchased tickets for a Sept 27, 2017 event that was postponed until May 2018 and was told that there are no refunds. I am now stuck as I can't go in May and how can I purchase tickets and plan for a date that keeps changing? Their customer service is the worst!

We purchased tickets for $126 after submitting the payment I noticed a additional service charge of $94 this site should NEVER be used! Please take my advice

I went to go see Imagine Dragons on July 5th upon entering the concert I was shown to the Box office and was told there was something wrong with my tickets I was told that ticketzoom so the same ticket number four different time and that my ticket was fraudulent I was also told by Live Nation the ticket Zone it's a fraudulent company upon asking about my tickets in a refund I was given the runaround and was rude to several several times until I had to threaten with a lawsuit to get my money

I bought my 3 tickets to Celine Dion on January 20, 2019 in Las Vegas online. I went to a page that said each ticket was $257 and the location. When I clicked on the next button which I thought was sending me to a page that had the breakdown of all costs, I purchased the tickets. It did not say "Purchase Tickets" on the button. It also never said anywhere but on the purchased page that these tickets where nonrefundable. The receipt they send me did not have a breakdown of the fees either. The total price was $1,009.25. I tried to dispute it with my credit card company, and they sent me an invoice that Ticketzoom sent them I never got. I sent information twice to the credit card company telling them I never intended to purchase these tickets, to no avail. I have my tickets which say "TicketMaster" on them (which is confusing to me) and I am hoping they are legitimate so I can resell them, as my friend got them for about $100 more than Ticketzoom. Not very happy. :-(

I called in and the sales person handled everything professionally and offered a 5% discount. Everything he promised on the call happened. I got both order detail and the print tickets within the time he promised. Also the tickets were the cheapest compared to all second sales websites.

I went to buy two NFL football tickets and got charged for 5!!!

Hey I made a mistake and used the wrong credit card for the purchase of three tickets through TicketZoom.com
I phoned back within 5 minutes asking if I could reverse the transaction and use a different credit card.

I will pray for those poor people that have to work for a company like that. It would be hard to feel good about yourself at the end of the day.

On June 7, 2017, I purchased two tickets for $80.00 for Mamma Mia at the Hollywood Bowl for July 28, 2017. I read their terms and conditions and saw no mention of having to pay extra or any type of service fee (I have a copy of their terms and conditions). When I clicked "Place Order," I was expecting to see what the total payment was. To my horror, I saw that I had been charged $230.95 when I was expecting it to be $160.00.

I called the company and was told there was a "no refund" policy even though I wanted a refund immediately after placing the order.

I called my bank and was grateful that they gave me a credit back for the money while I'm disputing it.

Here is an important point from their "Terms and Services":
"All orders placed on this Site are considered requests until you receive confirmation of the availability of the tickets.
All sales are final; there are no cancellations, returns, or exchanges."

I received an email at 8:22 AM informing me that the tickets were available. Prior to that time, I called when my order was still considered a "request," not a "sale" and they refused to refund the money.
I called my bank at 7:47 AM to register the complaint that the company would not give me a refund (as proof that I was trying to take care of this before the 8:22 AM email).

I checked my PayPal Account and saw that there is no mention that I purchased tickets. It says just that I ordered one thing for $230.95. I called PayPal, alerted them to the fraudulent nature of this company. They assured me that they would report this company to make sure they can't rip anyone off through their services.

Here is more unscrupulous activity by them. On June 8, I received an email from a person pretending as if he represents a third party company asking me if I have received my tickets. The email gives me three options:

Yes, I received my order.
No, I haven't received my order yet.
I canceled my order.

There is only one link to click. If I click it, thinking that this is my way to communicate with this fake person, I'll no doubt be acknowledging that I received their tickets. At this point, they will then say that I received my tickets; therefore, they'll tell my bank that they can keep my money.

The people in this company should be arrested. I have keep all my documentation and can attach it in another email for your perusal.

Agreed to pay 25 and was charged 50. Spoke with Morgan in customer service and she's a stupid ****. Would not accomodate me in any way or give me a refund. Special place in hell for these **** ups. Will have to answer to God for their dishonest business practices.
