They are very slow to fill orders just got an email about my order after 7 days that it will be shipping today then it probably be another 7 days before i receive it

I had ordered a1/8 violin and they are sending me 1/4 size violin. It hasn't come. Also, I had ordered the 1/16 size vioin and they are sending me a full size violin and that hasn't come either. Both ordered at different times. I'm not happy. Norm

ordered $28 camera and recorder and it does not work.
ordered cube camera and it does not work.
never know when I m suppose to receive product.
No tracking of shipment system.

I was able to order everything I needed although a little difficult at times to find certain products however when it came time for the checkout process, I had to use a fourth email address to log in and check out. Every time I try to use a previous email address that I have ordered with in the past it won't let me and when I try to check out as a guest it tells me that the email adress that I gave them is in use from someone else even though it is my email address that they won't let me use. Needless to say, since I am on my fourth email address, I will probably not be able to place any future orders because I refuse to have five email addresses and customer support for this site is nonexistent. It's a real shame too because the pricing and free shipping are a great plus.

I gave this a bad rating because the flashlight was days late and when it arrived there were no batteries for it. It had no instructions for what type of batteries I needed. Tried regular batteries and would not work. Had to look up and found out it takes 18650 battery which was supposed to be included. Will not use Tmart site again.

One of the 2 lights was broken and I have to repair.

Ordered product 21 November with expected delivery within 25 days. Tracking info in chinese but with google translate it says it is awiting shipping from China since 25 November!!! Send all the emails you like but do not expect a reply. Dispute logged with paypal.

First, it was not simple to buy using your Internet site. I had to use tu Google Chrome browser instead of the regular Internet Explorer and I have discovered this problem after one hour of waiting and research. I hope that the promised delivery date will be on target.

I think CO detectors are important safety devices. Too find one on Tmart at half price was outstanding.

I like it, fast delivery on this occasion, I always expect this efficiency, have several good quality articles, I recommend it, good customer service, they only need to correct or update their catalogs so that one can buy products that are in existence at the time of purchase .

They said it was shipped 18 days ago however I have not received the product and they can't track the shipment

Their prices are low but,if your item ships from China it can take up to 1 month for delivery.

I started to receive feedback info from you on 5/11/2019. I rec'd merchandise on 5/18/19. I haven't even had time to test it. You need to be more patient to receive your feedback. The package was torn up when I received it but the items seem to be unbroken. I will see in the next day or so if they work. Thank you. I have bought from you before and all good.

I recently ordered from Tmart. It was easy to set up an account and order. You might want to check your credit card after the first order, mine had a fraud alert triggered because the company is listed as New-York/Hong Kong. Easy to fix with a phone call to the bank. I ordered several items some from the US warehouse and most from China. I won't know how the items were packaged or their quality until I receive them, which could take up to four weeks according to the site. They were up front with the info about the shipping times and if you want it sooner, you can pay for the expedited air shipping. Happy shopping with Tmart so far.

Ordered item over a month ago , received email confirmation product dispatched within 2 days but goods not received. Product tracking of no use , 2 emails sent requesting delivery information with no reply . What appears to be a good site is not .

I tried a small first pass/test because the price was 50% less than Walmart or amazon, but personally thought site was iffy. Products were delivered on time, and I am a return customer immediately after the first success. I will check for anything else I plan to purchase online. The only down side is the longer delivery time with free shipping. But - Hey for the price and delivery… I can be very patient.

Like sky diving it can make you nervous at first, but once you take the leap you'll go back again. You just have to have patience to do the training (delivery time wait).
