I love their products but they have made it rather difficult for people to shop outside the US. The American site doesn't take international cards and if you want to shop in the UK, you ought to pay $30+ in delivery, plus taxes on top of the original price which is just a huge turnoff. Haven't had a similar experience with any other store and if their products weren't cruelty free which is a must for me, I would've ditched them entirely for other brands.

The brand are famous for consistently dreaming up products that send the internet into a full-on melt down, but where to start? There's soooo much good stuff, it's hard to know where to begin. So test any kind of product you want and you will not regret

I ordered Better than sex mascara/eyeliner duo. I understand that it took a long time to deliver do to the crisis. However when I received the products, my mascara was dry. I had to add water to it, and still doesn't do it. the eyeliner was fantastic. I have emailed and tried to get through to them but they do not respond!!!!!

Not only is their customer service the absolute worst, but the products aren't so great either. The eyeshadow has no payoff or staying power, the lipstick is overpriced and runny and most everything else is for teenagers. The only good thing I can say is the packaging is cute. And the scents are nice but they don't react well to my eyes. Also their so called "sales" aren't really sales, they are just getting rid of stuff nobody wants. And still charging a fortune for it. It should be sold at Walmart or Target.

My favorite pallets I have ever had. the variety of the shades is so nice and it smells amazing, The mattes blend nicely and the shimmers are so buttery and smooth. there's a nice mix of neutrals and pops of color.

At first I didn't want to purchase because, well, it's expensive. But man, it was worth it. The colors are beautiful and VERY pigmented. I am naturally pale, cool toned with blonde hair and pretty much every color on this palate looks wonderful against my skin.

Absolutely horrible experience with this company. I waited over two weeks for my items to be delivered and now they shorted me on an item and said they refunded me when they didn't. I am beyond upset and the lady that I spoke with would not do anything to rectify this experience. They have lost my business forever. You would think they would honor a long time customer like myself! Also not truly cruelty free since they were acquired my Estée Lauder! Seriously horrible service and experience.

I placed an order on 4-28 and it is now 5-12 and I have yet to receive my product however I did receive two emails wanting to know how satisfied I was with my order in my product I have contacted the company three times and have received one email stating that someone would contact me shortly, which nobody did. I received another email stating that I would receive an email once my item was shipped. I am still waiting on that email and my product. I have ordered from two other separate companies and have received both orders. I will not order from this company again I do however like their product line and will continue to order it from some other vendor.

So, perhaps I should calm down before writing this response about Too Faced...but while I'm thinking of this company, I will get to the points I want to disclose to others. Issues: Born This Way Foundation (Pearl) & free gift samples for $50+ orders.1st: shipping was fast and free , 2nd: customer service was lip-service until I spoke with a supervisor, 3rd: supervisor, when encouraged to give me some tips to try to make the foundation even somewhat successful on my skin, was kind but nothing helped, 4th my skin has never looked worse than after using Born This Way (yuck.. using product created.the walking dead. or .have I suddenly turned 100 in minutes after lightly applying product? ...creepy, craggy, dry & flaky, pores the size of craters (I saw so many pores I'd never noticed before), and I had that made up look seen only in an open casket. 5th: Oh, and after spending $70+ online, no simple little free samples came with my order (which could have generated another purchase & more revenue for Too Faced) and 6th: Despite buying through the website, no help with return shipping was extended. Free Returns? Ha! Really? The product is potentially poor quality....please send me a mailer so your offices can make a gesture of customer satisfaction...unless you have a store which will accept returns. Not happy! And, I so wanted to share great results with all my girlfriends, but that Is a far gone conclusion. I would even welcome an offer to assist me with my dry skin results after using Born This Way by suggesting a more appropriate product formulation. That didn't happen either.
