Top Cash Back doesn't pay out cash and then blames the merchant. I contacted the merchant and they said don't use top cash back. They said it was a scam and didn't know what i was talking about. Top Cash Back will also void your purchase if you use a promo code or online code for online savings purchase

I made a purchase for Virgin Broadband I made a purchase for Virgin Broadband It said on the website Flash offer ! Get £125 bill credit with M350 Fibre Broadband and phone. £250 Cashback I was awarded only £120 cashback. I complained loads of time but they would not give it. They said you have to provide a dated screenshot of the offer. Who takes a screenshot with a date on it. They are ripping off people and misleading them. Even £120 is still confirmed but not payable. I think someone needs to look at these people and check what they are doing because I am sure I am not the only one. So people if it is to be true take a dated screenshot don't just trust these liars. I spent loads of time writing to them but they would not give me my money back. One of their customer services called John was even rude. He did not care. How can he work in customer care?

it is a great website you get money back in vouchers when you order through their link etc sometimes just 2% but it all ads up. I booked tui cruise through the link and got £80 put in my account from tui. company's offer percent back on there etc. always check top cash before buying any goods to see if they have offers for that company. you have nothing to lose but plenty to gain .

Waste of time! Switched energy suppliers, however i did not receive the £120 cash back even though i followed the correct procedure. Spoke to customer services and i was told they cant always gurantee cashback... very misleading

Done my motor insurance through TopCashback always is a help and a great incentive to use websites such as confused.com for money back on big payments which makes it just a lot easier to save money! Great website and great simplicity to the mobile app also!

I have been using TopCashback USA for approximately two years. They tend to have higher cashback rates than the other apps (I've tried several).

I like that you don't need a minimum amount (instead of having to wait for the next quarter) to cashout and they have easy redemption options including PayPal, Amazon gift cards, Walmart gift cards, and Visa gift cards. Some of these options qualify for a redemption bonus so you get bonus cash when choosing select gift cards.

Their browser extension makes it easy to never miss a shopping opportunity and this new feature is a huge plus as I shop using a computer and not the mobile app.

My one drawback is that their customer service is slower to respond when you have trouble tracking a recent purchase. Rakuten (formerly Ebates) has the best all-around customer service and user experience, but I haven't had any major problems with TopCashback.

TopCashback is my #1 cash back app recommendation for online purchases because they tend to have higher rates for more stores. Rakuten is my #2 recommendation because of the high-quality user experience.

If you frequent purchase things online, it would not hurt to check out Topcashback since you get free credit with certain retailers . Who don't like free stuff?

It is a legit site but I have experienced SO many issues with them (regarding cashback suddenly being declined for no known reason or the cashback being a different amount than promised) that it was not worth it. I decided to stick to Rakuten where I have yet to experience a single problem after years of use.

There are a multitude of ways to get cash back when you shop through websites or apps. When you can't find a merchant elsewhere, sometimes TopCashback is a surprising match. I also like the fact you don't have to wait for a minimum balance to cash out.
