Total Cycling

Placed my first order with TC ($300+) on July 6. Received my package in the US on July 10. Very fast shipping considering TC is in the UK. Prices are very competitive on most items. Some more expensive items can be purchased for up to 50% off US online prices. Shipping can be high. However, if your placing a large order, your saving more then makeup for the shipping costs.
Sent customer service an e-mail prior to ordering and took a week to get a response.
Will purchase from them again.

I order wheels on 24/12 with mention in stock 5+.
On the 1/01 nothing yet so i sent e mail...
Nine days lalter they response was sorry we forgot your order it will be shiped today.
I ask for tracking ...nothing.
Five days later nothing yet . I have finaly cancel my order (without trouble) almost 1 month after my initial order.

Order shipped 1/9
Order delivered? (today is 1/16)

Their website claims same day dispatch. Actual: 5 days
They claim 3-5 day shipping to the US. Actual TBD but at least 9 days

Don't believe a thing they say.

As for customer service, response time of 7 days. Which is just pathetic.

Ordered 3t aeronova handlebar saying 3-4 days delivery. 5 DAYS later nothing.
tried to ring but only ever got answering machine with no facility to leave message. Grrrrrrr
E-mailed to say can they give me an update and received apology for no one getting back in contact.
Their terms and conditions say 24 hrs!!!!!! if there is a problem with order.
Told 16-30 days before due in stock!!!!!!!!!!!! request advise.
I have asked for a refund onto my card and yet again NO REPLY. tried ringing....NO REPLY.
so still waiting for refund.
For an internet trading company their customer service is diabolical and their stock system is a joke.
to give a phone number in the contact section to only receive an answerphone message with no chance of LEAVING a message is beyond a joke.
I will never use this company again. (so far in the last 6 months I have spent over £5,000 online on cycling gear)
BUYER BEWARE.

I ordered two chains and a jersey from Total Cycling on 1/28/2015. To this date I have not received my order and after several attempts to get an update they continue to blame Royal Mail and The US Customs Service for the delay. They indicated just this last week they would initiate a claim for the reimbursement but nothing this week and no response from them. Horrible customer service!

I ordered on March 10th and despite order showing complete on their site still no goods have arrived. Three emails sent chasing and ignored. Have they closed down? It's now March 23rd. This is without a doubt the worst service I have ever had from a bike shop.

I ordered an item from totalcycling a week ago
Their site says they dispatch items the same working day if ordered before midday, otherwise following working day.
2 days later, still no dispatch. Repeated emails and calls to try and get in touch with them so I could cancel the order (needed it by the weekend, so ordered it elsewhere instead), no response. A further 2 days later, still no response BUT they dispatched item I had asked to cancel.
No communication, late shipping, abysmal.

I saw that Total Cycling had a Tacx Neo turbo trainer in stock but at 10% more than Wiggle. Quick phone call and they price matched without hesitation. Ordered the trainer and it appeared on my doorstep a few days later. Had to ring them once to make a minor change to delivery details and they answered the phone immediately and sorted the issue.
My experience was very satisfactory. Have ordered a few items previously including a bike frame and was similarly satisfied. I would have no hesitation in recommending.

Let me be clear here: when I placed my order (on a Sunday) and wasn't able to reach this store to confirm my order the next day because nobody was picking up the phone, I became worried and started checking their ratings on resellerratings etc. (I know, I should have done it before placing my order, not after, but anyway).

When I saw other people's comments about bad customer service etc., I became very upset and even started looking for alternaties. But then I managed to reach the shop via a different phone number listed on the totalcycling's facebook page, and Mike from the shop explained to me that it was St. Patrick's day and therefore there was no one at the store. The following day I managed to reach the actual store (Mark, if I remember correctly) who made sure that my order was processed urgently and went out on that same day. Since I requested rush delivery, the following day (on Wednesday) I already had my order delivered to me in London. I couldn't be happier about the whole experience because I was only staying in London for 2 days, and if Mark hadn't been responsive enough, I would've left before my package arrived.

Normally, I don't post reviews online (unless something really bad happens and I feel the need to complain) but given how low ratings of these guys are, I though it would be fair if I share my positive experience for a change.

I have recently received a USE Vybe Suspension Seat Post from Total Cycling UK. It arrived swiftly and efficiently so I have no doubts about future orders. Emails were always rapid and helpful. Total thanks to Total Cycling !!

Incredibly rude customer services who, having refused to send to Spain because they thought it was a fraudulent transaction, then send it to Spain after I requested. it was sent to my billing address. Very slow to respond to communication. Very slow to let you know what's happening. I WILL NOT be using this bunch of clowns again! I'm not even sure I'll get what I ordered.

Bought some spokes and paid for Next Day Delivery, tracked them the next day and the Royal Mail did not have the tracking number on their system!
Called Total Cycling and got answered the second attempt, they assured me my package was shipped on the day of purchase.
As my Next Day Delivery did not arrive in the time that it should have (not the sellers fault this is down to the Royal Mail) they refunded me the balance of shipping fees back.
Item showed up on the RM system later that day and was delivered the next day.
So all very good despite the NEGATIVE REVIEWS, will use again
