I had dents and scratches on my 2018 cx9 and Ayhan matched the colour and repaired the dents and the plastic cover above the tyres. He is a perfectionist and takes pride in his work. It is undetectable and looked like it is straight out of the showroom.

I had a large scratch on the bumper but after Ayhan from Touch Up Guys Melbourne finished it looked brand new! My car is fairly old and the colour difference due to age and fading isn't even noticeable he did that great of a job at colour matching. From coming to my work to have a look at the damage, to messaging me once he had finished to make sure I could have a look at it and I was happy Ayhan took pride in his work, and his level of professionalism and attention to detail is outstanding. I couldn't recommend him highly enough to my friends and family.

I recently scraped my pristine near-new car against the cement pillar in my garage... (To say I was upset is an understatement ) I couldn't even blame someone else...I did it!!). Following investigation of a variety of panel repairers (with varying charges) I settled on the Touch Up Guys. Ayhan Akbulut came out and gave me a quote which I was happy with and we agreed on a time/day to do the job in my garage. Ayhan was punctual, a lovely guy but most importantly he did an amazing job on my car. In a few hours, it came out of my garage looking like it did when it came out of the dealer showroom when i first bought it. I was delighted when I saw it. it looked amazing. You just don't find quality knowledge and sensational customer service like this anymore. The repair AND the colour match, are totally undetectable. Very professional all round performance at a very competitive price. I am most impressed and would have no hesitation in recommending Ayhan. Thanks Ayhan!

(1) I dealt with Nick Baker (Adelaide western region)
(2) Asked for a quote, never got one, said he was too busy to come out anyways
(3) Got a quote for another job later and he never turned up. We had a time scheduled, I left work early and he never showed. No text message, no email, no phone call, ever. No apology whatsoever, just no communication.

WORST customer service I have probably ever experienced. His quote came in at $325. After he did a no-show I went to another company who were extremely professional, arrived on time, communicated brilliantly and did a fantastic job for only $198.

I really dodged a bullet with this guy. Thank goodness he never came out and did my car.

VCAT Claim pending for the extortion of AN EXTRA $325 which was charged at the last minute - post job completion - completely out of the blue. [name removed] from Hastings Touch Up Guys NEVER mentioned or quoted the full amount of $825; instead he lured me in, under the proviso that the full scope of works would cost $500 and then slapped me with an additional $325 after he dropped my car off (at my place of work), knowing full well the circumstance (of my location) would force me to ‘cough up’. I was in such a state of shock, sickened to my core and ‘numb’ from ‘being robbed in broad daylight’ that I just paid the extra money and are now in the process of ‘recovery’. Most quotes received for the FULLY completed job (which was also unfortunately, not up to standard) were between $150 and $500. I chose [name removed] (being the most expensive quote of the lot, at ‘$500’) due to the convenience of the process; however he extorted those extra funds and refused to rectify the situation when I offered him the opportunity to refund the $325 excess. He has since involved the National Manager of The Touch Up Guys and together, they are now subjecting me to legal bullying! Beware before dealing with this franchise and more specifically the Hastings operator!

I had a the pleasure of meeting Ken who services norther suburbs. Ken did an amazing job filling the holes on my bumper bar and re-spraying to make it look as new! Ken takes pride in his work, is very professorial, attention to detail and a great guy to deal with. I highly recommend Ken.

I am very happy with the work carried out by Alex (of Dandenong) to repair a scratch on the rear-window spoiler of my Hyundai Kona.
He was pleasant and courteous, arrived punctually, took time to do a thorough job - while patiently explaining the procedures he would be using - and completed the work to my satisfaction at a competitive cost.
I have no hesitation in recommending the services of Touch Up Guys, and Alex especially, to anyone in need of the services of this company.

I contacted several mobile operators to get a small roof section repair on my old Mercedes. Chris Hinkley from Touch up Guys Knox was the only one to bother with the job, others quoted in 4 figures as a deterrent to doing small work. He came over, we discussed options and he did the work on the spot at a third of the other quotes. Highly professional and will certainly use him again.

I had the rear bumper repaired on my Calais. It cost less than half what a panel bested quoted. They arrived on time, were very professional and did an excellent job. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I would not recommend them as he did not come out to do a quote in the arranged 1 hr time that was booked, He sent a message at the last minute to say he'd be there in a half hour & still didn't show. I phoned the next day & got a message that he'd call me back but that hasn't happened either.

David Deakin from Touch Up Guys - Blacktown fixed the scratches on my car's bumper. He did an excellent job. He is very professional and attended on time. He kept the appointment even though it was raining and it was cold. Worked on the car in my garage. Highly recommended.

I just had one of their guys out and he did a fantastic job. Cannot see any difference between the repaired area and the original colour and my car colour is not an easy one to match.

Ayhan from the Melbourne City area did a fantastic job with repairing the bonett that had paint scuffs on it, he went out of his way to do the job with a few hours of calling him, i cant recomend his service and expertise highly enough!!

I had Trevor out from "Touch up guys" out today to fix up a scrape on my car. His work is immaculate; he arrived early and had my car looking brand new in no time. We think we were ripped off by this company, they came and gave a quote to repair scratches, said that they could just buff them out and with an area that did require a respray charged $300, Actual time taken to carry out the work 1 hour, where he had buffed out the scratches, at the time looked good, however 24 hours later all the scratches reappeared, would not recommend this company

We use Ayhan from the Melbourne Touch up Guys and his work is amazing. Highly recommend! He is a panel beater by trade and knows his stuff. We have used him 3 times in the last 2years to fix our wheels and side panels and number and each time looked brand new again! Lovely guy goes above and beyond.

Called Ayhan from the Touch Up Guys in Melbourne and was so friendly and gave me a quote before he started so I knew what to expect! I couldn't point where the damage was after he fixed it it was like new again. Thanks mate it looks amazing.

I approached Damon to fix a car I hit in a car park earlier in the year. Unfortunately the car owner made life really tough for Damon but he went above and beyond to get the car fixed at the price he quoted me on our first phone conversation. Wouldn't go past him if I needed my car fixed!
