I made a typo when listing my shipping address and ToyWiz was very prompt at correcting the mistake and shipped my item out as soon as possible. I'm very satisfied with the service.

will no order again. Local pickup was an option for this item so i had to pay shipping. Item was supposed to come with digital content, it didnt. Book had a massive dent in it. when i contacted their facebook they essentially told me thats shipping's problem cant help you.

It’s been a week and a day since my order status was shipped and in transit and it hasn’t moved from the facility that it was scanned in as package received ready to move to next facility. I get with COVID things are slow but I’m getting packages from China that update faster than this item is moving.

I placed and order I had to change several times and inadvertently selected 'Marshall Islands' instead of 'Maryland' in the address field. Toy Wiz was very patient with the changes I needed to make and quickly made the necessary adjustments before shipping. They asked no questions and even called me to confirm my requests had been taken care of. We are repeat customers because my son loves their products and I appreciate their exceptional customer service.

I placed an order for My Little Pony blind box season 14 for my child. I live in Canada, so I had to have it shipped to a relative in the states and then shipped here. I recieved my order last week and the sent me the wrong season, that was also on their website cheaper than what I paid for the season 14. Which they charged me 250 dollars Canadian for. I asked how I go about shipping back the items I DID NOT ORDER and getting my money back. That was 10 days ago and I've even attached photos of receipts and what I received. No response yet. I do not recommend them at all and terrible customer service.

They are using my credit card on Apple ID and makes me can’t buy any games at is absolutely free cost no money it’s like debt except you can’t even get rid of it I give 7 dollars to who knows where and to who knows what when ever I have above 7 dollars

They use buying bots to get ALL the new and big items at target,walmart ect.. will buy an item like a $19.99 sports card item or box then turn around so they are sold out everywhere then re sell that item (EVEN on the retailers site!) for 10 times more!!! Thats unheard of and ridiculous!! My kids cant even collect and use a KIDS item with out these scum bags BUYING UP EVERYTHING with BOTS, Then re selling it.... Bunch of low life scum bags! I HOPE the FTC or at least the BIG BOX retailers drop their account! I KNOW A LOT of people who HATEEEEEE this place!

HOLLY. FUNKO! I cannot begin to describe how incredible my experience dealing with ToyWiz was, but I'll try my best. First of all, my order had accidentally been canceled, which was my fault as I did not confirm it properly, and they held onto the four pops for me until we sorted everything out! Who does that? I'll tell you who, ToyWiz does. We then had some issues with PayPal and had to move the transaction to Amazon Pay and the entire time throughout, the staff was helpful, understand and SO SO kind. I have yet to order pops and deal with a store on the phone who's team is THIS kind and warm towards the buyer. That is not a knock at any other store or establishment, but rather praise towards the ToyWiz team. ToyWiz, if you're reading this; please give your support staff a big thank you, because they have provided me with the greatest first impression of your store. I will 10000% be purchasing again from ToyWiz, because for me as a buyer; the number one thing besides the product itself, is customer service and it was truly a pleasure to deal with ToyWiz's team. Thank you all so much! I wanted to wait until my pops came in to write this review, and they arrived just yesterday. If it wasn't enough that ToyWiz is helpful, patient, and kind, they packaged my pops beautifully! Sent in multiple boxes, with air pillows. I was so impressed. Lastly, after I had already purchased the pops, before shipping them out their team called me/sent me photos to confirm the condition of the pops I ordered. WHO DOES THAT??? An amazing store that cares about their buyers, that's who. They are truly the best. Thank you ToyWiz, again, for all of your help and guidance throughout this transaction. I look forward to purchasing from you in the future and have already started telling everyone I know who collects, about your store and website.

**I had to come back to edit, just to mention this one crucial detail: THIS WAS ALL DURING COVID-19! During a pandemic, when stores currently have minimal resources in terms of staff and it has become more difficult than ever for them to deal with their customer base. Yet, ToyWiz manages to be better than ever throughout all this and I cannot begin to tell you how grateful I am for it.

I pre-order items that did not have an exact release date. The date was pushed back twice due to late manufacturing and distribution.
Toy Wiz, when the item were finally available increased the prices, some by 100%, and never sent me my pre-order. I contacted them a multiple occasions and they first said, it's delayed. Then said they were missing 1 out of 5 of the items, then sold out. I never got my order.
Was refunded, but that's not an acceptable response for collectables. Stop doing such a bad job.

Buyers beware!!!! ToyWiz has changed the shipping month 3 times now. Many reviewer websites have horrible reviews of ToyWiz. Basically a scam of a company. People have also stated they haven’t received their refunds either.

The people at Toywiz are absolutely amazing and very understanding! They're always quick to resolve any issues and put their customers first. This is my 2nd purchase from Toywiz and I look forward to doing more business with them in the future. I highly recommend Toywiz to enthusiasts and collectors both. Keep up the great work!
