I received my shipment only five days after I placed the order.
That's nine days earlier than the estimated ETA -- and to Australia! EXCELLENT!!

As an Australian rail enthusiast who recently rode the Rocky Mountaineer and saw rail action in the Rocky Mountains like I had never seen before in my life, I was looking for a DVD that would show some of it in a way you just couldn't see or photograph from the train. Canada's Canyon by Highball was just what I was looking for. Brilliant!

I have consistently found excellent value offered, very fast order acknowledgment and lightning shipping / confirmation usually within 2 days of my online order.
This is truly service with a smile and while this is admittedly an electronic one, one knows it is there.

I have made 28 purchases from Train Video Depot.

Their prices are quite reasonable, their shipping charges (to Canada) are reasonable, and their shipping times and delivery times are very good.

And, obviously, they carry a very large selection of train videos from most of the better producers, and many videos that are not available elsewhere.

I consider Train Video Depot to be the best of the train video distributors!

I ordered three DVDs, but one was not in stock. Trainvideodepot.com offered to split the shipment at no extra charge, but I opted to wait for the out of stock item.

I have always received good service from Sam, the owner of Trainvideodepot.com. I'm sure I will be buying more DVDs from him in the future.

This is the second time I have ordered from Train Video Depot and I continue to be extremely pleased with their order accuracy, speed of order receipt, secure packaging of DVDs, and the wide array of subjects and producers carried in Train Video Depot's inventory. Needless to say, I will continue buying from this vendor and I will, and already have, continue recommending Train Video Depot to others.

I'm in Australia and have bought several DVDs over the past three years from TVD.
My experiences have been perfect.
The delivery times have been amazingly short and I can only put that down to the business shipping almost immediately they receive an order.
In addition, prices the quality of the products are excellent.
Highly recommended.

I have ordered a number of train video from The Train Depot in the last year, both on the phone and on line. I have received excellent service each and ever time. Each time the DVD were shipped out the same day, (if you call in the morning) and each time I received the DVD in two days. I have never had a problem with any of the DVD's. You also get a tracking number so it is easy to follow your package.

I received the Video of Railroading Through the Winter of 93, however I cannot view it because it keeps cutting in and out and then stops altogether. The other 2 video's are great.I have ordered quiet of few from you, but this was the worst one I have ever tried to view. Thank You

Train Video Depot is THE resource for your train video purchases. Their selection is great and encompasses most of the major producers. Their prices are also very good and they offer some nice sales throughout the year. At the time of this writing, there's a great Pentrex sale at TVD - and I'm going to get a few that I've been wanting for a while already.
Customer service is exceptional. Shipping is fast and you always receive an email when your videos have been shipped. And if there's a problem with anything you've bought from TVD, they do their best to make you happy. All of this is from my own personal experience in multiple purchases from them. As long as they have what I want, I wouldn't go any place else!

Sam runs a quality establishment with Train Video Depot. His website is great and has reviews of the DVDs that are spot on my from my experience. He shipped my item the very next day and it arrived in good shape and as expected.

He runs occasional sales on his website and always makes sure his customer is satisfied by sending follow-up communication. I would buy from again!
