I purchased the Kayla Itsines Bikini Body Guide. It is a good, easy to follow, at home workout guide that you can do without any/too much outlay. It isn't ground breaking to be honest but I did follow it for a couple of weeks before losing interest as there isn't much variety in the exercise (all circuit based training with the same exercises). I have had better results with Michelle Bridges exercise books which you can get free from the library or at a much cheaper price than this program. Overall its probably ok to help you get started on your fitness journey, but once you've done it for a couple of weeks you'll probably need more of a challenge. Also I don't think all the ab photos on instagram of the "BBG" girls are only following this program - they must be doing other weight training based exercises.

I signed up for her "Free 7 day trial" on her app and now I get charged every week. Not happy. There are so many other amazing plans out there. Stay away from this one unless you don't mind paying money to her constantly and you want to hurt your joints through her vigorous, dangerous exercises. My joints are stuffed!

We rented for one week whilst in Estepona. We found Espacar to be flexible and efficient. They dropped the car at the time and place arranged and then were there on the dot when we dropped it off at a differerent place. The car was nearly new and very clean with half a tank of petrol. We were very impressed and will now use them every time we visit the area. The insurance policy was included in the price and there were no hidden extras. Having hired many cars in various countries - we found this company competitive and we would thoroughly recommend them.

What a bunch of scam artists! Agree with all the red comments. The green ones are fake, just like their Instagram page, the photo studio Glass Studios use stock photos from Shuttershock and Pexal, even their webpage is stock photos. If you had dealings with these people report them to Action Fraud.

Terrable, British Model Alliance is as close to a scam as a company can get without police action against it. They book you in for a test shoot with a £50 deposit, and then when you've "passed" They will ask to buy your portpholio to continue, starting from £525 pounds for 10 Photos. Ten! going up to £2500 for the full shoot, a business card and a personal Webpage. I can asure you this is increadably over priced and not only that but they try to pressure you into getting it on the day beacuse "Oh you need to sign a date protection so we can keep your photos so if you don't buy them now they will get deleated lol" load of crap. My dad was an avid HO enthusiast. He actually worked for the B&M back in the 50s and 60s; first as a dinning car steward and then in the Boston yard long before the huge facility was built. We had several interactions of sets in our cellar and he had me make a stock car from a kit that I still have. I wanted something from the B&M for the longest time. This will definitely fir the bill and sit on the track. Thank you!

While Cognifit collects extensive information about you, they only provided their privacy documents to me after I had taken their tests and then requested them. And they leave lots of holes for sharing your very intimate information with others and its use. I would steer clear of them.

The only way to tell if the games or other activities are making a difference is to take assessments periodically and they are $50 each, even if you subscribe to their service. It seems like a cash grab and I too wonder who they are selling my data to.

I ordered a pair of the dark grey gum high top women’s trainers. They look nice. The tracking was good to Australia and I received them in about 2 weeks. Only issue is the shoe laces which look good but are not functional. They keep coming undone even just walking around. Worst shoe laces I have ever had in any shoe! Please put better shoe laces in these Nobull. I paid $221 so expect the laces to be good quality!

I was excited to receive my new nobull running shoes. My friend is a sponsor and sold me a new pair of blue no bulls. Come to find out the seams started to unravel just shortly after two weeks of running. Horrible product, I would never recommend these sneakers to anyone.

PP2808 Amazing trip - my fourth one with the company - and I place complete trust in them every time to deliver an excellent experience from beginning to end. From the initial planning of the trip to the delivery of tickets/travel booklets, Euroventure is excellent and provide fantastic customer service. Initially, I was torn between two trips and they were extremely accommodating with planning both trips in a lot of detail so I could ultimately make up my mind. The accommodation chosen by the team is always to an amazing standard and really well-located, and the recommendations in the travel booklets of places to visit, eat, drink and see were all great and helpful. Would definitely recommend booking a trip with these guys and I'm sad I can't do one this year.

Had the most amazing time doing the 4 day Lapland trip, truly a bucket list adventure, from Stockholm’s ABBA museum to a sleeper train, arriving in Abisko in a snow storm -28 never felt cold like it! Snows mobiles chasing aurora which we didn’t catch, then husky rides in the snow. To finally arrive at the ice hotel! And caught up with aurora, the most beautiful sky! And what a experience to sleep in a cold room! All travel went so smoothly and loved the pack we received! Couldn’t recommend euro venture more highly. Thank you for making our trip easy!

Until now, I have always enjoyed Aerosoft shoes. The latest pair arrived with a strange, strong odor. I contacted customer service, asked for an exchange, was sent a mailing label and a pair was then mailed. This pair arrived with the same odor. I contacted them to return them however, I learned that I would have to pay shipping. Keep in mind that this wasn't an error on my part. They sent me a defective, smelly shoe. I received my refund for the shoes but am out the shipping it took to return them. That ranks a "less than one star" in my book, I will no longer purchase their shoes and I will also direct people not to deal with them.
