The towel turned out really good! My only complaint is the amount of time it took to ship and then once it was shipped it didn't move from Miami for 4 business days. It took me reaching out and then it all the sudden started to travel. There were also some white spots on the towel that looked like they didn't take the color as well as the rest.

I've emailed them several times since ordering this product. I ordered it mid-November to get it before Christmas. I keep getting emails "tell us what you think?" and emailing the support email. Each time I reach out -which has been 11 times at this point. I get a generic response "oh we are looking into this for you." December 2nd I followed up on the status of my order and still have no actual answer to that email. Since then I've taken the time to reach out 10 times to be accommodating. I never received my order and no one is getting back to me. Poor business practice.

Another art supply online retailer with some of the lowest prices I've seen. One of the items in my order was out of stock with 7/6 listed as the date of receiving new stock. An email was sent informing me of this and gave me the option to cancel the order for that item or the whole order. There was also a shipping choice to ship all items when available or ship separately depending on availability (more expensive). Eventually the whole order was shipped around mid-July, so there was some delay but it arrived in fine packaging with nothing damaged.

HORRIBLE!!!... Signed up for membership. Ordered some goods. Half were not in stock, so my order amounted to a few paintbrushes. Tallied my order... Shipping to Hawaii? Only through UPS or FedEx online they said after signing on. Shipping cost? $100 shipping charge for $100 order. Backed out and called them.. Sorry, we only use UPS and FedEx when ordering online. Decided that day to ancel my membership. Have they returned my emails, phone calls, responded??? No. Worst customer service I've come across in years!!

This relates rather particularly to BEBOP ENCLOSURES as a basis for a jazz language: I began to watch some youtube vids once I became aware of bebop enclosures, which happened after striving to play upright bass on and off for years, and then discovering ukulele bass, with a very short scale and rubber strings which sounds so much better than harsh electric bass, and discovering Todd Johnson's Bass Module method. Anyway, as a jazz lover and self-taught music teacher on several instruments (I also had theory lessons and know lotsa "facts" cold, but my hearing is still in need of refinement), I had NEVER understood leading tones or "chromaticism" via other "jazz methods". For 35+ yrs I have struggled to play jazz, and tho I transcribed many solos and bought 400+ books and many CD's, and though I could see notes around chord notes in transcribed solos, I NEVER understood (I hate to say) the "simplicity" of the idea, which is to target important notes in the harmony, via enclosures, and hence make one's solos sound legit. I was amazed, in younger years, looking thru the Omnibook, how Bird could play notes near the important notes of chords, and sound great. But how to do that, I had no clue! I was a victim, sadly, of poor education. (But at least I kept struggling.) There is NO mention of bebop enclosures in a certain free jazz handbook. None in the version I received in early 2020, and none in the many I received in years before. But that cat sells some of the BEST spiritual books which have changed my life, without which I would be VERY lost. All in all, the spiritual path is most important, but I sure wish I coulda made better music along the path of my life. But, I am STARTING NOW to get a grasp, so hey, next lifetime I hope to be able to play "the moment". A song title comes to mind..."I can dream, can't I?" (Look, if A.M. and P.M. would prefer that I edit this, I shall, and you all can delete this part, but my STRUGGLE WAS REAL, AND I HAVE BEEN THAT ODDBALL JAZZLOVER ALL OF MY ADULT LIFE.)

Coats were great, customer service was worse than fastfood after midnight. Rude. Unopen to feedback and snarky. The coats don't stay shut with the buttons they chose. I let them know and they got super rude with me. As a seamstress I gave them notes about the updates they need to do to their duster coats for their buttons to work, the snaps they used were too small. Instead of thanking me for the tip.n I was told to return the items even though I said I was keeping them and fixing them. RUDE UNGRATEFUL UNAPPRECIATIVE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS HARD PASS

Their pre-stretched canvases are the worst. Their stretcher bars and support braces are "dove-tailed" making them easy to come apart/snap. The bars and or braces had come apart on 5 out of 10 canvases. Three of the replacements they sent arrived with the same problem. They blamed it on my UPS guy and said "he must not like you, because no one else has complained". I wasn't expecting the canvas to be perfect, and I can see 1 maybe 2 bad canvases, but half? If I wanted to stretch my own, I would. BE WARNED!

otally dis-satisfied with the service, I placed an order 2 weeks ago and I have not even received a reply (3 emails directly to the company about shipping status). It appears they sell out of stock items and do not reply to emails. Very poor customer service and inventory status, it is the first and last time I am purchasing from the business. I kindly requested them to inform me of the out of stock items and forward my shipment as is and refund me the rest of the purchase.

total con artists BEWARE DO NOT PURCHASE...on January 12, 2020 at 4:56 pm PDTI placed an Erykah Badu Vinyl in my cart ...after they took my money off credit card they sent me a receipt for a CD 5:16pm PST...i then emailed several depts within 5 minutes asking to cancel...they emailed me back within 15 minutes on a Sunday night at 5:30 pm PST approximately 27 minutes after my request ro cancel telling me its too late to cancel because my item has already been packed and shippes....this indeed was impossible and a LIE....i continued to email support and track shipping which had live updated..the order kept saying submitted for fulfillment unril 11:04 pm July 13, Monday night PST almost Tuesday 2 days later......i was then sent an email fit was shipped ....i was told I have to take the order and then return it....now at 3:11 amPST I get an email telling me no returns on vinyls unless damages...om like u idiots u are sending me a CD not a vinyl...and I would not be returning if was a vinyl....so angry this is riddled with typos please find another merchant...these people are cons and idiots a

AVOID !!! Bought a ‘Strokes’ sweatshirt for my son’s birthday & paid nearly £10 for delivery. Waited nearly 2 months for delivery & sent query email but told to expect delivery in September due to pandemic (ordered placed in June)! Then, Royal Mail put a card through my door saying there was a Customs Charge due of £13.74...so this means I would havd paid £24 delivery costs for a £28 sweatshirt!!! Now, having read the reviews it seems others have received fake goods...so I am between a rock & a hard place & if I dont pay the extra fee then I have lost £36... Will never ever buy from Merch Bar again...nor goods from China either for that matter! How do they get away with it!!!! Get smart and avoid at all costs...else it will cost you too!!

Appalling service ! Waited 48 days for a personalised drawing for my brothers wedding gift. They told me 10-15 days. Contacted facedoodled numerous of times to be lied to continuously. They only sent my picture because i opened up a claim with Paypal! Then i was sent a photo copy of the picture not even the original. I paid £80 for a personalised picture not a photocopy. Not only that it was 3 weeks past my brothers wedding and i even had the date put on the picture! They are a waste of time! They ignore you, They lie to you, they dodge any questions that need answering! I have never dealt with anyone quite like this!! They are out to do one thing and that is rip people off!!!!!! Awful customer service. I paid £300 for a family photo. Requested one of the peoples faces to be redrawn as the eyes were scrunched up. After several messages, over two months the only response provided was they were looking into it however never actually came back with an update. Now I am pursuing a formal complaint under the consumer act and will be making a legal claim. I would never use this company again.

T shirts for Christmas 2018 never turned up. As previous reviews will tell you this bogus company is a 100% SCAM. *WARNING DO NOT PLACE ORDERS* ( i’am am now £34 down)

Unfortunately, I can not evaluate the quality of the products, because I did’t receive my order. The seller is very irresponsible and says that this is not his problem, that I paid for the order and did not receive it, because he received my money and therefore even this is no longer his problem. The only thing that the seller wrote to me is that he will return me money for the order if there will be an answer from the USPS about that the order is lost. I received such a response from the USPS, after which the seller stopped responding to my mails altogether and simply completely disappeared! It is the most disgusting seller I have ever met. If you want to spend money nowhere and not get your order, then you are here.

I spoke to someone over the phone this afternoon about my experience with the 'Tom of Finland store' and the customer service at the store. I wanted to make sure that the information I gave and the horrific experience I had gets into the right hands and is dealt with. Back in june I placed an order for a book "forever butt". When i placed the order it was listed as in stock. Once the order processed it then was listed as a pre-order. I made it clear through emails with the store that it wasn't clear that it was a pre-order. Through emails with customer service I was told that the book would be sent by AUG 2020. Following that email I continued to reach out to them with my concerns... with no reply on their end. I even checked the website and to my surprise the item isn't even sold anymore. I was never notified of anything. No one ever reached out to me to initiate a refund when they clearly knew they didnt send the item and they don't even have the item anymore to send. I then set a dispute with my credit card company and started running into troubles. This morning I called the store to make sure that this item would be cancelled and my money refunded to me since I have still not recieved it (7 MONTHS LATER). I spoke to someone by the name of Joankim Andreasson. They were beyond rude. Andreasson used foul language towards me, had an extreme attitude, and hung up the call. Now that is not acceptable AT ALL. I am a customer first of all. I paid for an item i never recieved and that they don't even sell anymore so of course i am beyond entitled to a full refund and at the least an apology for the inconvenience yet NONE of that happened. I am beyond furious with my experience. I can't believe someone would run a business like this. I really hope that someone can take care of this. Because as a store linked to your foundation its making the foundation look horrible. Fraud company. Never again and they are being sued by credit company and investigated by Bureau. Disgusting company and scamming workers.

I'm giving 3 stars, as I appreciated the customer service aspect. My concern is, how small the sizing is. I ordered 2XL pants for my husband, which were even too small for me and I typically wear XL. The shirt I ordered had a hole in the front. This being my first time ordering, I was very disappointed. Not sure if I will be coming back.

I love working with Duncan, his giclee prints are brilliant and he is very open and creative in his approach. He has often helped me work out what I need, when I am unsure and presented me with options I had not thought of, when I was for example constructing a collage. You won't get a better print and understanding of the process anywhere. Highly recommend.

I wanted to purchase 2 tickets sitting near my friend in section C1 but was only allowed to purchase either 1 or 3 tickets. Then, I wanted to use a visa giftcard with $100 and then the remaining balance on my credit card and there was no way to do that.

"I needed a custom piece for my girl’s birthday in order to surprise her and also spice up her day and was so fortunate to come across this company through online Ads because they provided for me exactly what I needed and so impressed. I ordered for one of his favorite paintings with a matching frame and the ordering process was very simple. From ordering to delivering, I never had any issues with them. Their customer service was of great help which made the whole scenario so easy for me. The painting in which I ordered for, was done quickly and shipped to my destination without delay and damages. The most important thing was that my order arrived on time! I had Great experience with them and I’ll like to purchase a few more in the near future.

My girlfriend loves oil paintings and her birthday was coming up, so I bought her one as a present. She loved the “Dance at Bougival” very much. Communication was easy and quick, so was the delivery. Maria did an absolutely amazing job and I am so thankful she was there with me for my wedding day! She enjoyed every bit of the excitement with me and was also able to calm any nervous energy in the room. Maria met with me several times in order to figure out what would look just right for me. She brought all of the products Makeup Artist Pro group had to offer including the airbrush foundation which turned out amazing. It was very light but left a smooth finished look. My makeup made me feel so confident and I didn't have to think twice about it all day (not even when my hubby shoved cake in my face.;]). I ordered several portraits over the past years and I wouldn't want to order from a different artist. Anny and Miro from Masterpiecedirect are just wonderful. Every single portrait I ordered turned out to be a true masterpiece! I kept some of the portraits for myself but I also regulary give a portrait drawn by Masterpiecedirect as gift to friends and family. When I ordered my first portrait I was a bit hesitant because by the time I didn't know them and I wasn't sure if the drawing would turn out the way I wanted it, but when I received the first picture of the finished portrait I was simply blown away. Anny and Miro have a great eye for even the smallest details and their portraits are super realistic! I will for sure be back to order again. Thank you!!

It was great honestly, from a 2 week cheapest campaign. It got me around 2000+ streams and monthly listeners. For the weekly 20 dollar subscription it got me 1.3k in a week! I wouldn't invest a huge amount of money however because there is no profit. But to fmget the best results, run these campaigns side by side a Facebook advert campaign for your music. You'll see massive numbers in currentky on 11,000 on my recent track ! "The Kingdom Sound" They're great and I currently use them for my whole record label KSR !

I think i was just suspended from Art finder, My style is POP realism, and have had many Museum shows,the cover painting was purchased by the biggest collector in N.Y.C. The guide lines are archaic, they are out of touch with today's Art world, the Art they show is so dumbed down, they appeal to over the couch paintings, that decorators want, I never sold 1 piece through them.,I do have a new and different style,which is not understood by there curators, i sell 6 or more paintings a year to sophisticated clients who know good Art.I suggest they reevaluate there team. The Art they promote is not good Art.

I have been a member of the Artspan artist websites since 2014, and am very glad that I chose their platform. My previous experience with building a website was with the iWeb platform, and although I was content with that platform, it was no longer supported by Apple and the program was becoming slightly problematic. Artspan was one of my options at the time, and choosing them turned out to be a good decision. With limited technical experience (but a good eye for design) and using one of their many stylish templates, I was able to build a professional-looking website without too much blood, sweat and tears. I've since tweaked my site in various ways, which is very easy to do, and there are many options. Artspan also offers an artist community, does advertising for their artists and hosts competitions. My experience with their very friendly, knowledgeable and always quick-to-respond Tech Support has been excellent. If your primary expertise is your art, and your technical expertise is a distant second, I think you will be very happy with how you can feature your art professionally using the Artspan platform.

They would not accept an exchange of one standard size frame 16x20 or another standard size of 20x24. I made an honest mistake and ordered the wrong size. As a comparison, another company with FRAME in the name accepted and exchanged frames under the same circumstances - and could not have been nicer and more understanding. This was a much different experience that what I had with Canvaslot. Be sure and comparison shop! UPDATE: I received a reply promising a follow-up email and or phone call. One day later - I have heard NOTHING! While their phone number was provided to me in the response to my review, I do NOT feel it is my place to call them. UPDATE Oct 1: Never heard from CanvasLot via email or phone. However, I did receive another request from Trustpilot asking for a review of Canvaslot! LOL

I joined Colin Bradley Art in July 2016 and I wish I would have found it sooner. I enjoy listening to the Podcasts which go back 3 years--Colin and Steve are wonderful presenters. I feel like I'm listening to dear friends. I've completed my first pastel pencil drawing following Colin's video instruction and it was fun to see my cat picture come to life before my eyes. I want to learn how to do pastel pencil the best I can and have fun along the way!

I've been using Creative Commission for over a year now - it's a brilliant platform with attentive people behind it, they've always responded quickly to queries and, from what I hear, are really communicative with the industry and the folks posting briefs. Specifically, I noticed a text formatting bug on their pitching form and contacted them about it via live chat - within 5 minutes it was fixed. It's so rare to have a direct line with people that are able to fix issues like that and do so promptly (and with hilarious chat)! They're a lovely bunch that run an excellent service.

One job can cover your entire year's subscription - so the membership pays for itself. But mostly, it gives creatives great opportunities to pitch and touch base with some of the most respected and renowned music management teams and labels - most of which, may likely be rejected but every now and then you get the job and it was worth the hustle and hassle. I check in with it every day and the response and communication with the CC team is always outstanding.
