Bought a lunar Venus 550/4 so disappointed first of all we seemed to have a shadow on the toilet wall just out of warranty but the dealer said he would change the seal on the toilet door no change the shadow got bigger so had the dealer look at it again said he would seal above the lip on the outside of the caravan on the toilet door no change saw a shadow on the wall by the front side window of the van so again the dealer said he would replace the first part of the awning rail and that seemed to be better any way couple of weeks past and to my horror there was a shadow all down the wall from the cooker all the way down the side of the fixed single bed we paid 13,000 pounds for this 2015 van and have been told we will get 5,000 pounds back we are still paying this off so will never be able to buy another caravan I think lunar should be ashamed of them selves and just hope they can live with the fact that they are scamming people out of money

We are still having issues with our Wellhouse Ford Transit CustomTerrier Campervan, supplied by Brakes Motor Company of Illminster, after twelve months. Wellhouse Terrier Campervans have since joined with Lunar Caravans. Issues have been many, various and quite serious. Ranging from an insecure roof and water ingress to panel trims repeatedly coming away. Wellhouse have looked at the vehicle on numerous occasions, yet Issues continue to arise. We own our vehicle outright (no loan or HP) yet Wellhouse fitted a trim that doesn't match the others in the van and which they were told several times that we didn't want! - We parted with £47,500.00 and regret it! We've been told that we have been unlucky. However, we haven't had "the attention to detail" or "craftsmanship" that others claim, especially when Panel Trims are coming away for a third time. This was our first time taking an RV out and now we are hooked. I want to make it clear that it's not just because of the RV (which was in an exceptional state), but due to the entire experience around it. Conrad and Derek are top notch professionals who know the importance of bringing and maintaining customer delight. The only comment we have is to allow a parking solution for the vacationers' personal vehicles somewhere close to the pickup area - it will add a few more stars to the experience. We are already planning our next trip, thank you for being the way you guys are, and for running the business the way you do. Best of luck!

We rented the 2018 Unity Murphy Bed rig, which was perfect for a 10 day trip through Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks. The Unity was very well equipped and Derek gave us a thorough briefing after which we were very comfortable starting out. The Unity is easy to drive and can be parked in most car-sized parking spaces. It has lots of storage space and we were able to load enough groceries for the entire trip. We made a wide range of meals in the kitchen and the nearly king-sized bed was very comfortable. We had only a few questions during our trip, which Derek and Conrad were always available to answer. We will definitely be renting from Bliss RV again (unless we buy a Unity MB first....).
