Great dog guard but doesn't fit with a Ford boot liner tray because of the rods. You end up having to drill holes in the liner therefore meaning it isn't waterproof.

disappointed with the fit of both the boot liner and the dog guard I think the boot dimensions may have changed since you took your original measurements one window ledge is a different shape to the other requiring a 5mm longer hook

Although the standard of construction of this dog guard for my freelander is very good, I found the fittings and fixtures to be of poor measurment and not of the correct dimensions to allow correct fitment of the guard. This meant that I could not fit the guard the correct way, relying on partial fitment and securing of the guard. Also, the delivery was a day late, which was an inconvenience to say the least. Not what I would expect for a product which costs in excess of £100. It goes without saying that I will not be purchasing anything else from this company and will not be recommending them to any of my friends.

The boot mat I wanted for my Mk 6 Golf was initially out of stock and I ordered one as soon as Travall emailed to say they were back in. The mat arrived very quickly by courier a couple of days later. It is a perfect fit, is very well made and looks as if it will outlast the car.

We ordered the correct make/model/year, they sent the wrong year and then said our year wasn’t available. Would not pay for return shipping, despite their website advertising a year they don’t sell. No 800 number, and rude service.

I have ordered Travall Boot Mat Liner TBM1028 for Volvo XC70 2014 model year. Unfortunately it does not suit. The door does not close. I will have to return the boot mat.

Paid £22 instead of £7 so it would be delivered on saturday and never recieved. Tried ringing travall but there not open on a weekend. Sent an email and no reply as of yet but an email asking to review them

Dog guard and boot devider arrived very quickly but upon installing it we found it doesn't fit correctly, we had a 4inch gap between the rear seats and Dog guard. After numerous calls to customer services we where told to recline the rear seats. Upon doing this is iam left with a 6inch gap between the rear seat and back of my children's car seats. Back in touch with customer service who say I can return it at my expense but if it has been opened I will not receive a full refund. Shocking!!

I was expecting delivery today (12 Nov) but nothing arrived. Totally unreasonable to expect someone to be available to sign for delivery indefinitely. No option to deliver without signature. No explanation of why delay to delivery.

Hi badly fitting parts for car dog guard,the legs are an interferance fit into guard guard not what you expect from an expensive product.I do not recommend this product.

I bought a Travall dog guard for my Toyota Avensis because I was so impressed with the previous one I bought for my VW Golf. Firstly the fitting was much more complicated with the Avensis (the Golf just fitted behind the seats). But more annoying was the instruction leaflet for setting it up and fitting it. The diagrams did not show the front or back of the guard so I fitted the struts to the wrong side, if the diagram was more informative or showed more clearly how the actual guard fitted in the car I wouldn't have wasted 30 minutes screwing things on the wrong side then trying to fit it. Now that it is fitted it seems perfectly OK
