I booked a flight to Hong Kong to try and fly home for the first time in 2 and a half years. Because of my PCR test, I unfortunately cannot get on the plane on the departure day. I called the agency straightaway to explain my situation and asked to change my flight to a later date. I was informed that they will get back to me as soon as possible once they get a response from their supplier. So I waited at the airport for the entire day trying to get this sorted. Guess what? I did not hear a proper response from them until 5 hours later! And when I did, I was told that because I was marked as ‘no show’ on their system they could not make any changes on my flight date. This was simply not true because I DID turn up to check in on the day and I also followed up with the airline later, who informed me they have never marked me as ‘no show’.

I ended up buying another flight ticket from the airline because I needed to go home and just gave up on them. I am now in Hong Kong and still trying to get the flight date changed. Guess what? Same reason – they STILL cannot do anything because I was marked as ‘no show’, despite me even showing them the evidence provided by the airline that I was not bloody marked as ‘no show’. And now, I was again informed that they will get back to me as soon as possible while they 'claim' they are sorting things out with their supplier. I am sorry but this sounds so dodgy to me. The return flight is departing in 2 days, but am I expecting them to come back to me on time with any actual helpful updates? ABSOLUTELY NO.

My recommendation: AVOID USING THEM. Even if they are genuine, this goes to show that they CANNOT SOLVE ANYTHING on their end. I learnt my lesson and I will ALWAYS buy flight tickets from the actual airline from this point onwards.

I ask them to send you a fax to my bank so that my 534 can be forwarded to my account and you will be disinterested until when

Best site for frequent and economy class travellers Two things i find better in booking through traveltrolly 1) Cheapest of other flight booking sites. 2) Extra Baggage compared to other sites.

We found Neil to be a good communicator with an excellent listening skills. He helped us in the best possible way listening to our concerns. His manner and professionalism was very good. After booking with traveljunction and making payment, they sent me what they called reservation number, and indicated that within the next 1-24hrs they will send me my ticket confirmation, a big lie. After 24hrs they called to tell the flight was no longer available for my last leg of the flight, want me to add more money for a premier class. When I refused their offer they started threatening me, that I will loose my money if I don't agree with their terms. I stood my grounds and hours later they got back to me that they had good news for me, and that I can get into my last flight without any addition fare. They immediately sent me an email to confirm my acceptance which I did immediately, and was very happy, but that was short lived. 6 hours they sent me another email demanding over 200 or so dollars as top up, and the lies continue unabated. They are very excellent at telling lies and issuing threats, I think its part of their trademark. And also very unprofessional. I'm still waiting and have not received my confirmation though they taken the money out of my credit card. I suggest that if the product is no available they credit my credit card so that I can look elsewhere, something they don't want to hear and rejected. I'm waiting to see for the next day or two before I make contacts with consumer watch dog agencies to see what next step to take. Luckily, I have recorded all my oral conversations with them as well as kept all the emails exchanges. The weirdest conversation was one of the agent requesting that I go online and evaluate them as good, and even sent me website to do that. And that was after they lied to me that everything was done. I'm also in the process of sending a formal a complain to airlines that deal with Tranveljunction to alert how this company is tainting their hard-won reputation. The make it to appear as if their action are coming from the airlines or supported by the airlines but I know no airline will sell a ticket when they don't have a seat, and will turn around refusing refund and demanding more money. I have made contacts with United Airlines on this and will continue to work with whatever tool I find. I will be back with more - to be continue.

Absolutely the worst company book and charged credit card then call and say they don't have seats and try to charge extra then when you refuse they charge extra to cancell seats they didn't have in the first place horrible company!!!!!
