Returned my order which was received by Triads 3 weeks ago and I’ve still not received my refund. After waiting 2 weeks I contacted Triads and after sending several emails and phone calls I heard nothing back. Posted a comment on Instagram and got a reply straight away asking me to message them which I did and I’m still awaiting an answer and my money despite sending them proof of receipt. Will never buy from this business again.

Ordered late on Monday night & items arrived Wednesday morning. Excellent communication and service, would recommend. Will definitely be using again!

Bought a Belstaff Hoodie for £80, still had to pay £3.99 for delivery which is this day and age I think is awful. When I received my order, the packaging it was sent in was so poor I thought I had ordered something from a cheap clothing store instead. When I pay for an expensive item I expect attention to detail and effort in the packaging as well or at least bother to make it look presentable. I am really very disappointed, I will not be purchasing from this company again.

I bought a Belstaff Hoodie in the sale for £80, still additionally had to pay £3.99 for shipping which I was very unimpressed by and cannot wrap my head around as in this day and age most places offer free delivery or at least when you’re spending that much shipping should be free. In addition to this the packaging my order came in was such awful quality and looked poor. I thought I had ordered something from a cheap online store instead. When paying a lot of money for a luxury item the least you expect is some attention to detail and effort to go into the packaging that the item will be received in, especially if it is expensive. However this is clearly not the case for Triads and they do not care how a customer receives their expensive goods. If I ordered something of Harvey Nichols for £80 and it came like the way this item had, I would never buy from there again. Hence I will not to be placing another order again with yourselves. Really disappointed in your customer service.

I ordered an Item at around 3.30pm ad was lucky enough to receive same day delivery with the parcel coming at 6pm.

Package came within 2 hours of ordering in it.I was shocked to say the least.

Bought few Stussy shirts and pullover, even though the chart is as guideline, the sizes showing on its size chart which is absolutely useless, a way too large than the actual size, otherwise I won't bought them at the first place! I spent long time to surf for few clothings and paid the shipping (£20) to Hong Kong, and now need to pay the postage (another £22) to send them all the way back to UK for the refunds straight after i have received the shipment! Wasted my time and miney, very very disappointed and will not buy again from Triads!

Delivery was a let down, delivered on 3rd attempt after buying high profile trainers 1st time buyer and it has left a bad taste so will not be purchasing from this site again, had to call to find out the reasons behind the messed up deliveries nothing was refused my end but that was the paper left and I don’t see the point of having my mobile details if no initiative person(s) is going to use it, to find out if I can come out and sign for my trainers. After all that stress opened up the parcel The Nike trainers box was battered not good presentation for the amount I paid. Unpleasant shopping experience overall for a nice pair of trainers.

I returned a coat via online last Monday, No response saying we have the coat or refund being processed. Emailed Thursday and Friday, No response. Rang Thursday left voicemail. No response Spoke to someone Friday placed on hold for 20 minutes, so I ended call. He never rang back. E mailed Sunday. Still not even an acknowledgement??? Even if I had an email saying refund in process... But absolutely nothing???

Jacket arrived within 2 days,didn’t like the jacket on and sent it back and got a refund within 10 days.would use again

I ordered 8 pairs of shoes and paid for shipping. Shoes were shipped taped in bags in 2 packs, so I received 4 packages of taped shoes.

I ordered a pair of Vivienne Westwood earrings for my granddaughters 18th birthday which cost me £100, they look okay but if seen in a jewellers shop would not of given them a second look they look cheap, obviously I paid for the name. I was totally disgusted the way it arrived inside the outer the box containing the items were just floating inside with no packaging, when opening the box I could not believe what I saw each earring was in a plastic bag, the box had no cushion for a nice presentation. I will never purchase anything else with the name Vivienne Westwood and Triad need to go on courses on how to present items to their customers. I also bought a bracelet from Swarovski which was cheaper, perfect in every way, I should have stuck with them.

paid for the order on August 16th. Still not received the order. They do not respond to letters. Please help me

Original delivery date was scheduled for March 28. I received it on Mar 7. In New Jersey! 10/10 would buy from Triads again

Their same day shipping is actually 4-days from the date of purchase. They don’t send you the tracking number and don’t reply to your emails. Their costumer service seems to be non-exsistent.

I tried to get information regarding the sizing of the product before I bought it, through both the contact section in the website (2 e-mails) and social networks, but never got a reply. Thus I eventually had to call the store to get the information.
