Shoddy, unreliable shower. Developed a fault within two months of fitting. Engineer would not go up in loft as there is no loft ladder in my property. Had to pay my own plumber. Now the heat sensor has tripped, so only cold water running. Switch cannot be reset as is usual with electrical appliances. Customer service disinterested & sent a generic response. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered a part two weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived. The staff on your desk were very apologetic and are sending me another one. I hope it arrives soon.

They had a spare for a shower that is 18years old and sent it off within a hour of ordering.

I only ordered a small part for my shower, very easy to do, once I found the parts list for the model, it arrived quickly through the post.

This is my third or fourth Triton shower over the years. The latest one operates as well as all the others I have bought. When this one wears out, yes I will buy another.

Now for the down sides:-
The new riser bar is very much shorter than the previous one. I did not want to drill and fill holes, so I have used the old one.
The new shower head/hose forces the o ring at the showerhead fitting to stick out when put into the showerhead swivel. This happens on the new and old showerhead swivel. I have used the old hose.
The shower I bought was chrome. The frame of the shower is black plastic. This would be white on the white shower. My old shower was all chrome. This strikes me as being a bit cheapskate. I paid around 78 pounds for a chrome shower which I did not get.

Paid for next day, didn't arrive till a week later in an opened box which clearly had been left lying around for years. On top of that the shower stopped working on day one. Really poor service.

Phoned Triton for some advice , very helpful so purchased a new thermostatic bar mixer
which has now been installed. Really please great product.

Took a while for the product to be shipped (about two weeks after order date). Shower arrived in one piece however and is working well.

It's perfect for the space, but it doesn't get as warm as the Hawaii 2. But it'll do.

The replacement shower head for my nine year old Aspirante shower was delivered within two days (on standard delivery terms) and works brilliantly.
