The only annoyance was the fact that even though you can choose Delivery to SFO, it's not at the airport. I had to spend $20 to get from the airport to the car. Otherwise, I've used Turo before and will again.

First time using turo it was great! I liked that I didn’t have to do paper work and wait like at all the rental places. Kevin had the car in perfect condition and fully gased. We had no problems with the car and even extended our trip. Picking up and dropping off was also quick. Considering the price and great service I will continue to go with turo.

Turo is great. I love the variety of cars available and the prices are often less than major car rentals. The owners are always very nice so the experience has been great each time I've rented.

I thought that booking my trip with pearl was a better experience than I've had with any other car rental company. The fact that I was able to deal with an actual person was very reassuring. And the fact that I was able to coordinate my arrival and pick up of the vehicle was extremely flexible. Not to mention the variety of cars that I could choose from and the price ranges where exactly as stated. I got the exact car that was shown to me and not some similar model that a rental company had decided was close enough.
I definitely plan on using turo again even if it's just to rent a more exotic car to go cruising around in for a day or two.

Customer service is excellent. I was frustrated that hosts kept cancelling my bookings at the last minute or forgetting to remove their ad from the site when their car was not available. Customer service issued me a credit for my frustration after receiving 3 cancellations in a row from different hosts.

Omg Dylans slingshot is perfect. It's so much fun and you feel like a star with all the attention. Best part is Dylan makes it hassle free. Ty for the good times.
