My family has been so dissapointed by the ultra tune ads that have been showing constantly throughout the Australian Open. They are degrading to women, unnecessary, and unprofessional. I have used your services in the past but I refuse to in the future now.

sue 72 years old on the 28th may 2018 had my car 12 month old service just 2050 km yes 2050 ks only. waiting at seven hills shopping centre over 4 h0urs to receive a phone call at last. the service was done even rotating and balance of tyres the price was 352DOLLARS AND 80 CENTS.MY HOLE PENSION.got home rang to inquire he was just disgusting had me in tears.next service12050 km or 6xmonth thats whats on the bill.fat chance.

I used a voucher for a service which cost $80. It stated a surcharge for Euro cars, fair enough I had used a voucher the year before and had paid $30 extra for the surcharge. This time, same car, they charged $120 excess (just for the standard service nothing else!) this makes it more expensive than a standard service I could have booked elsewhere!
I called another store to inquire about the cost of front and rear brake pad and rotor replacements, you know to get a quote.. only to be told they won't know how much it will cost until I bring the car in. Ok so can I pop past with the car for the quote? No, they need to take the car apart to give the quote as the pads etc are all different sizes. Riiiight, so I should drop off my car and let them do my brakes with no agreed price??? That is illegal, all car services need to be quoted upfront as per ACCC law. They are dodgy and unprofessional and will be reporting to ACCC.

I called road side assistance because my car break down and as per road side assistance policy they have to tow my car to your nearest ultra tune workshop only but workshop was that busy they refused to accept my car because next day was public holiday. I requested them if they can tow back to my home but declined. They only tow to ultra tune workshop and before that you have to ask workshop whether you can bring your car for repair or not and if they don't have availability you will be stranded on road side for whole day.

Please note if you going to call ultra tune roadside assistance, please make sure you have first appointment with workshop to get your car towed.

I took my Triton to Nerang Ultra Tune for standard service. Within a week of that service it was blowing black smoke. I contacted Ultra tune Nerang and was told he put in fuel additive and it is not a problem. By the next week the car was surging. Contacted them again and told EGR valve probably needs changing and they gave quote.
I was hesitant going back to Ultra Tune and instead took car to a Mitsubishi dealer for diagnosis. I was told the wrong oil was used and there was no history of valve clearance adjustment being carried out.
$1399 later my car is operating pre-Ultra Tune service.
Upon querying Ultra Tune head office I was told suitable oil was used.
Ultra Tune head office offered me $100 voucher toward next visit to Ultra tune. I chose not to accept.
Whatever was done at Ultra Tune will never be done again with my cars.

January 2020 ad is out of place in current advertising. My 16 year old granddaughters are embarrassed by it, my 20 year old grandson is embarrassed by it, my wife and I are amazed this sexist, demeaning to women, advert can find a place on TV. Had our car serviced early January 2020 at Ultratune Brandon Park. We will never return.

Put my car in for a shudder through my break pedal at 7:30 am in the morning. Got a call at 1:30 pm that day told front rotors were warped and new brake pads needed on front, I agree to work being done, they say we will get a couple of guys on to it now to get the work done, obviously now rushing to get car finished as i was picking it up that afternoon. $1000 for brake work and service. Pay my money and pick my car up.

Day later shudder through brake pedal still there. Call ultra tune Stafford City a week later and get told it may be the back rotors that are the problem. My response was well why weren't the back rotors checked at same time as well as the front ones. No shudder through steering wheel etc so not wheel balance problem.

Ultra tune response 'well we found a problem with the front ones so we just replaced them, didn't take a look at the back rotors, we just assumed it was the front ones'. Also the staff gave me attitude it took me a week to call them to tell them about it that i should have brought my car straight back in. Well sometimes it isn't possible to pop back in a day later, sometimes due to family in hospital etc. I have no trust in them to do an honest and accurate assessment of my car. Clearly when you do a rush job at 2pm in the afternoon things get missed. Now i have to find another mechanic to check over their work and make sure the front brakes are done correctly and now the back rotors as well. At the time the car was being serviced and fixed i had the money if the back rotors needed to also be done. Not giving that company another $$.

Have bead using Ultratune Mt Druitt since 2007 that's service my Commodore ute Crewman Ford AU Nissan X-Trail and now my Triton has 190000 Ks on it and I'm a fussy customer no what I want.
Robin and the team at ultra tune a very meticulous and looking after your car all the little things that you don't think of
down to making sure your spare tire has the correct air pressure check
very thorough and all the expections have watched them do this without them knowing never in a rush.
rug up on a number of times if could squeeze me in for services rego check nothing is a problem for these guys

Just joined roadside assistance as my car wouldn't start, not sure why, I think it may have been the quick wash and windscreen wiper reservoir refill this morning. All was set to send someone out and then got another call telling me I have to go through my insurer for water damage. Seriously, I used a hose for 2 minutes, I just want to know what has to be fixed, if anything. So now instead of a customer they have seriously irked me.

Dropped the car in at 9 in the morning stating explicitly I needed it by 2. 2.30 and they're still working on it. Apparently the kids waiting at school will be all good. All I wanted was it done on time. If I can't rely on their timekeeping I won't be relying on them again.

Spoke to a man at ultratune about getting my leaking coolant fixed and coil replaced told him I work 6 days a week and would need my car repaired on Wednesday he said that's fine bring it in first thing in the Morning and he’ll get it fixed, dropped my car off Wednesday morning at 8:15 received a phone call at 3 saying hes found my coolant leak and said it’s would cost 300 I said that's fine I need it’s fixed. I asked what about the coil replacement he’s response ohhhhh I forgot about that... I’ll have a look now I’ll give you a call back soon for you to come pick your car up.... I call up at 5 to see what’s next goin on with my car as they close at 5:30 and hadn’t heard from them since 3, no answer so I go down there because I really needed my car to get to work the next day, shops all shut no ones there, no call to say they’re keeping my car overnight. Next day after having to catch a taxi to and from work I call them to see how my car is and it still hadn’t been repaired. They called me at 4 saying it was ready I go down there walk into the empty office and see my keys sitting on the countertop where anyone could have walked in and taken them. The guy gave me a bunch of poor excuses as to why it took so long. Would never Use this company again.

Pink slip ended up being charged $60 for wiper blades on top of pink slip. Refused to do pink slip unless paid for this.

Took the car for a service and came back with a long list of repairs , the last time my car was serviced was 6 months ago at a different place and everything was perfect. Even got told by the Idiot mechanic [Name Removed] that the battery needs replacement, our battery got replaced a year back and still under warranty. Avoid at all cost, they are a RIP OFF.

I took my car in to get fixed at maryborough qld ultra tune, don't waste your time and money, mechanic seemed 19, and not much experience. Car had hold and emissions lights flashing, was running like it was on 3 cylinders, i asked them to fix my car, which in my opinion is too make it run again, within an hour of spending $950, both lights were flashing again, and it was like it was running on 3 cylinders again. I went back and spoke to the manager, and he jumped at trying to get me to get a quote for something else to be done, he said the injectors need replacing, and minimum $400. My question to him was why didn't you fix the car like i asked, his reply was we needed to do the important things first, once again, i wanted my car fixed and running properly, and in my opinion he failed at this miserably. So why didn't he fix it first time? In my opinion, ripping people off. Car still runs the same, now i have too spend god knows how much to fix it. Annoyed in Maryborough Queensland.

This shop is an absolute rip off who charges $125 an hour for the labour.
In 2017 I had to changed my timing chains after 9 years of driving the car to advise it was going to cost $4500 & now after exactly 2 years of replacing the timing chains the manger said I had to be replaced them again and the chains installed in 2017 are not covered under warranty. What a JOKE
The car was service in June 2018 and June 2019 to be told it is due to lack of maintenance on the vehicle, and that’s why the chains have failed. This is the most ridiculous excuse after my car has only been serviced by watergardens every 12 months according to their service dates sticker. I’m very angry and will be lodging a complaint with consumer affairs. I think it’s a good story for today tonite.
Highly recommend you stay away from this store.
The manger is only money hungry.

Called first thing and asked for price on timing chain for Nissan Murano. Was told someone would call me back in a couple of hours.
4 hours later I called back and the guy said he had received the message, and he would get to it later that day, or in the morning.
Explained I needed the car for work, hence the follow up.
The guy said he wouldn't be able to do the work straight away (which wasn't asked for, only a price), and then started to question me as to why the urgency.
Still don't have a price 1 week later, what a dick.

I have been taking my car for regular services to Bankstown Ultratune for more than ten years and have no complaints whatsoever. All work has been done diligently, timely and reasonably priced.

charged 200 dollars for the fuel gauge instrument cluster to be fixed by a 3rd party and then labour ontop for the install fault finding and removal and when it didn't fix problem, I contacted the 3rd party who fixed the gauge but was informed that they tested was nothing wrong and was at no charge.
they lied to me and had car for a week heard every excuses under the sun how can you trust them to work on your car if your not sure they will do anything avoid at all costs
