My last few orders have been totally messed up. But this last order tops it! They sent my labels with the wrong finish. Then they offered to send the correct labels. GREAT! When i received the labels they WERE A TOTAL DIFFERENT COLOR! My labels are tan and they sent me yellow! I contacted customer and was online with them for over an hour with no resolve. They were not helpful and they refused to correct it. They blamed it on their print machine. I'm so unhappy because now i have to push my release date back until i can find another label company. Smh... and let's not forget to mention how they charge super high shipping and it's per label.. even if you order everything together you are paying almost 20 dollars on shipping for each box of labels. RIP OFF! Requested to speak to a manager.. never heard a thing.

Attempted to order a mass quantity of custom refrigerator magnets but needed a sample kit to determine the best size and shape. I ordered this sample kit 4 times. First order confirmation was for a paper sample kit, second time they sent my samples to a town in new jersey that i never heard of, third time never got a confirmation fourth time also no confirmation. These people use a foreign customer service that just screw everything up. I wondering if they are losing more money in orders then they are saving using this terrible call center. I know they lost my business which would have been substantial. I'm still looking for magnets but not here.......DONT WASTE YOUR TIME LIKE I DID!

I have used u-printing for a few years now, placing banner, postcard, and label orders. Always great. I always ask for a proof, which is so helpful. Yesterday I ordered 1000 stickers and was told I didn't select proof (how? I always select proof), so they went to print without me viewing them and are totally ruined (wording is transparent on them- you css as my even read it). The live chat was SO long and slow and then, on the phone, difficult to understand...but they offered to recycle them for free and give me 10% off if I decided to reorder. That was a kick to a loyal customer. I won't be using them again. Small mom and pops may be more $, but they don't print 1000 of something without seeing something is out of whack and then still charge the customer the full price....with a 10% discount to order the same thing again. Boo!!!

I placed an order on March 10th, I never received my order! I later realized it was because I forgot to add a "c" to my address! Ok, my fault, no big deal! I called, told them my mistake, then I paid an additional shipping cost of $13.99 to have it over nighted on April 10th. Well, it's April 23rd and I still haven't seen my order! I call back and they rep tells me oh I'm sorry, it was never shipped, we will over night it and have the shipping cost refunded for having so much trouble. I was happy!! That's great! I received an email on the same day from the gentleman saying "we will refund your money, and have this shipped out ASAP! Well, it's now April 28th and no order! I'm on the phone with them right now, they said "can we ship it out to you and have it there by May 1st?" Wait!.... what?? It hasn't been shipped at all?? Why?? WTH are you guys doing!!!??? I'm so over it, never doing business with the again!

Like someone else said you create your order then you place your order and BAM $30.32 shipping charges. Go too Vistaprint they don't rob you with shipping charges. I feel this is how they must make the remainder of their money when selling stickers at a low rate. Cheaters. STAY AWAY

I am happy with the order rec'd. I'd say you pay for the quality you get though. The top layer of the magnet is somewhat low quality because if you see the edges of the magnet on the right (from my posted picture), there is no damage, but the one on the left shows damage on the edges from my nails when trying to get a hold of the magnet. Regardless, I do not regret the purchase and when in need of other magnets, I will recommend using this same printer.

Very shady operation. When you need customer service you have to navigate a gauntlet of auto attendant. Once you get a live person, they are useless to help. Find a local mom-pop printer and support them instead! Well worth a few extra bucks!

I purchased business cards from uprinting based on a referral. The finished product was not what I expected. I designed the card and requested uprinting create my design. I have not received a solution to this problem nor have I had any responses from uprinting. The customer service is horrible. I will never order from this company again.

My business cards came half sized(2x2) instead of standard(2x3.5". When I called they offered me replacement but the replacement order printing cost was $22 which was listed online for $19.99. Shame on them Sulu

I ordered their step and repeat banner. I paid overall 400+ dollars with shipping, and they sent me a banner with one big logo on it. Their mistake ...yet they are offering me a discount to reorder. IT WAS THEIR MISTAKE! They do not honor their errors!

Inexpensive decals. They look great. Bought them for indoor use but purchased the outdoor ink. I put one on my vehicle for a test. Within a month it had washed out badly. I emailed customer service just to let them know. I didn't get a response. I would like to note that I began to get annoying emails wanting me to give them a review as soon as the items were shipped out. By the time I kept them a few weeks I couldon't find a place to review them. Will I use then again. Probably but not for anything outdoors as it doesn't hold up.

I ordered 2,000 labels for my small business. They changed the logo design without informing me or getting consent. What I received was useless. They at first responded to my complaint immediately, but have ignored me for over 6 weeks now on any follow through or resolution. They ignored multiple attempts across 3 different departments (i.e. customer service, quality assurance). They will waste your money and treat you like their products, garbage that is...

I received the sample package from uprinting and decided to move forward with purchasing 3000 gloss labels for my business. It was the last thing I needed to order for packaging. The labels I designed are mostly black. The black on the labels look dull and lack any shine sheen or luster! I compared the blacks on my labels to the labels in the sample packaging myself! Very dull looking with no shine and it looks horrible with the bags I have. It was difficult even getting to the point of sending in the labels to be looked over because communication with their customer service is not speedy at all. I had to call in to follow up 3 times, and emailed twice to check the status over the course of a couple weeks, even tho each time I was told that I would receive a call back. No calls back. Finally, I got a random email saying they looked over the samples and there was gloss coating on the labels. I will take the loss, but please beware of their "quality" check process and that you may not get what you pay for. Disappointing.

Order 6000 stickers of which more then 4000 were off center so I called customer service right away and was asked to send pictures, I did never heard anything back, sent and called again, again tno response, called again today to be told to send pics again REALLY, I never leave Bad reviews but this is bad customer service and they need to be aware of this Sorry

I have used Uprinting for years and multiple projects they have always been great. However, I am not looking for a new printer. I called to ask why my order was going to take so long to ship and they said because I selected 6 days for printing (it defaults to this so maybe I did) and ground shipping. Because it would arrive too late I asked how much to expedite the shipping. I ordered 4 separate business cards and was told I would have to pay $50 for each box to be shipped to the same address so, $200 in shipping. The rep said they charge for each item to be shipped individually even if its all in the same box. Obviously Uprinting is making money on the shipping-wow.

I sent in photos for printing postcards. A UPrinting staffer modified the mailing info side of the postcard without notifying me. When I received the postcards, they were not mailable by Post Office requirements. I initially assumed it was my fault in the initial submission and threw out all but one of the unusable postcards, but later discovered it wasn't my error after I had disposed of the postcards. Uprinting refused re-printing the postcards without proof I still had the unmailable postcards. I suggested cost-sharing proposals in the re-print, but they refused. Lesson learned. Will now seek alternative printer.

I have ordered twice to these people the first order was correct the second order which was the same exact order came in wrong I have tried to reach people and have received no reply I even sent a letter with both stickers on it showing how the first and second-order look nothing alike today I have received no reply to the many emails phone calls and snail mail that I have placed do not do business with this

I can not say enough about how terribly i was treated by their live chat agent, Jean Uriel - Uprinting - Customer Support. Their website is deceiving with the turn around time of production and shipping. Such a rip off. And a shame I really needed quick and speedy invitations.

To say they do not value customer service is an understatement. We have tried to contact them on several occasions and never got our issues resolved. We requested more information and callbacks and they were never received. We finally decided to make the order anyway and got an email the next day that it could not be completed. We contacted customer service via chat and after 40 minutes it is still not resolved. I was told the order would be canceled and we would get a call from a manager and neither of those things happened. Very disappointed.

Be careful with their fine print about their return policy. The company makes it very difficult for customers to get a refund when the quality of the product is bad. I had some thank you cards ordered, but the print resolution was bad, despite passing their quality check. The customer service is a robot and is completely useless. I contacted their help desk and have not received any follow up regarding my situation. I will not be ordering from them again!
