Had difficulty getting price for shipping the first time I tried to order one evening. Figured it out second time I tried to order early the next day. Order completion screen said I'd get an email soon about my order. Never got that email. Called customer service to confirm order was received and it was. Gentleman advised he'd ship item later that day and I'd get an email. Didn't get email but did receive item really quickly and in very good condition. With some minor improvements (adding short instruction on order page for calculating shipping and sending order confirmation emails) usbphoneworld will offer a great shopping experience.

This is my first time ordering anything from this company. So far it's been fairly easy. I will see what happens. Update: I received my order in a very timely manner. Product was exactly what I needed. Thanks for your great service. I highly recommend USBPHONEWORLD!!

large inventory, easy site navigation, many methods to make sure the battery you order is the correct one, super fast fulfillment and fast inexpensive shipping.

I am a 72 year old Great Grandmother, with a fixed income. I needed a replacement battery for my HP laptop which I bought from Walmart as a one time offer, almost two years ago for $249.00. I searched the Internet and you seemed to have a great price on this battery, which appears to be excellent quality. Thank you.

I place order on 7/18 and paid extra for 2-3 day shipping. I notified company on 7/22 that I had not received product. Company says it is lost in mail. They said they will re-send and that I should now should receive it on 7/28, but they have not sent me a confirmation that product has shipped or a new USPS tracking number. I still do not know if I will ever get product.
Finally received product ( 2 weeks) and got refund for postage. Product works well.

9/2015 Update: I did receive my shipping charge back a few days later, and had pushed this experience out of my head until I got and email one day. USB World offered me a free battery if I would change my review, I accepted and I'm sure they expected the horrible customer service experience to be swept under the rug, not with this particular travesty. I will update the star rating to reflect they did eventually take care of the customer, or did they just pay me off for a better rating? I'll let you decide. All's well that ends well, I suppose.

Original Post: Horrible excuse for customer service. I paid for express shipping(2-3 days) and requested my tracking number from day 1. I did not receive it until day 2 at which I noticed USPS was saying they still hadn't received the package, only a shipping label had been made. So I called USPS first to see if their tracking was having issues and to clarify what the scanning information for the package was saying, she confirmed that USPS had Not received the package. On the 3rd day, when I was supposed to receive the package was when USPS finally got it themselves, which was a Friday so I did not receive my express package until day 6, all the while support is telling me it was shipped on the 1st day, even maintained the lie after I had said I already spoke with USPS. I had to go out of town that weekend, forcing me to pay 4x as much locally for the same battery. I was told I would receive my charge for shipping back on my card, which I still have not received and am still waiting on a reply about. Horrible company, avoid if you can.

I bought a battery for my Toshiba laptop from the company and it is poor quality. Now I try to receive replacement. In last couple weeks they promise me every day by phone and chat the battery already sent to me, but I did not receive the replacement after the month I sent them the broken battery. Looks like the company sell unconditioned items from recycling.

bought battery for lap top, was supposed to be new, HP battery, but it doesn't hold a charge. My laptop runs maybe 1 hr. They offered to replace the original battery. Glad they will stand behing their products.

After looking all over town for a Dell Battery I decided to just try online and after searching site after site, I finally found USB Phone World and my search was over, not to mention, I found the best deal possible along with excellent service , a great quality product and on time delivery. Can't wait until my next purchase because USB Phone World is the best I have found.
