Great service start to finish kerry was very helpfull
I was going throw our 3 year old kitchen away as the thought of putting on the likes of gumtree or ebay was too much hassle
Used kitchen exchange was recommended they took all the hassle away dealt with it from start to finish we are very pleased and would 100% reccomend

I have to give 11/10 to this company - I'm usually too cautious to buy something this big on-line but I'm sooooo glad I did - the kitchen we purchased was way beyond anything we could have bought new by a very long way, now installed we are head over heals in love with the pure quality of the kitchen and appliances : 0 ) Things to think about before you buy - budget for kitchen dismantle and delivery, the company they work with were brilliant and all arrived safely and then the budget to re-install it, especially as we had to re jig it into a much smaller space ( we had an amazing carpenter! ). Okay, it went over budget but so worth it, a kitchen to last a life time, beautiful solid hand built wood and granite - can't imagine why people get bored and rid of such beautiful things but then I wouldn't have been lucky : 0 ) Excellent company - Well Done all at UKE you have all been FAB - Thank You !!

I have recently purchased a used kitchen through the Used Kitchen Exchange and I would like to praise them for their service. The cost and quality of the kitchen supplied
was amazing and I am pleased to be able to reuse a kitchen and stop it from going to landfill.
We did initially find the cost of delivery quite high but are so pleased that we decided to go for it rather than collecting it ourselves. The delivery team were fabulous and took real care and time over moving the kitchen whilst being friendly and maintaining social distancing. They worked so hard and I realised that we had underestimated the scale of the job - they were worth every penny!

Initially excellent, but when our buyer pulled out and out UKE contact left the company, we didn’t get the contact as well as at first.

From start to finish the experience I’ve had is second to none, Becky, Kerry and Gail were always available to answer my many questions.
Kitchen was carefully wrapped up and arrived in exellent condition.
Prices extremely competitive to the brand of appliances and units.

This was smoothest transaction ever i spoke with Mark about the kitchen i was interested in he gave me the quote for delivery and we had agreed the sale in less than 1/2 hour .
Payment of deposit was from my debitcard not the normal way this was just another way they helped then bacs payment in the evening .
The description of the kitchen was faultless i did not have time to look at it but the photos were perfect thankyou Micheal for your true and honest summary i new the kitchen as i was previously a Magnet designer .
Then the delivery what can i say exceptional 2 vans and 4 guys delivered i was shocked to see they had even taped and edged the granite for protection which even when you buy new granite this does not happen the range cooker was wrapped as well .
All delivered in 40 minutes from buying on Friday to the delivery on Tuesday i would not hesitate to recommend this A1 company .
