Here is my history with Uxcell
Mon, Dec 7, 2009 received notification of payment
Sat, Dec 19, 2009 notification of small delays
Tue, Dec 29, 2009 email saying item bounced back because wrong address...need to reconfirm address and send more money for extra postage.
I dunno what to do...maybe I will write it off. Eventually worked out they had made a entry mistake off ebay. After much email toing and froing they corrected their error and I received my item...whew

I ordered a pair of earrings from them, and 1 earring was okay but the other 1 was broken on arrival! and here is a copy of the email I sent them, after trying to blackmail me into changing my negative ebay feedback on the them before they would refund me:

No! I will NOT change my feedback in that case!, since I explained to you that I expect a full-refund and only just 1 piece (not 2 pieces) of the item to be re-sent as a courtesy and kind gesture to compensate me for all my disappointment and time-wasted, before feedback my feedback revision would be made in exchange!!!
A negative feedback is still deserved otherwise since in all honesty, it was a negative experience with very slow customer service and a faulty item which was your fault for not inspecting it before posting!:(...
I would think that to be a nice seller, you would at least agree to compensate my suffering with just one (-1 piece) of this item at a kind gesture and common courtesy as well as sending me a full-refund asap, since it was your fault for sending a defective item, and I would think a smart business would like to show empathy and courtesy in order to keep a good reputation and hopefully keep a potentially good customer as well as that customers high recommendations to others in the future!...
I will now do the opposite and warn others not to buy from you as well to share my negative experience with others on internet forums and scam reporting websites since I read about uxcell on scam report websites and you are showing me that the scam reports about uxcell are really true! since you do send damaged/defective products, you are hard to communicate with and worst of all, you do not even offer kind compensation for your failings, without trying to blackmail buyers by forcing them to revise their feedback before you are willing to help them!:(
I will be copying this email to post on the scam reporting websites to warn others about dealing with you! and paypal is still waiting for your response and if you do not respond, they will refund me automatically and if you do not respond in time to meet their deadline, so I will get a refund anyway if you do not respond, and hence I will get my refund without your agreement, while still leaving my negative feedback to warn others about you!:(

I recently ordered self adhesive rubber furniture leg caps. They arrived in an amazon.com mailer. The package included an amazon gift receipt, invoice and 6 very tiny rubber pads. I made the order -- it was not a gift. I tried to return it to amazon, but they had no record of the order or shipment. I sent an email to Uxcell, requesting direction on how to return the order and get a refund. Uxcell did not even reply to my email. This order has been screwed up entirely and no one will acknowledge the order or shipment. One star is too high.

I ordered on May 17, 2017 2 pkgs of RJ45 8P8c Keystone 1 male to 2 female port network cable coupler Ethernet splitter thru the Amazon website. I was offered 1 business day shipping for $7.98 extra (to be delivered on Thursday 5/18). The standard 2 day free shipping would have been delivered on Friday 5/19. I needed the next day shipping. On Thursday I checked the status of the shipment and this is what I saw " we'll notify you by email when we have an estimated delivery date for this item". But, they still show they have 4 in stock. UXCELL ****!!
I contacted Amazon and the customer service rep Pamela worked with me for 20 minutes and found an alternate supplier for my parts. Not only was the next day shipping less money so were the actual parts.
THANKS TO AMAZON...YOU ROCK!!!

Bought a Honda civic master switch for power windows, good delivery time and unit appeared ok but within 5 months the switches for the rear windows malfunctioned. Of course its just beyond the warranty period. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON SUXCELL!!!!!

2 weeks after ordering, still no confirmation of order or shipping notice. They ignore all my emails... They are even ignoring the PayPal escalation process. I wish i have read other reviews before buying as this seems to be a common occurrence.

Bought an iPhone charger/adapter and was advised that item is backordered and will take approximately 3-4 weeks.
As the cost of the order is less than $25, I agreed to wait.
Weeks later however, I was told that the order was shipped but was returned due to me providing a wrong address. They wanted $5 more to ship it again.
I then inquired as to why I had to pay more for shipping when I gave them the correct address. I then advised them that after ordering for a small company like I have been doing for years, surely I WILL NOT give out a wrong address.
I was then again asked to pony up $5 more for re-shipping. I then asked for a cancellation and for them to issue a refund.
One week later and I have yet to hear a response.
As the prices they were offering were cheap, I went with then. BUYER BEWARE!!! This company has no customer service, cannot communicate clearly and have no clear return policy. This is probably due to the fact that they are based in China.
I do not recommend this company.

Placed the order 2 weeks ago. Never received an order confirmation or a shipping notice. Emailed the company 4 times. Never received a response. Filed a complaint with PayPal.

I ordered an inexpensive toy Abacus through Amazon.
Shipped 28 Nov.
Received 8 Dec.
Bubble wrapped lightly.
Tough plastic outside envelope.
I'm satisfied. I was unable to find a cheap Abacus toy anywhere locally.
I'm pleased. Certainly worth the $.

I ordered some Transistors, they showed a picture of the product made by STMicroelectronics, so I though I was getting quality parts. The parts I got where obvious fakes with crooked printing on them.

We browsed the web and found that this business has an active Facebook page. We have discovered that this business has SSL (secure sockets layer), which means that this business handles your data, such as personal information or credit card details, with secure connection. We found that the domain for this business is older than two years which could be an indication that this is a trustworthy business with an established customer base and experience in their field.
