I was concerned because of the ratings on your website but this was one of the easiest transactions I have ever done. After ordering, I received an immediate confirmation of the order. They sent an email when the item was shipped and had exceptional delivery time (ordered on a Sunday and received it on Wednesday). I would highly recommend this seller.

ValleySeek had what I was looking for - the elusive and low-priced PCI-X USB 3.0 expansion card for a system running Windows Server 2003. The online ordering process was odd, only using Google Checkout, but nonetheless I was able to get the order completed without issue (site runs better under FireFox than IE). I'll be looking to ValleySeek next time!

Have never heard of this online merchant until I began searching for the new iphone 5 case. This merchant had a specific phone case that only one other online merchant had, no one else. Since I belong to Amazon Prime, Valleyseek's shipping seemed to take longer. Overall, this was a good shopping experience. Would definitely check out their website when I'm shopping for something.

Not only was their price the lowest available for the product, I received delivery three days after ordering. Excellent service.

ordered an expensive laptop 5 days to date and havent even received a confirmation email or anything outside google wallet. yet my messages to them are down as 'priority' someone named Andry K is down as looking after me. joke. ill be onto google to get my money back.

I placed my order on ValleySeek.com for a wifi router which was listed on thanksgiving weekend and I paid by google vallet. They cancelled my order the following day stating "ValleySeek has cancelled your order. You won't be charged.

I was sent the wrong item, a 32 GB flash card instead of a 128 GB card. When I contacted the company about this they said it would only take 2 business days to start the return process. It is now a week later and I still have had no contact. I have a feeling I was ripped off. I am very dissappointed with the customer service and the false advertising they have promised.

It just wouldn't charge anything, the handle bar off and on switch wasn't working either, very dissapointed, I tested it on a 60 mile ride, no power from a fully charged battery to either phone or MP3, very dissapointed again, Amazon, GSI light and USB charger for 49.99, total crap, generator and light, wouldn't last over a month, generator used to disintagrate somewhere on the 20 mile mark, disposeller, ebay, 59.99, bicycle chain powered, total crap too, this was my best chance, dissapointed again, will continue shopping, I need an effective Smart phone and MP3 charger for the long rides over 25 miles and up. EcoXpower needs redesigning and better head light lenses. I used the head light off and on, I have a very powerful Bush and Muller Lumotec IQ20 60 lux head light which I bought from bike24 based in Dressden, Germany, incredibly bright and light weight light, EcoXpower weighs a ton, literally speaking, in comparison to the Lumotec. My order had a 2 business day shipping. Unfortunately ValleySeek shipping department was closed for the holidays therefore my shipping ended up coming late. ValleySeek tried to accommodate me by waving the 2 business day shipping cost but they never took it of the bill.

First of all, the product listed on the website when I ordered was a sheetfed scanner, not sleeves. I returned the product on January 28, 2013 and I have yet to be be refunded my money and it is MAY 24, 2013. Give me a freaking break. I have been in contact with Andry since the return and I'm getting the run around. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK ALREADY!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered one day with free shipping, the next day I had a package at my house. Product was exactly as described new in sealed box with all paperwork. Price was excellent. What more could you ask for.

I bought two Oregon Scientific thermometers. One quit working after the first time and I can't adjust the second. I have emailed Valley Seek twice and have not received a response.

They are - hands down - the worst online retailer I have ever dealt with.

I was moving less than 2 weeks and i really loved the dinnerware I saw online wasnt sure if it would get here on time and less than a week it was here and all in one peice . That was some fast service. 25387

I purchased a Omron 7 series wrist blood-pressure monitor that was advertised to have 200 memory positions and for 2 users, what I received was 100 memory positions and only good for 1 user. I requested a return for full refund due to the product not being what I ordered and they are charging me a 15% restocking fee. I have called 6 times and never got any response, they only respond after 9PM Eastern standard time, no matter what time you send them correspondence. They do not give full information when asked you have to continue asking and follow up often in order to resolve an issue.
I had to request confirmation for the order, I had to ask for shipping confirmation, my only receipt was an email saying my CC was charged and the amount.

In all the time I have been ordering on-line this is the worst customer service and I would never recommend to anyone to purchase from them.

This refund took 3 weeks with emails being sent from me appx. 16x to get resolved, I was charged $20.74 on a $62.32 purchase plus return shipping. So for the record, BUYER BEWARE do dot order from them unless you double check that what is advertised is what you will receive.

I purchased this same item from 2 other vendors that advertised the same product, I received the same incorrect item and the 2 other vendors gave me a full refund including return shipping because they stood behind their product.

I bought from them roughly 4 years ago. I didn't have a problem then, so I purchased some RAM from them about 5 days ago. I just received the rest of my equipment from the other companies I purchased from so I go to their website to check my order status. My order was cancelled! WHAT THE ****?!?! I didn't receive any email or any phone call from them, they just cancel my order. That is unacceptable!

I ordered a gift for my mother for her birthday I never got an order status confirmation I emailed them to find out when it was coming they sent an email saying that they had tried to contact me that my billing address and my shipping address are different and they want a picture of my ID like what you're not a bank but the day that I placed the order they tried to take out funds. I still haven't had any order status and of course there's no phone number because they know they're wack just look at their bbb being ratings. Do not order from this company unless you're into the run around and not getting the product that you ordered. Plenty of other stores that you can drive to order online and they will not give you drama!
