Vans Direct were the only supplier to find a Euro 6 Transit at short notice in the spec (or close to it) that I needed. Even my local Ford dealer didn't come up with anything close, and would have charged more for a less well specified vehicle. Quick, courteous and efficient - thank you. Mark P

I’m a real person, my name is Dave. I needed a new van as my old van was on the drive with a blown turbo. I contacted vans direct and had a new van delivered in less than 10 days. The price was £7000 less than a local dealer. The guys and girls and the phones were fantastic .. lovely job thankyou.

First spoke to mark at vansdirect in February and discussed options on buying a Ford Transit Custom, I decided to leave it a while and had no sales pressure or calls. I spoke to my local ford dealer about there scrapage scheme and they still couldn’t compete with vansdirect so purchased my van in October. Had absolutely no problems and van was delivered very quickly, absolutely Recommend?.

I purchased an Iveco Daily here, the sale was conducted most professionally and efficiently. No fuss, was kept well informed and delivered to my warehouse on the date as promised. An excellent price as well, the van price included the side and deck panelling and a years tax. Most definitely be returning to Vansdirect again.

The van came a little later than expected, the service team we great but my only concern was that the "add blue"light came on after 400 miles - we only top up our vans after 10 000 normally so this was delivered nearly empty. other than that a good service and we will be approaching for more vehicles. Excellent service on the call line,i must say a special mention to a guy called Jamie who organised everything on the sale of the van to me for your company,this guy made the sale ,I had total confidence in Jamie and he was the reason my company purchased from vansdirect,being one of the biggest companys means nothing to me at all but front line staff like Jamie are worth their weight in gold.

The delivery guy took 6 hours to get here so was 2 hours late didn’t think much of it till next morning noticed 2 flat tyres with screw in from the same ones used for ply lining Had to buy 1 new tyre and have 1 puncture repaired Can I get reimbursed for these

When dealing with the salesman Daniel Kuck we really wanted a Citroen Dispatch with the Enterprise upgrade. Daniel said none in stock but the Peugeot Expert with the Professional upgrade was the same spec. We agreed to the sale even though it was more money, sadly the main extra we wanted [the reversing sensors] which are on our other vans i.e. Citroen Relay / Dispatch were not part of the upgrade on the Peugeot Expert. l have purchased other vans from you in the past and did contact you to complain but sadly no feedback so shall go elsewhere in future and tell others of my experience.
