I bought 2 dresses that were too tight although I followed their sizing chart. One dress though was cut very badly. When I approached them about the problem they were only going to give me a 30% discount. After negotiations they have refunded me the full amount

I finally received my wrap. I am not happy with this company as far as communicating with me other than this chat portion. I sent several messages and even logged a ticket and never received any comment back from anyone. This is very very poor business. I will never buy from here again and I will be sure to log a complaint with the better business bureau and will be sure to let everyone I know never to buy from this site.

*** UPDATED REVIEW ON 8/8/2016 *** I recently purchased a dress from here, not aware at the time of all the bad reviews online suggesting it is a scam. Despite this, the dress I ordered came in a timely manner, appears to be custom tailored (I paid the extra to get a good fit), it matches the advertised dress photo, and it is absolutely lovely! (I have some pics posted here.) The lace is just gorgeous and soft. Since the company is based in China, it is likely that they are able to make the dresses so cheaply because they do not necessarily pay royalties/fees to the original dress designers, and instead make gown "copies." I don't know whether or not this is the case, so if you are concerned about ethical matters, you may want to consider buying elsewhere. However, VBridal is a legitimate dress shop, and they do try very hard to leave you a satisfied customer. That said, for a $250 wedding dress, you may run into a few issues. Mine were all fixable, and customer service was very prompt about fixing them, even if I had to wrestle with them a bit. For the few issues I ran into, here was my experience: 1) The wedding dress I purchased had satin buttons down the back. Unfortunately, a significant number of them (25+) arrived with some kind of grey grease smudges on them. Per the advice of customer service, the smudges were easily removed with a little detergent+water solution applied with a toothbrush and some scrubbing. No problem! 2) There was some kind of red ribbon or fabric that got mistakenly sewn into the bodice of the dress. This will require seam ripping the dress, getting it out, then sewing it back up; it is annoying, but VBridal did offer to pay partial cost to have a seamstress fix it. (I can fix it myself, however.) 3) A small 3" x 3" section of the lace on the edge of my dress train was missing; it looked like it had been cut out. Very odd. When I asked for replacement lace, VBridal customer service said I would have to pay $10 to have the small swatch shipped to me. Considering that they sell $2 fabric swatches with free shipping, I felt pretty slighted at the time and complained to no effect. Customer service only offered to send a free snippet after I had posted several upset online reviews about this. However, once that replacement lace was sent, it came in less than a week; amazingly fast! And not only did they send the 3" x 3" swatch I needed, they sent over 8 feet of extra lace for the top and train of my dress. They really do care about keeping their customers happy! I feel you can trust them, even if you have to be firm about what constitutes a fair transaction. 4) There was a teeny stain blob (pearl pin head sized) on another part of the lace on my dress, but with all that extra lace, I can replace it in a snap. 5) Note that the customer service phone number on their website is fake (which they say is temporary because they are updating their phone system); this does bother me since this is very poor/dishonest business practice, but they are excellent about responding via their website ticketing system. When I asked about the phone number, they also went out of their way to have a customer service rep call me to help quell my fears. All in all, I definitely recommend VBridal! I would certainly order from them again. As a note, they did NOT ask me to write a review, but I want to assure others that you can trust them to try their best to be fair and leave you satisfied. Do be aware that taking custom measurements is very important, and if there is a serious issue with your order, you must be firm about getting reasonable changes/exchanges made. They are otherwise easy to work with, and you cannot beat their prices! ** Also, do NOT forget to buy a petticoat to go with your dress! A lot of brides forget this, but it is very important to any decent dress. Customer Service was very helpful to me in picking out the right petticoat. Thank you, VBridal!

Being on a tight budget, I ordered from this site. After I ordered it, my gut instinct told me to look up reviews....my stomach fell as I realized I may have fallen for scam. I expected the wedding dress to be poor quality and I set my expectations low. I then arranged for a back-up dress and told myself I was only going to be 'out 145$'....Well, the dress came in the mail and I opened it up expecting the worst...BUT, I was surprised. It WAS what I ordered, and even though it was very long for a size 10, I was happy with the dress. I hung it up and wrinkles came out. I will take it to get altered and hopefully it will fit perfectly.

I was disappointed with the dress and jacket I ordered custom made to my measurements. However, the company refunded me the cost of the outfit, and allowed me to keep it. After making a few alterations, I was able to wear the dress to my granddaughter's wedding, and it looked lovely. The replacement jacket they sent me was still a bit tight in the upper arm area, but not too uncomfortable. I would recommend that if you are ordering custom made, be generous with your measurements - you can always alter it to take it in, but not let it out. I would also advise ordering a couple of color swatches before placing your order, as my fabric did not match the swatch on the computer. I was very happy with the way they resolved my problem.

I was initially quite concerned about ordering on line but I was very pleased with the speed and efficiency of the service and the garments are well made and reasonably priced. Received my outfit within 2 weeks. Chose custom made and it fitted beautifully to measurements. Jacket was a bit plain, not quite as stunning as it appeared, may try to purchase lace jacket 0175061464 to see how that goes with the dress. I hestitated if should I buy wedding dress by Internet, but I can recommend Vbridal.com for sure. Delivery was on time, custom size has been sewed according to my measurements, good quality fabric. Unfortunately, Vbridal didnt meet my request when it comes to additional features such a loop to hung up the train and marking the shipment as "gift"(eventhough I was talking about that with Vbridal representatives). Additionally, it is necessary to order also a petticoat, it doesnt matter what dress model you want to have. I was not aware of that and I had to buy a petticoat at different store. So if you are going to order any wedding dress, just remember about petticoat :) Whatsmore, my country imposed some extra duty (tax) on shipment and Vbridal.com shared with me the cost which is great and I really appreciate that. All in all, I am satisfied of my purchase and soon I will upload photo of my dress. Can't wait for my big day !

Since my earlier review regarding Vbridal, I am happy to say that they have contacted me several times to rectify the situation. They are now going to refund the full price of my dress. I do however, lose my initial freight costs. I am still waiting to receive my refund, which shouldn't take too long. I am putting up this new review as I am impressed with Vbridals quick response and dedication to rectifying the situation.

It is the first time I bought from Vbridal (actually the first time I was buyng from any Asiatic website) and I was a little scared about what I was going to receive (I need the dress to wear it in a wedding event), but the dress is actually very beautiful and well sewed. Probably the only problem is that the top of the dress in the breast part is too big and doesn't correspond to the 90cm I was expecting, but it can be tighten very easily by any seamstress. I think I will buy again in the future from Vbridal

I ordered a A-Line/Princess wedding dress with Vbridal and the dress i received yesterday was very beautiful. The quality was pretty upstanding and the manual work done with a lot of care. Client service was very helpful and all my requirements (im not an easy client) have been taken into account. The team gave good advice on the right petticoat for me and always was fast in replying to my emails. Thank you Vbridal for such a lovely wedding dress!

I ordered a dress online. Total came up to A$350. After reading negative reviews I quickly cancelled my order and followed up with an email asking for full refund. They responded by offering freebies which I declined. Then they ask for my reasons for cancelling eventhough I have stated it when cancelling order. I was assured of "quality-guarantee" but still I insisted I did not want to proceed with my order. Finally they agreed on my full refund. I received it 2 days later in my account. I'm one of the lucky ones. To have paid A$350 for a dress made out of regular fabric would not have been acceptable.

Dear Vbridal, I've received my dresses yesterday, just 3 weeks after ordering - 1 wedding robe and 1 party robe. I'm absolutely impressed about your service, great quality of the lace as well as the fabrics and both dresses are suiting me perfectly since I've ordered customs size ! stunning ! Of course this isn't going to be high quality so don't have your expectations to high. I had a sequin bridesmaids dress custom made and it turned out gorgeous. I paid $150 that could of been $350 if I would have ordered it from another website. There customer service is outstanding! They helped me find the dress. I recommend risking it if you are on a budget.

For ordering a dress online, this far exceeded my expectations. I thought the top was lace but it is actually beading, which I like better. Only 2-3 beads were loose, it is very good material and well-made. I got it with custom sizing, and it only needs to be taken in across the shoulders a teensy bit. Only thing I can think of that could be better - the slip is not stretchy so it makes bending down a little tough but not bad (although not see-through at all so it does its job).

Ordering went smoothly - change needed to measurements successful! Staff replied to emails promptly. Tracking shipment interesting to see where dress was coming from, little delay in receiving it/confusion as we were away and mail was not delivered, no notice left - so tracking very helpful! Dress is lovely! As I expected! Can't wait to wear it in August for my sons wedding.

I am attempting to return the dress I ordered for my son's wedding - pictures are required - I did not order a custom fit dress. Sizes are deceptive and over all the quality of dress was not good. The issue was resolved with Vbridal offering $110 credit for an over $140 purchase to avoid sending it back.

I ordered 2 bridesmaids dresses for my daughters wedding. I measured both girls and ordered the size from vbridal size chart. The dresses were not custom made, never gave them measurements. We received dresses and they are huge.. both girls breast are not covered at all. Terrible made and terrible fitting dresses. I contacted their customer service to return dresses as they are not made to size. They have refused to refund me the money. They have offered me % off for another order or they have finally offered me 20% of my purchase price of dresses(after several emails to customer service) They say dresses were custom ordered and can not be returned... I ordered 2 size 6 dresses with no custom measurements given. Terrible website.. do not waste your money here.

I am overall happy with the dress. The shipping did not take more then 20 days (or about that time). So that was fast. The package however wasn't the best i have seen i didn't even know if was my dress inside of that package (i have been ordering other things online as well). The dress came in a plastic bag (package) i would have preferred a box that would have felt more secure and nice since you are ordering your wedding dress here. The dress is beautiful however the section over the stomach/hip area is to big so i have to get it fixed. I did order a customized dress but everything is difficult when you can't try it first. But in overall i am happy thanks!

My friend told me about this website and honestly this being my second wedding (his first) I wasn't going to go fancy or expensive. She happened to save the name because her daughters friend purchased a prom gown from them. I found the perfect gown (was having difficulty) and though I was really nervous I took a leap. It arrived last Monday and I couldn't be happier for the price. I did custom and it's almost perfect. To soon to tell depending on shoes and back working out if I'll even need any adjustments. They kept in touch with me. Was surprisingly quick.very happy!!

I received compliments on the dress at my daughter's wedding. I was, however, disappointed that the dress was not as presented in the photo. The netting on the upper portion was white and not nude or a skin tone. You should inquire the customer what color netting they would prefer. The dress was still pretty and fit me very well. All those I have contacted with your company have been very professional, but there seems to be a slight language barrier at times.
