Received t shirt two days AFTER Christmas when it was promised BY Christmas. Quite disappointed in the writing on it - it's very dull and washed out looking! Twins, Viking and Wild are bright pretty logos and on this shirt they are dull and lifeless - not worth the money!

I needed an item that I had received from one of the vendors returned. I worked with a gal by the name of Ana. She was great, she took the time to listen to my issue and concern. And offered to reach out in regards to several questions I head directly for the vendor. She was very helpful, polite, and professional! Thank You for representing ViralStyle well, Ana! It makes shopping with you all, a lovely experience!

The picture was very deceiving that was online, the t-shirt looked on line to be very bright and popping. Got it and it was very dull and not the quality I was expecting. When called them to get my money back they wanted pictures of the t-shirt, I have never been ask for pictures for a return. No number to call them, stay away!

My experience with the order itself was perfect but I was a little disappointed with the product itself. The pictures online look better than the actual product. The logo on the shirt is more faint than the pictures make them look. It's just a screen print like an iron on really. I'm sure over a short period of time if I wear it too much therefore needing to wash it too often it'll fade quickly so I'll most likely save it for sporting events only!

This company needs to be shut down!! I ordered 3 shirts of the New edition basketball shirts. It looks cheap not even close to what the picture was the picture itself was way smaller than it should be on the shirt. The shirt itself is a cheap shirt that will be damaged and discolored and holey or stretched out and shrunken on the first wash. It's a New Edition basketball shirt with Kobe, Jordan, Leviton no where on the damn shirt says New edition like they featured on the shirt. I'm so freakin pissed and disappointed with this company.

Save your money. Low quality crap that takes forever to arrive. Bought a clock. It came as a kit with cheap components and a blurry print. Customer service was terrible. I have heard that the company is a pain for refunds as well.

I bought 10 face masks from them & they are crap. They are no way look like the ad shows. The seems are not finished, the elastic is stretched out, there is no nose piece. The fabric is extremely thin & I can see through them. There is no lining at all. It is a simple piece of fabric that looks like it was put together by a child. And the seems with the elastic are the ones that are sewed shuts the other 2 sides are not even sewed, they are left cut open. When put on there is so much extra space on both sides I could fit my hand through it. For paying over $200 I am extremely disappointed in the quality of the masks. During this coronavirus time I expected to purchase masks that would work. These wouldn't work at all. I contacted them & requested my money back. I have to wait until all are delivered & then return it to them using my money & wait for them to process my return which I was told could be 2+weeks. I will never purchase from them again. Extremely disappointed.

I ordered a poster a week after the super bowl, didnt recieve it until Feburary 18th, product was horrible, couldnt make out any of the words and I swear my printer at home could do better. I contact customer support they had me take photos and said I could send it back, I mail it back which cost me a extra 5 dollars on top of my 35 dollar poster purchase. 2 months later viral style continues to ignore my emails a majority of the time, when they happen to open it all they ask for the same tracking number I've given them numerous times and they dont reply after and then the service email is ended. This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with, I'm 40 dollars in on a poster I now dont have, and they will not communicate with me. Is there anything I can do? My name is Robert Stocklaufer and I'm proud to say this company is a bunch of Crooks.

I ordered a Super Bowl shirt. It took 20 days to get here.When I open to the it was the wrong shirt.I contacted customer service explain the problem. They had me take pictures and send them to. Then a told me it was the right shirt.I ordered a shirt That Cost $31.99My total was $34.68. That sure that I received was a $23.99 for a.Areas with large my totals it I paid was $34.68. When I talk to them they told me I bought the cheaper one and that was the reason it was that price was because of taxes and shipping cost.That's how it came up to $34.68. If they would take the $31.99 and add the tax of $2.69 comes up to the price of the shirt that I ordered because there was no shipping charge. My opinion after looking at all of these wonderful won in 2 star reviews they get I know I will never order junk from them am. I ordered a promotional face mask on FB from ViralStyle on May 4TH. Today is June 4TH still have received my order, but am getting every excuse known to man by these people. They refuse refund my money. DO NOT SHOP WITH THESE PEOPLE!

7 weeks on and no shirt... they said the courier tried to deliver it twice but it is a work address and we are here 7 days per week. No card left. Hubbies birthday over now. The company and tracking says its back in the USA... asked numerous times for a refund but they haven't done it. Their customer service is the worst i have seen. If i ran my business like they do, I wouldn't have a business. I want my money back. Feel ripped off again by companies overseas.

I ordered my t-shirt in November and never received it! Thee only way to stop those "people" to still from us is to report them to authority what I did! They work from now on will be inspected!!!

Viralstyle, in my opinion doesn't deserve even one star. I ordered a hooded sweatshirt at a sale price, along with a hat. Even at the sale price, the price point should have been indicative of a high quality sweatshirt. Instead; what I received was a very thin, low quality, what I would describe hooded t-shirt! It's so thin that when you pull it over your head, you can literally see thru it! The elastic in the waistband is virtually non existent, and the bottom of the "sweatshirt" just hangs down below your waist. Regarding calling it a sweatshirt; that's a joke! I wore it outside on a cool morning over a cotton t-shirt while I took a long, brisk walk and got cold! In regards to the cap/hat; the hat itself is very nice. The logo that they monogrammed on it is terrible! You literally can hardly read some of the printed words. Between these two items; I can't come up with another example that compares with the low quality of product, low workmanship, and overall disappointment in a company and it's product. I definitely will not ever recommend this company, or their product; and will definitely not be a returning customer. Attached photos: First picture is looking thru, seeing light thru the sweatshirt. Second picture is lettering on the hat.
