I bought two books online and it was fast, easy and amazing. VERY HELPFUL if you have the ISBN! It does a great job at telling me every last detail I need! Book title, edition, the front page picture and any other essential info about the books I need to buy! Thanks, vitalsource.com!

I was asked to choose payment menthol several times (chose PayPal and then it reloaded a checkout asking for payment method again, found it confusing) and wasn’t sure if I’d purchased the item more than once. Had to open PayPal and double check activity before I proceeded with payment.

It kept telling me the billing address for one of my credit cards did not match the one I entered. I used this card and exact same billing address the same day with no problem. Very frustrating, I kept double checking and tried it multiple times and ended having to use a different card.
