We've selected Walnut Creek Catering for a wedding in July. Our experience has been EXCELLENT. Walnut Creek Catering staff is professional, bright, creative, and dependable. Our tasting blew us away. They delivered a wonderful proposal and we have gotten many recommendations for other wedding professionals to help our day. The best part about Walnut Creek Catering is that she "gets" our theme and is wrapping everything around it! The food matched the theme perfectly too, and the delivery was on time and perfect. I could not have been happier as I tasted the first bite of food. Super awesome service. Super awesome food!

I decided to use Walnut Creek Catering after my initial phone call as they were the only caterer who seemed interested in the atmosphere I wanted to create for our wedding. They got me excited about my event, where other companies were merely interested in budgets. They delivered on everything they agreed on, and the food (steak and fish, and a delicious vegetarian dish) were incredible! Their crew did an incredible job and were delightful! I cannot say enough about the wonderful experience we had! It was truly a dream come true!

We used Walnut Creek Catering for our son's wedding and the food and service were incredible. It started with a tasting that followed our son's interests. They helped us operate the waters of what to serve and when and quantities as well as table settings and arrangements. It all came together in a smooth experience that was enjoyed by our 124 guests. I did not expect a steak that melted in my mouth, or a salad and dressing that was so yummy! They made both the big and little details special. I love this company and I hope to use them again for my own event. My son and my daughter-in-law could not be happier with the result.

My husband and I just got married at a theater on the lake a week ago and used Walnut Creek Catering for all our catering and service needs. They were completely amazing and we genuinely recommend working with them. The food was outstanding and the service was top-notch to each detail. From start to finish they helped us from menu items, food tasting, to even food allergies. Megan was our event coordinator and made us feel so comfortable and worry-free. Two things people remember about weddings are food and music... I had so many compliments not only from our family but our friends!!! The food and service were super awesome at our wedding. Thank you for making our day so special and memorable.

We had a First birthday celebration with a buffet provided by Walnut Creek Catering for around 40 guests. The team was very accessible, answered all my questions and very easy to work with. The meal was delivered on time that morning, hot n' ready! The food was pleasant, simple, and tasted homemade! I could not have had better ravioli! The best of the best right there! The spice level was just right for the chicken and the salads as well. The food was enjoyed by the guests we invited (myself included!) and we all had a great time. Stress-free catering right here.

My fiancé hired Walnut Creek Catering team for my birthday party he hosted at our apartment. From start to finish the food, and rental equipment recommendations were perfect. His team was professional and kept all glasses full and the food flowing. I would definitely recommend using them for any event and will be using them again for our next event!

What a great experience with Walnut Creek Catering. They just catered my rehearsal dinner for 40 and delivered the food right on time. They considered our budget and planned each detail perfectly. For example, the catering manager worked with me to choose the right menu, listened carefully when I needed to reduce the budget, and responded promptly every time I had a question. They even changed the delivery time when I requested it at the last minute. The food was terrific too -- from the pulled pork to chicken salad wraps and everything in between. Each bite provided such joy to all of the guests at the rehearsal. I highly recommend them!

They are so friendly and keen to help you! I needed them to serve breakfast for an event our company was holding. They offered reasonable prices for the amount of food served. The food was down-right tasty! Walnut Creek Catering will make your event one to look back on.

I wanted to make the perfect 50th Birthday Brunch for my friends and I, so I spoke to a lot of caterers before deciding to hire Walnut Creek Catering. Walnut Creek Catering was by far the warmest, most professional and most accommodating of all the caterers with whom I spoke. Ended up amazing at the event.

I'm certain you can understand that when I first started looking around for catering companies, the possibilities were endless. Well, look no further. I shortened my list of caterers to two. The menus were similar, the prices were identical, the reviews were similar, but the one thing that the other company was missing was the dessert options!

I don't have enough words to say how thankful I am to this team! Without them my party wouldn't be possible! I was too stressed and Walnut Creek Catering managed the food, presentation and rentals from beginning to end. They were always available to discuss the ideas for my party. These guys are the best Catering team ever! I needed Walnut Creek Catering for an event our company was having for the beginning of the month. Their staff is super friendly, fast, and worth your time! Seriously, the phone-call ordering was super easy. I cannot believe how fast they were. I was stunned by their communication. The delivery was on time, they set up, served, and cleaned up wonderfully. The food was also fantastic. I LOVED the creamy chicken alredo!!! It was creamy and full of veggies. They even added extra sauce on the side! We are using them next year for sure! Our whole office says a big kudos to Walnut Creek Catering!

Recently started using Walnut Creek Catering for business meetings and they do a fabulous job. My meeting attendees are not used to the level of service and quality of food so they have been blown away and have demanded that I not to use anyone else to cater to the meetings. Walnut Creek Catering and their team's dedication to excellent quality and attention to details have made them our favored caterer. The chefs take great pride in their food and it shows on the plate. Megan really cares about the clients and wants to make each event a success. They are both so easy to work with and their staff is so professional and friendly. I highly recommend Walnut Creek Catering!

WOW! We just used WC for a 230-person event, and they were stunning. From the planning to the last piece of equipment was loaded up, they were skilled, quick, and flexible. The crew was helpful and fun to work with as well. When you are running a huge event with several vendors, it is nice to know that you can rely on your caterer to keep everything flowing smoothly. They even noticed and took care of minor details and managed everything. And the food was phenomenal! We'll be working with them over and over again for our catering needs.

I'm so grateful I found Walnut Creek Catering! Ordering was simple, all I had to do was call with no long wait. I called and made my terms after looking at their corporate catering menu on their website. There were SO MANY different meals and styles to choose from. Perfect for a large office setting. I ended up going with the deluxe sandwiches and we all were NOT disappointed. We also ordered the pasta salad and the fruit salad. I was extremely content and many people even commented on how delicious everything was!!! For dessert, I ordered the chocolate flourless cake which was so wonderfully made - beautiful to look at and even better to eat.

Amazing job Walnut Creek Catering! The dessert options are so rich, creamy, flavorful, and GORGEOUSLY ASSEMBLED! I had to order 7 kinds of desserts for my 200 person party, and everyone loved the desserts. I didn't order their other dishes, but I realize that it was now a mistake because I recently tried their spaghetti at an office meeting. I was blown away by how good it was! I will use them again!

They helped me out in planning a wedding for my sister last June! They were very accommodating and helped remarkably. I really loved their selection of Mexican dishes that we ordered. They tasted authentic and fresh! Many asked who catered the food and I got so many compliments! Using them again this month!

The soup, quinoa salad, and veggie sticks were fabulous appetizers for my vegetarian and vegan get-together. We also had a lovely vegan bean dish (sorry forgot the name of it) and I will be using them again for our next get-together!

Walnut Creek Catering catered a taco event at my work today and everyone was blown away by how amazing the food was. The pork was OUT-FREAKING STANDING. The guac and salsa were also AMAZEBALLS. I hope my office continues to use them in the upcoming events we have throughout the year.

I can't say enough good things about Walnut Creek Catering! The staff was sweet, professional, punctual, and overall amazing. We hired them to do our wedding of around 130 people, and ended up using them. They not only met with me individually, but they also organized with the staff and did everything they could to take work off my schedule. They checked in regularly both as businesspeople and as friends desiring to know how we were doing before and after the event. Day-of, everything went perfectly, people raved about the food and service. I wish I could throw more weddings so I could hire them again!
