From the time I dropped my Elgin Pocket Watch at UPS until it arrived back at my house, my experience with Watch Repairs USA was first class. The watch was totally rebuilt and now runs like a charm. I have it hanging in a glass dome. I wind it every morning. After being told by local jewlers that pocket watches cannot be repaired, I am delighted to have found Watch Repairs USA in Rockville Centre, NY which is a town I know very well.

Once again I am impressed with the exemplary professionalism displayed and the excellent service provided by Watch Repairs USA. On a previous occasion they beautifully repaired and serviced my Omega Seamaster Automatic. And this time it was my Citizen Titanium Blue Angels Eco-Drive. I would not send my watches to anybody else. Watch Repairs USA rocks !!!

I had Watch Repairs USA repair and restore my mother's Bulova watch, Model Number O14KO, and it came back to me in pristine condition Watch Repairs kept me informed by email on how to ship the watch, notified me when it arrived, notified me of the cost to repair and estimated time it would take, and notified me when the watch was shipped back to me. I had to sign for the package upon receipt. I'm happy, happy.

I inherited a beautiful and expensive diamond watch that dates back to the 1920's. Watch Repairs USA has it up and running - and was even able to machine a few needed parts. They provide excellent service and I highly recommend!

I am beyond thrilled that Watch Repairs USA was able to return my watch back to working order. Watch Repairs was fairly quick to respond whenever I reached out to them by email. It took longer than usual to repair my watch due to difficulty finding parts for my particular watch, but they didn't give up and it was worth the wait.

I would highly recommend Watch Repairs for your watch repair needs.

I am very impressed with the service I received from Watch Repairs USA. I was kept informed as to what was going on and when the repair was completed and shipped. The process was fast, easy and the price was reasonable. After the repair, the customer service dept. responded promptly to answer a question I had about my Tissot watch. I plan to send additional watches to them in the future.

Over the years I developed the habit of carrying a large old pocket watch to remind me of a simpler time when you had to wind your watch daily, and set it regularly. It became a toy I would haul out when I had time on my hands. Unfortunately, watches that were made over 100 years ago require expert finesse to repair and maintain. Finding quality workmanship is becoming harder and harder to do. When I discovered Watch Repairs USA I was pleased with their quality, honesty, and customer service. They are the best I've seen; I won't go anywhere else for all my maintenance and repair needs.

I went to a couple of local watch repair places first and they both told me the watch couldn't be fixed. Watch Repairs USA not only repaired the watch but it now works better than when I bought it (pre-owned) 13 years ago. Good job!

My 25 year old Charriol managed to take a bath with my grandsons. I went back to Watch Repairs USA (as I had one other time) for repair. It was going to take a while to get the needed parts. I was more than willing to be patient because I love my watch! Watch Repairs USA Sent me an estimate and then a time frame for the repair. Customer service is excellent, making sure the watch was delivered to the correct address and dealing with each inquiry in a most professional and pleasant way.

I purchased my Lord Elgin watch in West Germany while on active duty 44 years ago. When I went in to inactive reserves, the day of the week did not show in the window. I made a huge mistake by taking it to Devon's Jewelers to have it repaired. The day of the week still did not show up in the window and now the date also did not show up and the time of day went into the toilet. After three tries to get the job done correctly, I took the watch to various watch repair shops. One shop told me not to hold my breath because the works were metric and not standard. I took a chance with Watch Repair USA. Not only were they able to have the day of the week and date work properly, they were able to install a round glass crystal and have the watch keep the excellent time it was known for. I would have no second thoughts having them do repairs on my other time pieces!

I had previously sent my vintage chronograph watch to two other watch repairmen who were unable to fix my watch, but one still gave me a large bill for "cleaning".
I am SO happy I didn't give up, but instead sent my watch to Watch Repairs USA, who fixed and expertly cleaned and oiled the watch. It now operates flawlessly, even the chronograph feature. I couldn't be more pleased. I only wish I hadn't wasted my time and money with the other repairmen!

Watch Repairs USA was the only company that was able to restore my 50 year old Eljin wrist watch. The job was done as promised and ahead of schedule. Would highly recommend their services.

I searched this shop from google, looking for my 2 old Omega watches to be cleaned and recalibrated. After I sent them pictures and requested the service order, they sent me a packing box complete with stamps for Fedex delivery. I received my watches after 3 months, cleaned as if brand new, work paper attached and keeping accurate time day in and out. ***** !

I used Watch Repairs USA to fix my Muhle Glashutte SAR and they did a great job. They communicated in a timely manner and the repair, though took a few months longer than I had hoped probably because of the parts required, was done perfectly and I have zero complaints. I would use them again and their email exchanges were professional and polite.

I found Watch Repairs USA on-line. I had two Boccia watches that had been discontinued and were no longer keeping the correct time. I mailed them in, got confirmation that they had arrived with photos of the watches and the work I wanted done. I then got an email a short time later that they were working on the watches, with an estimate of the cost. Both watches were repaired and they sent me the shipping information. Both watch’s keep time and look great.

I was very skeptical when I sent my wife's Hublot to Watch Repairs USA, but I had run out of options and the prices quoted to fix it were ridiculous. For all I knew it could have been a scam but I threw caution to the wind and sent it to them. I received a quick follow up e-mail that they had received it, and they would be in touch with me when they had the price to repair it. Long story short was although it took many months they did keep in touch with me and I received it back totally fixed and I couldn't have been happier. They did a great job, were honest, and they are the real deal!

Last month I sent my Phillip Stein watch to Watch Repair because the chronograph was not resetting properly. The process began with this excellent company emailing me a shipping document and instructions. Shortly after sending the watch I received communication from them acknowledging their receipt and a repair number which I used to track the status of work on their website. After a few weeks passed I received an email detailing the problem and the repair work needed. My approval was required as was a credit card for payment. A few weeks later I received acknowledgement that the repair was completed and the watch on its way to me. Days later the delivery service arrived requiring my signature. The watch looked and functioned as it did on the day I purchased it.
Overall, the service provided me by Watch Repair was excellent in every aspect.

In August of 18 I bought a FM from an NYC dealer who listed it as a 1. When I received it, it was apparent that this watch needed some work. My local jeweler hooked me up with WRUSA. I have to admit that send out a 4figure watch to a company I had never heard of brought about some anxiety.
But over the course of the two months WRUSA had the watch they kept me informed of the status and set my mind at ease.Throughout that time they were very patient with this worrywort and were quick to communicate back to me and set my mind at ease.
Today, I am wearing the watch which I would now say IS a 1 in both looks and performance.
Great job, Watch Repairs USA!
