Watch Indian TV Channels Instantly Worldwide

I signed up through internet and For past 2 weeks trying to see how to cancel because they have credit card detail .There is no option to cancel . Sent so many email and no reponse .

1) First of all the streaming contents they offer are NOT legal contents. They are all stolen content from Tentkotta, Roku and copied down content from Indian TV channels using Sun Direct/Tata sky.

2) Their customer service is WORST and very Un-ethical. They charge the credit cards multiple times/month and if we ask why they wont respond. They will remove the subscriptions all of a sudden if we ask questions and they vanish and never bother about responding back or refund.

3) Even those illegal contents are VERY VERY UN-RELIABLE and they may not work/not available ANY time. Can't rely on their service.

4) after getting fed up/tired with their attrocites, if we want to cancel the service, they will not cancel the subscription and the credit card charges keep continue.

BETTER STAY AWAY FROM THIS BULLSHIT.

I HAVE BEEN USING WATCH SUN TV FOR 2.5 YEARS. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. CHANNELS JUS HANG AND BLOODY THEY CHARGE 24.99 PER MONTH FOR NOTHING. THIER VIDEO ON DEMAND IS A JOKE. THEIR WEBSITE HAS BUGS AND PAYMENT SYSTEM IS BROKEN AND CHARGE YOU MULTIPLE TIMES. I WOULD GO TO DISH AND I WOULD RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO SWITCH TO DISH OR ATLEAST DONT SUBSCRIBE WITH WATCHSUNTV. STILL YOU DONT BELIEVE MY WORDS AND IF YOU WANT TO TRY.. DO IT FOR ONE MONTH AND FIND IT YOURSELF.

I have purchased this service few days back and after that I came to know that it is not supporting to my LG Smart Tv without Roku device. Then I purchased a Roku device and start using with that. I took a half a day to add WatchSunTv app through Roku and it was pain on my ****. Once its installed and linked to Roku account, I started watching the channels. Then it started a wired behavior. While you are watching a channel, suddenly it stops after few minutes and you need to start the channel again. This is happening for all channels that I have subscribed and it is happening every 2 minutes. It was so frustrating for me to use this service anymore. I contacted the customer service. They are not understanding the problem and they simply saying that it is not their problem and they can't do anything with this. I didn't get refund for the money I paid and I told them to cancel my subscription immediately.
I am not recommending this service anybody who would to watch Indian channels. Please try some alternatives. Thanks for reading.
