I can't rate as I sent them to my son who is a baker in Buxton for Christmas

Paid £7.99 for next day delivery! But it’s not coming until 4 days time...????????????????????

The product is not as described, the size is to small ( I got size 9 and definitely is not 9 ) so get a bigger size for comfort, quality is same as Crocs ( Crocs are more cheaper ) , sent them back, waiting for refund!

I'm waiting over a week and still didn't receive my order, it was supposed to arrive after 2 days.

Hi the service is very good I bought 3 clog and love them I will keep buy from here i I stay on my feet for 12 hours I with this clog my feet don’t ever get Tired thanks for customer servos for 1st 2 clog I ordered I give them a wrong post code but when I call the customer service to tell them about it the help me to get my clogs until the day they delivered to my address the call me and told me the clogs r here thanks very much for ur help

Got the message that the item would be there at 4:15-5:15 sit and wait there No show then got the message with the pic of my shop at 5:45 that no one in the shop.Then the next day item would come at 3:45-4:45 I keep the door open and wait as I dont wanna miss it And keep tracking 6:30 it should be my turn.Then as the door is open got the pic of his hand(maybe) and the message no one pic up.I went outside and see someguy from DPD uniform and He ask me where is number 17 I said two block away from my shop.And he sent the thing in his hand to number17 and told he got my one as well.No apologise bring the thing for me to sign and left.Very bad experience as 2:35 mins I could have done many thing apart from keep waiting for him and nearly missed it even I was there.
