Wedding Shop USA had just the guest book my parents wanted for their 50th Anniversary celebration. The book was shipped in a timely manner and arrived the day before the party. Katherine Genine in Customer Service was exceptional to work with when I couldn't find the tracking number. Will use Wedding Shop USA for future needs.

I am not the type to write reviews or comments on anything but after my wonderful experience with Wedding Shop USA, I decided I have to let the word out on what a great website this is. Everyone who has planned a wedding or just had a wedding knows how stressful it can get at times. The last thing you want is to have a bad online shopping experience when ordering items for your SPECIAL DAY. I browsed through several other websites trying to find the cheapest prices and off course great customer service. Before I came across Wedding Shop USA, I kept trying to get a hold of a particular website. Never answered my calls eventhough I called during business hours, and have yet to respond to my emails or messages. I came across Wedding Shop USA and had questions about some items I wanted to order but weren't in stock. I sent an email and within 12 hours I heard back from them! I spent about a week emailing the same person back and forth with questions I had about the wedding items and she always responded right away and was very professional. A week later I was ready to place my order and I did. I gave that same person a heads up on my order and asked her to please let me know when one of the items was in stock. She said "Off course, I will let you know." Now that is the kind of customer service everyone should provide! Not only does Wedding Shop USA have the BEST prices, but they have excellent customer service!

I ordered a wedding set of a guest book, flute, and cake cutters in November 2010 from Wedding Shop USA. I didn't receive my order until January 2011. I'm not complaining because the Wedding Shop had amazing customer service; they immediately emailed me after my purchase to notify me that the product was on back-order until January. I'm very impressed with the customer service, they were extremely helpful, polite, and kind. They shipped my order to me at the time they said they would, and my product is awesome! :) I definitely recommend. If I need any more wedding supplies, I'll probably search here again.

I had made a mistake in some of my engraving, the next day I was called to confirm what was to be engraved. It made me feel good that everything was being taken care of. When everything arrived it was exactly what I wanted.

When we got the the two items that were confirmed with corrections in the engraving, one was correct, the second didn't have the changes. We contacted Wedding Shop USA and they sent us another one on a rush order. It was no charge to us and we got to keep both. They apologized up and down on their vendor's error.

Not everyone is perfect, but it is how you handle mistakes show the true character in a person or business. This is a great business, and will recommend it to everyone we hear who is working on their wedding.

I was last minute shopping for my wedding and they were incredible! Quick responses, courteous, got the order right and even emailed a preview of my personalization to me to confirm it one last time before placement. AWESOME experience. Prices low too!

I ordered the Kate Aspen Tea Infusers from Wedding Shop USA on 03/07/11, early evening, and was impressed to see it arrive only 2 days later with regular shipping. The tea infusers looked better than I expected (in comparison to the photo provided). Everyone at the bridal party was ecstatic to receive it.

There were was a small issue: my address was not recognized by UPS, but customer service representative was extremely efficient, helpful and amazing with helping me process my order. The company's quick response, integrity and turn around time made a very stressful shower planning period easier for everyone.

I received my order today and was very pleased with the item I ordered and also how fast they mailed it to me.

The order was shipped very quickly and we had a small glitch where the website accidently doubled our order but we called and the problem was fixed within 24 hours!

It is obvious that the prices were great, but what made me write this email was the fact that when I requested the quickest delivery possible, a Rep called me to tell me the package had shipped and to let them know if it didnt turn up in two days so that they could get another one out before my deadline (if need be)! Service does not exsist like that anymore! I am now planning my own wedding and will be using them for all areas possible!!!
