Edit 4: Well, they got back to me and decided to move things along again. I can't say I'm extremely satisfied but as I said above, better then nothing.

Bought 2 lasers on my birthday 9/9/11 as a gift to myself. payment went through fine that day. I have called now 6 times if not way more then that, only to get the run around. First rep said it takes a week to process due to the items coming from China.(thats fine I waited) Called back was told they were out of stock. Called again told me they had shipped 1 of my lasers but were not able to give me the tracking number and they had to contact shipping to have them send me a tracking number. called again the next day and was told they were out of stock but to call the next day. Called again and waited on hold for over an hour ( I had to keep calling back even though it is normal business hours) This is not how people do business in the real world. I work for a bank and have recorded all of the conversations as I told the reps. This will be taken to the proper channels and not just fraud to the bank but further than that. I really bought these to test them and if I liked them I was going to buy a bunch for friends as gifts.

I placed my order on December 1st, it is now April 26th and nothing. Twenty something emails back and forth, not one real answer. Had a tracking number that magically appeared in late January, a day after I sent an aggressive email. Usps never actually received the package the company just created the shipping label. After months it was still no good. Eventually they said it had been "rejected by customs", even though I ordered the torch which doesn't even have a laser. They have supposedly resent it, but it's been over 20 days and still no new tracking number. This company is a joke, and any good reviews are a joke as well.
*UPDATE* I received an email at midnight on 2/26 saying that customs had "seized" my package, and they weren't going to try and resend it. So after more than 5 months of waiting they are refunding my money whether I want it or not. And yes, they took my money immediately without shipment.

So i ordered a flash light for a gift about a week ago (5-13-18) to the USA(NJ). At first i thought this was a scam to be honest with you guys, because they took out the money and didn't send me an email right away like most companies do when i place an order online. I know the company is based out of Europe so I'm sure things are different over there so i decided to give it a few days. About 2 days later i received an email with an order number and tracking number. I went back onto the website to check on tracking and the numbers that they gave me but it did not work. So of course a little panic starts setting in since i did spend a good chunk of change on this gift. As my husband and I try to get a hold of these people (which can be a annoying) we just kept getting the same response with the same tracking number. At this point its almost a week later and nothing still no package or tracking number. But on Monday night (5/21/18) I received a text giving me a tracking number for my order. Now this tracking number was the same that they had given me but it was with the company DHL. Which im not too familiar with since i always use FEDEX or UPS. Instantly it went to the tracking info and i saw that my package was going to be delivered the same day. Not long after (like 30 minutes later ) i get my package in the mail. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because the communication from company to client was very slow. So i can understand why people thinks its a scam because for a moment I thought so too. But i received the flash light and my friend LOVES it! So for anyone out there ordering from WickedLasers just check the tracking number with DHL. This is not a scam def a great company with great products!

I ordered the "core" in march of 2010. i too never received any conformation or tracking number. After a month i accepted the fact that i got scammed. Almost six months later, my laser just showed up. i put lithium batteries in it and it's still going strong.

I then ordered the E2 early this month. I was able to see that it was processing, so after 1 week i contacted them. to my surprise they answered. after sending/receiving multiple e-mails, they have apologized for the error. They informed me there was a back-order and they were waiting on the warehouse for product. they said they would contact me as soon as anything changed.

Feb. 23 i got an e-mail saying the laser i ordered was discontinued. to compensate for my "inconveniences", they upgraded me for half the cost of the difference(E3 100mW) and gave me free laser-shades. they also provided immediate processing and next-day shipping.

I have bought a Thor M laser at 3watt output from Laser Pointer Store.

The laser pointer itself is truly tremendous. One of the brightest beams I've seen for a 445 mm laser pointer. Sam who works for customer service is absolutely amazing. He answered all of my emails on time and helped me with my purchase. 5 stars out of 5 for sam. I would defenitely recommend it to anybody. And the 3W version is an absolute beast!

Excitedly ordered my laser and lenses in mid December 2014. End of January I email asking status as it still has not processed. They respond telling me that because of heavy volume it will take till the end of March. End of March they send an email that it shipped and soon I would get a U.S. Tracking number. After several weeks I still had no tracking number. I email again asking what is wrong and they reply the shipment was denied by U.S. Customs and will be refunded. I asked if they could send it to a U.S. Military base to get it through, they said it would take two more months. I asked for my refund and they said it would take two weeks for the refund to post. Three weeks later nothing. Worse service I have ever experienced. Six months later and no product or refund.

well i ordered my E3 violet laser from wickedlasers 2 days ago, but i haven't received a shipping number or anything like that yet, and after reading the reviews, I don't think my son is going to get it by christmas. hoping that they pull through but now I don't have confidence it will.

I ordered a laser on August 2nd, here it is Jan 20, still nothing. No order number, no shipping confirmation, no answers, no nothing. My card was immediately charged, their website is full of lies when it tells you they won't charge until shipped. Can't get through to Customer Service, a misnomer if there ever was one. I have Live Chatted and emailed dozens of times with no response. This company is THE WORST, EVER!


UPDATE!! After a short delay of 193 DAYS, I finally received my laser. Still the worst company I have ever dealt with. How many companies charge your card immediately, then wait over six months to ship?


Still yet another update!!
My laser worked fine for about three seconds. When I put it in it's case, the on/off button fell off. Apparently it was supposed to be glued or attached to something inside but wasn't. So far, it's been two weeks since I contacted them, but as usual, no response other than to say they got my message. I WILL NOT send them my laser until a replacement arrives!!!
I seriously doubt that they will ever get in touch with me, and if they do, I'm sure they'll weasel out of replacing it. After all my order date was in August, so I'll bet my warranty ran out before I ever even got the product.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!
Honest to God, I've never heard of customer service so absolutely horrendous!!!


YET ANOTHER UPDATE!
After my laser arrived with a defective switch, I was in email communication with Jim at WL. We discussed my suggestions to fix the switch problem. And since I think I can repair the switch (the laser works beautifully other than that) they have chosen to give me a full refund. So, after a long delay from order date, I do have a working laser that is better than the one I originally ordered, as well as the extra they sent me, which included a tripod and ring holder.
I really think they just got in over their heads with the sudden success of their products, and the delays were not intentional or evil, just long and unwanted by both parties. Therefore I am upgrading my rating.

Placed my order in november 2010.
Money was immediately collected, but I received no track and trace number.
From that moment a looooooooong email communication took place.
Although it all went very laborious, I still got answers. Every time from another ‘person’ so it all went nowhere.
I hoped to receive the lasers I ordered (an S3 and E3) before the end of year, but that passed…
After 3 months went by and no lasers were received I concluded I was ripped and told them I would notify the officials.
I guess it was no coincidence that I received my lasers shortly after in march 2011.
The lasers were VERY IMPRESSIVE! I hope my eyes will last the rest of my life because I couldn’t stop looking at the amazing beam.
Unfortunately my E3 laser broke down after a few weeks (just used a few times).
The status light was lit, bus no beam exited the laser
So again my disappointment was big.
I contacted Wicked Laser trough by creating a support ticked.

That’s when I came in contact with Jim.
And I have to be honest, but he is the only one who has actually really helped.
From that moment I only corresponded with him. Not every time someone else who didn’t know what’s going on, just Jim. And it was a real conversation, in which I mean that he actually answered my questions.

Shortly after I received an RMA request form, I sent my broken laser back and a few weeks later ( I almost started to think I never see my laser again) I received the new laser.
It looks like an upgrade, but I can’t really tell. It say’s

I ordered 3 months ago now and I haven't heard from them in quite a while. I've sent several emails to them with no reply. The last several emails they sent to me were lies: first they said there would be a delay of a few weeks (lie); then they said my order had shipped nearly 6 weeks ago (lie); then they said it didn't ship (truth); then they said it shipped again and they would send a tracking number by Feb 3rd (lie). All I know for certain is that they got my order wrong and it hasn't come. They have been around long enough to do a good job but they don't. I agree with the other commenter who said that they should say up front that it will take 3 months, or whatever it takes, but instead they lie and stall. I don't know if they have decided to steal our money or what. My last email said that they should respond to me or I would contact my credit card company for a refund. They didn't reply. They are HORRIBLE and I will NEVER order from them again. These guys are simply the WORST!

Update: After 16 day's my laser arrives. Yippy! It's of good quality, functions as advertised and performs to my expectations.

If Wickedlasers would simply inform customers upfront that shipping out of China takes several weeks, people would know what to expect and there would be few complaints. Never tell customers 24 - 48 hours unless you mean it. Since Wickedlasers did eventually fill my order, I raise their rating to 3 stars.

I ordered a laser for my boyfriend for Christmas. I ordered it on Black Friday, thinking that would be plenty of time to get it for Christmas since the site said my order would be processed and shipped within 3 business days. NOPE. It's not even a week before Christmas and my order hasn't even been packaged for shipment. They charged my account, but at this point I don't know if I'm even going to get my order or if they're just scamming me out of my money. Unfortunately I had to go buy another Christmas present for my boyfriend. Do not order from here. Super dissatisfied. I thought they were a company who had it together.

Well over 2 months later and I still do not have my order. Even after paying $15.00 for "Expedited Shipping". DO NOT buy from this company it you are even remotely in any type of hurry in receiving what you ordered!

Terrible company I ordered a laser on Nov. 22nd 2014 and have recieved diddly squat. They sent an email saying it would take 2-3 additional weeks to recieve my order. It has been 12 weeks now and im still at sqaure one. They expect us to believe their emails aboUT delays from the shipping companys and the busy holiday season. Its all a crock. Criminals on the internet at its finest.

Ordered 2 lasers in early December... after being told they would ship in a couple weeks I started asking questions... I was told it would be a couple more weeks... after a couple more weeks, still nothing... I gave up... they never took the money from my account anyway... then 4 weeks ago i get an email saying they shipped... I check my account and the money has been taken... I start getting excited to get my lasers! The email said to expect a tracking number in 2 - 3 weeks... it never came. today, I see the money has been refunded... no notice or explanation whatsoever from the company... over 5 months of waiting and they can't be bothered to even let me know they can't fulfill my order.

In today's fast paced world... it is suprising I ordered November 29th 2014, last year. March 13, 2013 and still have not recieved any product. Seems that my issues are not outside of the norm with this company based on the plethora of similar complaints. I can't wait to recieve my laser, although I think the pony express had faster delivery times. ..

I first ordered a Wicked Laser Artic S3 in November of 2010 (yes 2010). I had practically given up on ever receiving the unit based on several 'scam' related blogs, posts and reviews posted elsewhere. In a last attempt to get the unit, I recontacted WL in December of 2011 and despite some confusion on their part over whether or not my credit card was billed (it was) for the unit - Jeice at WL came through and my S3 arrived in the mail about a week or so ago. It seems the company is finally back on track and delivering a product that exceeded my expectations on quality and function. I rate WL 3-stars only because of the inordinate wait associated with my initial order.

I ordered my Lasers January 2nd 2011. And I recived them in Switzerland this morning the 9 January.
