Overall I had a very good experience. I even called and asked some questions and the customer service rep was very helpful. The only think keeping me from a 5 star rating is that it would be very helpful if the fabric choice could display on the picture of the item being reviewed. It's a bit difficult to make color choices from the small swatch that we are able to see. However, you had a great selection of fabrics to choose from.

Needed replacement cushions. Easy to find tab, then easy to find collection. One phone call to Mark to see if label tag could be withheld because when you tear it off, it shows a white line on black fabric. Love your workmanship and attention to detail.

The order was originally placed online, the original fabric we chose was not available but Vince checked into a comparable alternative - which is actually better for us. Anyone we spoke with on the phone for clarification was knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. BTW - The furniture and cushions are beautiful.

fabric swatches were a bit difficult to look at, the hover isn't quite as useful as clicking on and getting a large view. It is also nice to see the fabric on the item, if that could be done. Everytime I navigated away from the cart, it seemed to disappear, but if I added something to it, it would re-appear loaded with what I had in there. I've never seen that before. Otherwise, easy to navigate.

Easy user experience - most challenging part is choosing a color. Would be great if you had a feature where you could compare different colors, say blue, side by side vs. having to scroll through all the other choices. Thanks!

I was very happy to find what I was looking for,the price was great, easy to order.The only thing was the follow thru I didn't hear from them at all on the progress of my chairs even tho they had my email .I had to wait until my order seemed late to inquire about it then then wait sum more ,and continue to contact them again . I have since received my chairs and am very happy thank you Ms. Santo
