They had the part for my old glass louvered door.. to which I thought I would not be able to find... due to the age of the door. Thoroughly satisfied.. because the door was still in good condition. Just neede a replacement part. 2 thumbs up.

We were hesitant to order due to reading other reviews BUT the reviews proved wrong. This was thrilled that we went ahead. Had email confirmation,ups confirmation and a follow up thank you email. Very pleased with our order of very hard to find window parts. We will use them again.

The part worked great. Was not sure if I would even be able to find it because windows are so old. Was easy to find on site. The only thing I would suggest is faster shipping or give an option for faster shipping with customer paying. Other than that I would use company again.

After you have your sliding doors for ten years and suddenly need a new mortise lock what do you do? You call the people who installed your door only to find out they don't have parts for your door. Thank you windowdoorparts. I found you on the web and you had the lock I needed. Some days later it arrived and my door soon was back as new.

Could not find the parts I needed at any of the big box stores. Found them at window door parts.com and ordered 2 sets. They arrive in the time specified and appear to be of a better quality than the original parts. Am I happy? Totally!

the part was pictured exactly as the oem part originally supplied by Pella. as soon as add to your cart was displayed followed by all the necessary steps to complete the sale and set up shipping, payment and sign off all of 2 minutes duration, what is left ? just wait for the part and install. 4 days later the job is done patio door restored just as it was in 1984.

I found the tilt window latches I needed to replace broken latches on 15 year old windows on WindowDoorParts.com. They were well-described, reasonably priced and arrived just a few days after I placed my order. They were a perfect fit and exactly as advertised. A PERFECT solution for my problem.

I had doubts that my 40+ year old patio doors would ever function again. Then after googling my way to WindowDoorParts.com. I was able to find the exact parts I needed to restore my patio doors to like new condition. The parts were reasonably priced and arrived promptly. I'm a very happy camper

They accidentally shipped the wrong part...BUT, when i called they very quickly shipped the right part to me. (Got it in 2 days from the call !!) How a company handles accidents tells a lot about their integrity. This company is world class when it comes to customer service and integrity. The part I got worked perfectly by the way. I will do business with this company again when I need parts that they offer.

Ordered a pair of channel balances and they were a perfect match for my double hung window. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that I was unable confirm when the items were shipped. For price and quality I highly recommend.

I needed a new door handle for a sliding door. The web site had pictures and dimensions which made for easy selection, at a fair price. My order was received in five days (although there was no promise of how soon it would be delivered). I would certainly order again without reservation.

The parts I needed were not to be found elsewhere. I had gone to a local window repair shop and they did not have them, but looked them up online and found the Window Door Parts website and referred me to it. The price was great along with very prompt shipping.

Received my order very timely. I had made a guess on what I needed, wrong guess, return was no problem except credit was for 5 latches and I returned 6...guess the one that was open was the reason. They had me send an old broken one and they had the new order on the way right away. Pleasant experience.

I needed a lock and door handle for my 13 year old patio slider. I easily found the replacement parts and the pictures and specs on their website helped ensure I had the right parts. Communication and shipping was very good. I would recommend.

The patio door handles arrived on time; and fit as per the measurements. The material is wood and metal. I am concerned about the black metal handle on the outside scratching (already had when I dropped it) and not holding up in the weather. But I am keeping the handles and hoping they will look nice for a long time.
