I ordered a new wine chiller and have to say the product is perfect but the general experience even down to delivery was great, very well organised and also having looked around a very very good price for the product I bought not disappointed at all.

Nice quality fridge, well packaged, arrived in reasonable time BUT has a modded European two pronged plug on it......why? U.K. website, why am I now having to mess around changing the plug?

Service good when first cooler supplied failed after 3 days, although I had to take failed unit to nearest tip that would accept freezers etc, 40 mile round trip!. Cooler itself needs reviewing, not enough space for standard Champagne bottles and long red wine bottles. Shelves needed a 45 degree angle cut on right hand edge otherwise they catch door rubbers and will damage them with continued use. Upper temperature control reads 18C temperature usually nearer 14C. Probably would buy again from Wine Storage Company, but be warned delivery can be from Sweden as they apparently don't hold stock in UK

Helpfull and efficient, the goods were out of stock in England so they sent the wine cooler from Sweden so it arived intime for my husband's birthday.

Now having over month and got the temp right for the chiller.
It sits well in the unit space also has a movable grill so you can drop it to the floor level and no need to run a kick board through the bottom of it.

I emailed a question about my needs within a week I had had a conversation with them, identified the correct machine (not the most expensive for the size but was the most appropriate) and it was. Delivered and installed.
Beat that!

The courier service Network 4 were very poor and failed to deliver appliance on 2 x separate appointments and were one and half hours late for the delivery slot promised. Also not impressed I had to put an adaptor plug from continental type onto appliance with no instructions ( supplied) and had to put the handle on appliance myself - for the money paid for the appliance.overpriced in my opinion!

Slightly suprised to find they are actually a Swedish company not UK as their web address suggests, however the product arrived promptly and seems to be good quality and working well. The only downside was that it was fitted with a continental plug which I had to replace. There are suitable plug adapters and supplying one with the unit would have been useful. I was fortunate in that I had a spare plug available, not all people would have one or be able to fit one.

I have emailed Winestoragecompany more than once in the weeks since the cabinet was delivered and I discovered a serious problem with it to ask them to help me or suggest ways forward. I have also telephoned them. I have received no response apart from further invitations to let them know what I think about my purchase; no acknowledgment of my emails and certainly no help.

Take days and days to reply to emails, never answer the phone - the line simply rings out.
No control over stock - sell and promise items that they do not have in stock and then fail to fulfil promises. Unfortunately they have cornered the market in UK in terms of product for sale to have to persevere otherwise I would have gone elsewhere. Was offered a small token of an apology which leaves a slight less bitter taste in the mouth but never-the-less I expected better. Oh yes, and the DHL guy dumping the palate with the item on at the door to the property - with no assistance to get it even to the front door of my flat - when it was clear I was immobile (on crutches hobbling and recovering from surgery) was just the final straw.

Great product but a messy delivery, 2 fridges ordered only 1 arrived, booked the 2nd in came a day early, then the adapters weren’t sent out with the fridges so they came a day later!

I was a bit surprised to phone a relatively local phone number here in UK and find myself talking to a lady in Sweden, but she answered all my queries and I placed an order on the internet. Even though coming from the warehouse in Sweden to UK, the goods still arrived in seven days. Unfortunately, the courier (DHL) did not update their website and we had no idea when the goods were arriving: fortunately, we were in when the goods did arrive.
